The staff members were very friendly. The infrared sauna was a nice experience. The massage was good. My massage therapist talked the entire time, which would be the only not so great part. I could have said something but I didnt want to be rude, but I was trying to relax mentally as well and that just wasnt possible. I will say, she was talking about my body/tension and asking questions in regards to it, not just random talking, which means she cared and wanted to help. I just left feeling annoyed because I didnt get to relax my mind.

This is the friendliest most helpful staff at a massage place that I have come across and I have been to many places. They helped me heal and become a healthier better person. I got to spend a few hours with these lovely ladies yesterday. Since I left its been all I can talk about! This place is like a little sliver of heaven right here on earth. The people who work here are incredible! I walked out more relaxed and happy than I have been in such a long time. I got a massage and a therapeutic bath and my whole experience was amazing! I cant wait to visit them again they now have a loyal customer for as long as they are open and I have a heart beat in my chest. Dont think just make your appointment here you will not be disappointed.

I went for my 30th birthday on February 4th, and they made my very first massage experience so wonderful! I was very nervous and uneasy, but the owner took such wonderful care of me and was so nice! She didnt seem to mind carrying on in conversation with me during the massage, which I really needed to feel secure and familiar, and I really appreciated it. Overall wonderful experience, I will definitely be returning!

I received a 60 minute massage gift certificate for Christmas. My family knows I love massages and I always tell them I’d prefer a gift certificate over anything else. I went to Ella’s and seen Denisha for my massage. It was hands down one of the best massages I’ve had. She asked where my trouble and sensitive areas were and she completely nailed it. It was very relaxing from the time I arrived from the time I left. I’ll definitely book Denisha again for my future massages. Denisha also informed me of other services they offer. This place is a gem for Gaston County with many spa services.

My husband and I literally left Ella’s a few hours ago in celebration of our Anniversary. We received the customized couples massage package. Upon arriving, we thought the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Once we entered the facility the reception was okay. However, once we took a tour, the rooms were perfect and relaxing with candles lit and soft music. The masseuse Deb and I forgot who my husband had were EXCELLENT and professional. They knew what they were doing and hit problematic areas automatically. Once our session was complete, we were endowed with all sorts of gifts (a plant, gift basket and entire yummy cake)! We were even offered a discount on another couples massage if booked within a 14 day period. They are so sweet and kind at Ella’s. They made my Anniversary extra special and memorable.

Went a few days ago with my significant other and we had the most relaxing time there. It was our first time receiving a massage AND facial and it was wonderful. We did the couple massage/facial package. They explained everything to us and it was a friendly environment as well. We will definitely come back!

Awesome experience!!I called on a whim and got an appointment for a couples message for my partner and I. From the moment we walked in the door until we left, we were pleasantly surprised. Ella, Nadine and the rest of the staff were amazing. We toured the facility, then had a free salt treatment for 30 minutes. Then we were offered beverages and snacks to relax. Once we finished our snacks, we proceeded in the room for our couples massages which were tailored to our needs and wants. All the rooms in this facility have been designed with so much intentionality and therapeutic purpose. Our messages were amazing and infused with wonderful oils. Everything about this organization and facility is top notch.We will definitely be back. Thanks again for a delightful start to our day.

What an awesome experience!From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and felt welcome! We then were led to the Sauna (couple) and then to the Massage! The therapists were so professional and definitely experienced and made sure we had the ultimate massage! Without saying anything, my therapist knew and worked on my areas of pain... I felt like she knew me!! Lol ! WE LOVE LOVE LOVED the entire experience! I definitely will be back! I promise you will not regret visiting Ella’s!

Ellas Spa is wonderful! My husband and I visited this gem for some one on one time and absolutely loved the sauna, massages and the beautiful gift basket. The atmosphere was completely relaxing and allowed us to forget about everything. Definitely well worth the trip from Charlotte. We will be visiting again and have already recommended to others.

