I purchased a Groupon for a ninety minute massage . The massage was one of the best I ever had, and I went ahead and booked a second one with the same massage therapist, only to get a call letting me know they needed to schedule me with another. The gal who called seemed offended that I didnt want any other massage therapist, so I chose not to re book. I did ask if the individual who did my massage was still there, and they just wouldnt say. If anything, honesty goes along ways.I probably wont be back seeing its just too far of a drive, and now its not worth it if I cant get the same massage therapist.

They take your ID and take pictures of it to keep on file without telling you in case they have to send you to collections. They will also keep your card on file so they are able to charge you if you dont show up. Spa is also not in a great area, would see homeless people walking around constantly. Spa is also outdated on the inside and could use some renovations. Manager here is also very rude and will smile in your face and talk about you as soon as you leave. My car also got hit and run in the parking lot and of course the cameras in the parking lot dont work.

This place has some miscommunication issues within the company. I was due for a massage on the 8th of January however they called to cancel the day before around 1-2pm and was rushing me to call back right away with the day and time I can come in because they closed at 3pm. I was coming with a group so it was going to take me time to figure out when a good time would be for them. Got that together called back. We then worked it out for everyone to go on the 9th. We come in and the lady was like oh I’m sorry for that reschedule but since it’s your BIRTHDAY you will receive a FREE COMPLIMENTARY MASSAGE on us. But you must come back in 4 weeks. As long as it’s before the 9th of February. Ok now I called in to schedule that free massage as I mentioned over the phone when booking. Get here still nothing. Massage went great must I add both times.. this new reception goes that’ll be $112. Excuse me! I was told FREE COMPLIMENTARY due to the birthday. No she made it seem like I was crazy and was so unprofessional. I asked her to call the lady who was in that day by the way is the manager of the place to speak with her. I wouldn’t have came this way or bothered to reschedule if that’s something I wasnt told. She proceeds to say I will but not until after you pay! And she still didn’t call her. She sent her an email. When I say I say I have never received this level of unprofessional. Never. Won’t be back!

My first time having a massage here. This place was exactly what I was looking for. The ambiance is peaceful and quiet. Very happy with Nykole who did my massage. She is kind, patient, explained everything she was going to do, took time before the massage to ask me about my concerns, and she did a great job! I already booked my next massage :)

Out of towner here! Massage was a gift for my birthday. I have had LOTS of massages in my lifetime.....but Melinda is by far THE best massage Ive had yet! I suffer from fibro & arthritis and was looking for relief. After a brief discussion, she got to work while communicating with me along the way. She really got in there and wasnt afraid to use the appropriate pressure througout (i like very firm/hard pressure and I feel so many masseuse are afraid to use that kind of pressure for some reason ). I felt relaxed, relieved, and grateful as the stress melted away. The receptionist was welcoming & kind to me from start to finish.Thank you guys so much for your hospitality and amazing service! This TN gal recommends ya 100%!

Jessica is hands down the best masseuse i have ever been too. She gets to all my problem areas intuitively, as she can just sense whats bothering me the most. In addition, she is probably one of the nicest people i have ever talked to. Would strongly recommend seeing her.

Jessica B. was my massage therapist & she gave me probably the best deep tissue massage that I have Ever had before! She worked out All of my knots in my body & I felt totally different & much more relaxed then when I had first gone in there! Windy is an excellent aesthetician! If you are looking for someone to truly help you achieve visible results on your skin care journey, she is your gal! She is extremely knowledgeable about skincare and makes every visit so inviting and welcoming. If you are considering any aesthetics here definitely give them a try with Windy! I live in another state now, but she is the only personal I trust to do any work on my skin.

I have had the most amazing massage experiences with Nyki and Jessica! They are both so wonderful with their hands , they really know how to work out all the knots and pain in the body . I also had the most relaxing ones with them both during my pregnancy with my eldest son . . Will forever go to both these girls for self care!!!

A wonderful center with a wonderful staff. Very polite and kind. Jessica gave me the best deep tissue massage Ive had in years. She is very kind, loves her work and is very professional. Definitely would recommend!

