The place has amazing vibe and aroma. The place pleases customers by attracting them with good scent. The staff is helpful and friendly, they offer good suggestions and help the customers in making decisions. Their pricing is competitive and cheap when compared to other stores nearby. You get vapes, cigarettes, cigars and many other smoke necessaries.
This is the first review that I have written, but I felt like this review was necessary. I have never had a place of business go out of their way for me like this place. I consider Alan a friend. I can’t say enough about my experiences. All I can say is if you have an opportunity to do business with Tobacco Leaf, I can promise you the best customer service you will ever experience.
Just like other reviews about this shop, Alan is a great sales representative and makes you feel welcomed in his store. He goes out of his way to get nothing but the best for his customers and its no wonder he gets customers to come back.

What a smooth experience every damn time!I come in, get out within 2 minutes. No rude attitude just a great vibe every time. Also they got a crazy variety of options for anybody. I most definitely found my new smoke shop!

I started going here after I had bad experiences at almost every other shop I’ve been to. Allen always takes care of what I need. I haven’t had any disposables brake, or leak. He orders me the flavors I need and always have them in stock. Pick a shop in garland, but you’re doing yourself a disservice not coming here to see Allen.
They are never open on time. Web site says 9am. Currently waiting in my car before work for them to open. Often run out of products and I have to drive to another store. Their prices are great, so i keep coming. BUT THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE AT ALL. I need to find another vape store. BUMMER !!!!!

Well sure, small businesses are like that. IF you have a problem with a shop owner not being available at times then go to a big box store where they dont care about you. Been there once and have been meaning to go back. Hours are funky and everyone wants to complain about that, but overall it’s a great store with great customer service. He even let me make sure the cartridge would work on my juul and offered me a great deal. If you have a problem with the hours just go somewhere else 🤷🏻♂️ It’s not that hard.
The manager at this store went above and beyond to help me. Great customer service to say the least. He is a man of his word and tries very hard to get you the product you are looking for and in a timely manner. I will be doing business again with gentleman. Thank you for the great customer service.

Great store! I came in for a quick little torch and he helped me out and showed me all of the options I had. I picked one out that looked similar to the one I had and I told him that and he explained that it’s a refillable one. He even said that if I had my old one that’s empty, he’d fill it up for free! So I went to my car and grabbed it and sure enough he filled it up! I will definitely be back!

I came in one day looking for a cigar and the store owner Allen recommended the Java Mint cigar. It was so good I had to come back and try another flavour. The cbd herb is also amazing. Definitely a great place to shop for tobacco products and great customer service!

Irregular hours. Guy opens when he wants to. Never on time. Not customer oriented. Shows up late everyday. Excuse after excuse. He will loose all his customers and he will go out of business some day and deserves to be. He should of learned the business values of the previous owners.

I dip snuff, and have had problems finding fresh tobacco, and sometimes, finding it at all.Then l come across TOBACCO LEAF 4 LESS. Allen (the owner), told me he would order the snuff for me, and keep me supplied. The next day he called me, and had two rolls for me, at a cheaper price than l had been paying.You cant beat that!
