Heather was so wonderful and attentive. She listened and addressed my unique skincare needs and my skin was left glowing and radiant. Won a complimentary Mother’s Day facial. Heather canceled 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment due to a fever. She requested to reschedule. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive any further communication. I can only assume she does not want to provide a free service. That is completely understandable. However, I would have been willing to pay for the service and/or becoming a regular client. It’s giving unprofessionalism.

I just had the most wonderful experience with Heather today. Im 61 and had never had dermaplaning before and it made a major difference for my skin and for my appearance. Heather is super knowledgeable about skin care and its various treatments. Explained any questions I had very well. I will return in October for another session. You need to try her, she is fantastic.

Heather asked specific questions to best understand my skin type and needs. She was genuinely interested in seeking ways to help me address my skin goals. Her suite and her personality were both inviting and soothing. She provided a foot, hand, and shoulder massage which was a pleasant bonus!

I don’t usually leave reviews but was so incredibly surprised with how much I loved this facial and Heather was AMAZING! I got the service as a surprise gift for my 50th bday. I’d never had one because honestly I thought they were a sort of lame waste of money. My best friend obviously knew what I was missing! So much more than just a “face cleaning”. Heather took time in the beginning to ask several questions to get to me and my skin and then I had the face, hand, foot and shoulder/neck massage as well. (and I’m not one that usually likes to be touched by a stranger…never had a pedicure or massage.) I went through Groupon and received an anti-aging facial, it was super relaxing. She also gave me a mini hand, foot, and neck massage that felt soooo good, I didn’t want it to end! She tailored the products to my skin and my skin looked great after. I will be returning!