A couple of my friends recommended this business to me. I was skeptical at first because I have been to other spas to get facials and had not gotten the results I wanted. I have super sensitive skin, redness, irritation, acne scars, and still break out here and there. I had such bad acne since I was 12, went on Acutane as a teenager , and all other sorts of medications for my skin. At 41 I was still breaking out until I met Lori. Lori was very kind, listened to my concerns, assessed my skin, performed an organic facial, and recommended Skinscript skincare line. My skin has never looked better at 41. I’m confident to be in public with my now flawless, glowing skin! It only took a couple of facials to see results. I’ve been seeing her for about 6 months and will continue to do so! Wow! I’m going to buy packages, a membership and gifting this blessing to friends and family for every occasion after the stellar experience I had here today. I felt more relaxed as soon as I walked through the door. The ambiance (lighting and decor) is calming and peaceful. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Lyndi has 15 years of experience in massage and it shows in her expertise and care. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and care for my toddler full time. I haven’t gotten a massage in over a year, but used to get them regularly. I can easily say with confidence that this is the best massage I’ve ever received. I could feel the tension melting away. I appreciated that she checked in with me about the pressure, although the pressure really was perfect the whole session! She is very confident so I felt totally comfortable that I was in good hands. The float was such a cool experience. For the first time (literally ever) I have 0 pain and my anxiety/depression has been instantly & positively impacted by my massage and float. I was Skeptical about groupons and getting massages but my experience was out of this world! My therapist Diamond was so particular about making sure every knot was worked out. I feel great and literally like a new body. She hit pressure points to help with my anxiety and calmed me during the entire massage. She goes out of her way. You can tell she loves it here and what she does! I will be back!

LOVE this place! Theyve been so helpful and greet everyone with open arms every time.. The floats are awesome and I especially enjoy seeing Mackenzie for my massages. I am an ultra runner so I beat up my body for hours and miles on end every week and shes always there to take care of me!! She is accommodating to my needs and I have been able to refer her to many of those in my running group. I would highly recommend her services!

About a month ago I booked one massage and two floats. This was supposed to be a family gift and a relaxing start to our family holidays. Upon arriving, they only had two floats booked and not the massage. The young lady at the front desk was new and inexperienced at running the business. The floats were started and I was told that I would be getting my hour massage. I ended up getting only a half an hour massage but when leaving they tried to charge me for an hour massage. I continue to tell the young lady at the front desk that I only received a 30 minute massage and I would not pay for an hour massage . I finally talked to the owner and she was very apologetic and did not charge me for my 30 minute massage. I was told they did find my original booking of my massage but the massage therapist left and no longer work there and they never rescheduled me with somebody else. This is supposed to be a relaxing spa, and this was the least relaxing experience to start our holidays!

Brianna is the best! She works quickly and gently and has a real knack for putting people at ease! I would highly recommend visiting Brianna to treat yourself 💙 Shes worth it!

J was awesome!!! I got a one hour massage and she did an entire hour and did not rush at all. Some chain places only do 45 minutes of massage time but this place does not cheat your time. She was super personable and really worked out all of my kinks. It was such a wonderful experience and I plan to come back again! Thanks J!!

This was definitely THE best massage I have ever had! Deborah was my masseuse, she listened to me, was understanding, and had magic hands! She applied pressure to all the right spots. I have Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and Kidney Disease. I walked out of there almost in tears because I felt so much better. Everyone was friendly and polite. Their prices are very reasonable. Found this place on Groupon and was sooo pleased.Purchased a 90 min hot stone massage with Melinda, hands down one of the best massages of my life. Like so good that I almost fell over when I went to stand up afterwards 😂.I pulled up and its just in a little strip mall, doesnt look like anything special. But all the staff was super friendly and nice, the little lounge/waiting area had great ambiance, the massage room was decorated very cute, and like I said the massage itself was probably the best Ive ever had.Thanks so much! Cant wait to come back!

Always a wonderful and completely relaxing experience. The quiet and easy moving around the facility is impressive. The location may cause some to thing services may not be top notch since in a strip mall....however, massage and spa services are excellent

My husband purchased me a gift certificate for a massage and due to a series of unfortunate events in my life, I wasnt going to be able to use it before it expired. I called and explained my situation and to my suprise was granted a small extension. I am truly amazed by the superior customer service I received. There arent many places left anymore that display a genuine care for their clients... let lone new clients.Today, I had my massage and it was wonderful. It was exactly what I needed after everything I have been through over the past few months.Great service from super cool people.I will recommend this place for sure.I also recommend the CBD upgrade. Great place! Nice people! Looks like they offer a variety of services that I was unaware of. I saw online that they had someones photo that looked like Asian-cupping, which is really cool and hard to find. Ill definitely swing back to check out the other offerings. Im not sure if it was cupping, but it looked like it. Anyways, if you havent been here yet or you were on the fence about coming, I can definitely say that this place definitely packs a lot of surprises.

OMG I had the most AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I have been to a few different places and have had massages but nothing like this place. Deborah listened to every word I told her about my headaches and TMJ problems and how they are so much worse during the stressful holiday season. And I have to tell you it was the best massage I have ever had and by the time I left I was so relaxed and had no more headache or jaw pain. Dee, The massage therapist there is absolutely AMAZING ans gave me the best massage I have had since 2011, I would travel from New Orleans to Atlanta just to see him, I manage Spas and have seen many many many therapists and D is 5 Star hands down. I felt amazing after our session, the hote stones, the coconut oil, and the stretch along eith the massage, what more could you ask for and he does it all. His background in Chinese medicine and pressure points make him a Master at his craft, do yourself a favor and try him, His massage space is perfection and peaceful. Best decision I’ve made and I’m so glad I finally I found my person. It’s been a long time coming.