Phenomenal!Best massage Ive ever had in my life and Im a future LMT. I told her my problem areas and guess what.... she ACTUALLY focused on them and still gave me an excellent full body massage. Visited this spa for a 1hr custom facial and it was absolutely amazing!! Unlike other spas, the facial actually lasted for the entire hour. After the facial she did a thorough review of my skin and informed me of the areas I was concerned with. No hard sales pitch at the end to buy unessecary products. If the following review doesnt make you a believer then I dont know what will:Our couples massage started with us being warmly received by our host where we then completed a questionnaire regarding any medical concerns and preferences for our massages (spoiler alert: our masseuses actually read and customized our massages accordingly!)We were then given a tour of the different services also available before we were shown the services included in our customized couples massage:The experience began with 30 minutes in an infrared sauna with complimentary waters. We then had an opportunity to shower off the small sweat we broke. We were then led into the massage suite where we had our complimentary wines waiting (based on our preference when we were welcomed) and complimentary plates of fruit. After we indulged, our masseuses reentered and our massages began! This is where the true luxury began...first we were instructed to take a few deep breaths while they wafted some essential oils to help us relax. Then we received a FULL HOUR deep tissue massage! Worked out all the tightness in my back (which i had noted in my questionnaire)! After our massage we were greeted again by our host where we were offered alkaline water (as part of the detox process) and given the following very thoughtful gifts: 1) a whole cake! (They lit two candles and asked us to make a wish!) 2) a plant for us to plant in our new home! (We had just moved two weeks prior to this service) and 3) Gift basket: including bath bombs, exfoliating gloves, towels, sanitizers, and other toiletriesAll this for an AMAZING PRICE!!They definitely made a returning customer out of me!

This spa was beyond amazing my boyfriend took me here for a couples spa for my birthday and it was great. I will absolutely be going back they made me feel so welcome ! I revieved wine and fruit and they also got me a cake and a little spa basket as well! Customer service was A1. It was worth every penny

The first time I was in a spa service and wow I was amazed at how well their massages were you go in and the owner gives you a little tour of the business and it calm down my nerves because I want excellent condition and service and the walk-in tub just blew me off my feet. You know I see them all the time on TV and wonder how much those things really feel. I love the way the technician relax and gave me a great massage and I just finished a hard day at work. Wow thanks for the tension release Mrs. Ella I hope everyone I know can visit you one-day thumbs up for a satisfied customer.

If I could give over 5 stars I would. This place is fantastic. Hayley was the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond and truly listened to everything I requested. I have never had someone get to the root of my problems so quickly.

Have been to this spa several times. The nicest, professional ladies you will meet. Very clean and comfortable surroundings. Ms. Ella is knowledgeable about ALL the services they provide. Unlike other spas, not once has anyone attempted to sell me products or other services. Well worth my long drive to get there, about 45 minutes.

Me and my boyfriend went to this place for the first time on 2/17/18 for a valentines day spa package they have. The staff was great from start to finish! The place was very neat and clean. Me and my boyfriend felt very comfortable there and we will most definitely return in the near future!

My experience with a ellas therapeutics was GREAT!! From beginning to end!! I took my fiancé there for his birthday and we did the customized couples package!! We had the sauna treatment wine an extremely needed massage!! Melody & Vibian are the bomb dot com!! Good conversation laughter as well as on our way out had a hoodie back and a yummy cake and coupons for us!! We enjoyed ourselves so much!! And do plan on returning soon!!

Ellas Spa was by far amazing. This establishment exceeded my expectations. I was given a groupon for a facial on my birthday back in August but was just recently able to use it. I was so amazed with the service. I was given a tour of the spa from Debra who later did my facial. Debra made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Along with my facial I recieved an extremely relaxing leg and foot massage. Debra was also very knowledgeable on the information she gave during my facial. I will definitely be going back for another facial as well as other services. I highly recommend Ellas Spa.

Me and my husband went in for a European facial and a Reflexology massage with paraffin wax. This is the most amazing place I’ve ever been. They are so informative of what they’re doing. You will walk out of there feeling like melted butter. Highly recommended.
