When it comes to pieces for concentrates, they only really have nectar collectors, no dab rigs.They have delta 8 THC A products which makes for a convenient drop in for restocking your supply.If you want a wide selection of items, go to peace cloud in Rowlett. Otherwise this place makes for a great, fast second choice.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS! Fix your no refunds/exchanges policy. I bought a vape LESS THAN 24 HOURS AGO that was faulty and could not replace it (3 chamber 6g Cactus Labs). One of the chambers didnt pull at all so thats 1/3 of the product wasted.

I came in a while ago and this really sweet girl,Desi, helped me. It was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I feel as someone who’s worked in retail for 10+ years it’s rare to get outstanding service when shopping somewhere new. Desi was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, patient, and funny. Definitely would go back because of her service!

I get my vape here and there but this one time I decided to get the uno mas bubblegum which is my favorite I tested it out in front of the employee and told him it’s not hitting as it should it was hard to hit and get smoke he proceeded to get a cover and tried it himself he literally had to puff it extra hard twice to get a good hit, I’m not saying I’m a vape expert but I’ve been vaping for a good minute and know when a vape is bad

Tried to exchange a broken vape and received no help. Ive bought at least 3 defective vapes from this place dont waste your time.

Easily one of the best glass stores I’ve ever been to. The girl that worked there was so friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions. They had some really beautiful glass pieces and I wanted to buy them all! 10/10 stars and I won’t go anywhere else for any of my glass/pipe needs. :)

This is the place I always go. They have a great selection and prices are fair. They even offer a 5% discount for military.

I was turned away at the door because I didnt have a mask. Go see the guys at the peace cloud in rowlett off 66. Guys were understanding and helped me out even though they were packed. You should probably offer masks to customers that dont have one if you are going to be so uptight. Might cost you 5 cents but I spend close to $80 at peace cloud and was happy doing it....

I am not the type to leave 1 star reviews, or actually write reviews at all. However, in this situation I cannot bring myself to accept the service that I recieved at this establishment. If you are a customer looking for glassware or accessories this place is good for supplying those items. The problem I have is with a major component of the shop, which is the wall of papers, cigars, and wraps. I went to buy a pack of cigars from the location that were severely dry and were completely unusable. To add insult to injury these happened to be about $5 a pack, unlike the usual 99 cents the others usually cost. So after I found out they were no good I returned to the store and showed the employee that I had just seen 20 mins earlier. He told me that regardless of the condition of the cigars that they are not refundable or able to trade the bad pack. I understand most of these types of places have a no return policy, but if the product they are selling is literally expired sitting on the shelf at full retail price there is a problem. So after reaching the understanding the employee told me that if I wanted I could buy another pack and open them to see if they were good. The only problem with that is that he told me again, that if the new pack was bad after they took my money, I would not be able to get another pack or trade them. Ultimately I left and told him that was unacceptable, I’m not going to play chance with my money. I’m going to simply go somewhere that has them and I know for a fact that aren’t bad. Moral of the story, for everything else except rolling papers, cigars, or wraps this place is good, but be warned that they do carry expired items on their wall.

Staff is very helpful and informative and helped me pick the piece I needed and gave me advice for cleaning and maintenance. Very well put together store, recently updated inventory and the music in there is 🔥

The service was amazing! Went above and beyond to help me find a piece I really liked. They have an interesting variety of glass and other things like wire wrapped crystals!

The employees at this place are some of the rudest workers Ive ever encountered. I try to support my local bushiness but I will NO longer be giving my money to this place. The workers seem annoyed 24/7, they dont ever ask if you need help, they rush you, overall save yourself the drive over here.