Booked a massage through ClassPass and got to the location early. I was informed that I was not on the schedule. They claimed they never heard of the app and told me I couldn’t get a massage since they were already booked. I confirmed that they do in fact have a ClassPass account/contract. Really terrible experience, I don’t recommend going especially if you happen to book through a third party.

I love this place!! I was introduced to it by my therapist, Jana, whom by the way is the best therapist Ive ever known. Sure I may be biased, but Ive been treated by Jana for the last 7 years and I have no reason to seek treatment elsewhere!! Ive gone through a couple of job changes, one where I sat at a desk for over 8 hours a day and now to where I stand for over 8 hours a day and Jana is always able to find my trouble spots before I even knew they were trouble! She also has very helpful stretching techniques to keep me pain free in between visits. She truly is passionate about her therapy and skills and she proves it by continuing education to learn new skills or to even gain more knowledge about specific parts of the body. Im excited that Jana is with Essential Wellness Center because I like the additional services that they have to offer as well! Im very excited to try the flotation therapy!

I have really enjoyed the Essential Wellness Center. They offer some great services at a fantastic price. I have been seeing Jana for my massages and she is a game changer. I look forward to trying the other services they provide. I highly recommend giving this team a shot if you have any pain or you are looking to find new ways to relax.

I did the 1 hour float tank; it was quite relaxing and conducive for reflection and self exploration. It was my first time, and I got a good first impression. Cambria explained things well and was overall pleasant. I will probably come back in for a massage next time I’m in town.OTR driver.

PAID FOR hour and half and only got 1 hour 10 min. Apt at 12:15 to 1:45. Massage stopped at 1:25 and she only massaged half my body. Price quoted was different than charged at end. Receptionist very rude and didnt care that I didnt get the hour and half, or didnt get full body maggage. I wont go again. I Dont recommend.

Ive been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and skill of the massage therapists here every single time. Shout out to Deb and Bethanie! This is by far the most consistently awesome massage in town and for about half the price of the chains (yes Im talking to you Elements).While youre there, I highly recommend you try one of their new offerings: a four handed massage. Yes its a thing. Yes it will leave your body feeling like a puddle of sunshine. Words dont do it justice. Seriously just trust me on this one and do it.

Lyndi gives the best messages, no matter the day, time or problem area. Shes fixed so many problem areas, back, knee, and now my bottom, its unbelieveable. If you want the best experience, book her immediately! Kristi is great too. Been coming here over a year and Im most pleased with the messages and customer service.

I had a session with Bethany and she was awesome, I went in with such a bad headache and I came out feeling rejuvenated and headache was gone .

I love this place, the staff are friendly and there therapist are amazing. I go at least once a month and sometimes more. I have terrible leg pain...I alway feel so much better after my vissit!!

I just keep coming back for more and more. Request Jana as she is amazing and has magical hands and fingers. My lower back pain and pain from plantar fasciitis has significantly reduced and can walk with little or no pain after 3 to 4 visits so far. I will continue to come here for all my massage therapy visits.

I started going to Essential Wellness this past January and have been working with Lyndi since. I had been dealing with daily migraine headaches and issues with TMJ disorder that went unresolved even with medication. Lyndi has been able to help resolve these issues and I am forever grateful for the relief that Ive experienced. She is highly recommended!

The place was okay, i had a 30 min massage but had to wait because therapist was late then scheduled for the float but it seemed dirty but i ask if it could be cleaned out.The lady said it would be cleaned but it looked like the same water it had when i first got there.

A relaxed setting, pleasent, and professional staff that will take care of you. Bethany was on point every step of the way and I always leave relaxed and euphoric. Even if Im not in any pain I can count on her to help me destress after a rough week.

Do not float here - their float pods are in disrepair and not usable (Feb 2020)Float pods let in light, music/light controls dont work, and they heat the water too much like a hot tub and will sweat you out.Dont expect refunds or discounts because they dont give them.

Diamond smiled and was friendly the whole time let me relax and only talked to check on pressure but knew what my body was telling her I was able to fully relax and that is hard for me she is so detailed went in on a Groupon and will be back as a reg skilled at extreme deep tissue without crazy soreness the next day which also has never happened to me before plus her music was cool relaxing modern

Fantastic experience. Professional and friendly staff who are willing to answer all questions. No sales hard sales pitch to sign up for a membership (although they do offer it). They focus on your needs and not theirs.Id recommend this place over any others that I have been too. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed.

Don’t use your spa gift cards cause they do not know how to process them. Also they don’t listen to there messages so if you call and cancel your appointment they will charge your card anyway. Seems that’s how they make there money.
