Chillax Smoke & Vape

The guy thats working there, (I dont know if hes the owner or not) but my brother and I were sold vapes, and before we left the store we asked to test it, which is a good idea incase of a defective product. The vape we tested was defective - as in after we hit it, the vacuum in the vape was continuously running, after there was no one hitting it. We asked to exchange and he wanted us to get another flavor, and choose from the newer vapes from the samecompany, because the one we chose was old. (why hes still selling after he knows theyre old, Ill never know) We chose another flavor, same brand, and the exact thing happened and we showed him. He understood and everything was on camera obviously. We asked to change for another, but for a different brand and he said thats fine. We chose another brand, then after, he told us to pay for the difference. He never stated it before we tested, then tried to get the $1 in difference of price. He gave us 2 different sob stories and refused to give the product. We told him to contact the police if there was a problem, then he absolutely refused to. (Obviously something sketchy) But I will never in my life step foot in the building again, regardless of ownership. That is beyond the most skeptical experience Ive ever had in a smoke shop, and I have no respect for people like that.

Ive been in this place two time and have had two different experiences, my first time was just fine dude was helpful and answered all my questions. They next time I came in a different employee had a friend there with him and made me feel like I was bothering him by my being there.

So Happy this place is open!!!!!!. They carry all kinds of flavors for all kinds of smoking needs. I love them. And cheap too! Bought one and basically got the second one for half price. My vape pen usually costs 20 bucks at circle k but was only 15 here. 5 bucks is 5 bucks. The owners are very nice as well definitely my new spot to buy my vape pens

We always come in to this smoke shop, we don’t even bother going anywhere else anymore, they always have full stock and they’ll even order specific things for us if they don’t have it yet, the shop is always clean & staff always friendly!

The owner and employees are the best; especially if youre going in on a budget. They beat everyone on prices and sell actual quality product. Casa Blanca and Happy Cats dont even compare to their value and service.

Friendly workers and a big selection of products

Extremely friendly staff. They are always willing to pull a piece out to show how it works. The prices are better than online and a lot of the shops nearby. Just bought a nice glycerin piece and it was 20% off! They have a nice variety of products. Nice location and definitely my new go-to smoke shop.

I absolutely love this place especially the night shift! The guys are super cool and they really know their stuff and are super helpful. Another awesome plus to this place is their prices. I have been to many many smoke/vape shops around Arizona but Ive never been to one that has prices as amazing as these guys have. Their location is also not even a 5 min drive from my apartment. Hasan at the front is passionate about customer service. Always takes his time with you in regards to what you’re purchasing. Even wants to make sure once you make a decision that you are truly satisfied with it. Creates relationship with customer not just trying to get you out the door. If you come in once, you will be back again on service alone. Not to mention all the options to fit every need you may have.

The first time my boyfriend and I walked into here the staff was very friendly. The gentleman that was there was very helpful he helped me pick out my device and what would be best for me. I love that it is so close to my house. I recommend them to my friends all the time.

Definitely my new favorite smoke and vape shop. It was my first time being there and was amazed with the vast varietys that they had. This little spot just opened up recently, down the road from my house, its a great little place for all of your smoke and Vape needs. They have a MASSIVE amazing selection of products, and better prices than any of the other 4 smoke shops I have been to since moving out here. Tonight 01/31/2022 was my 6th or 7th time in since they opened, and EVERYONE on their staff is amazingly helpful. Always quick with a smile and any info I might want or need, and go above and beyond to help out. Tonight I had the most helpful guy I have met. His name is Hasan, he was so friendly and helpful, honestly, he is an excellent asset to the business, very knowledgeable about his products, eager to make sure you have a pleasant experience, but not so eager its off-putting. I honestly can say, I know Ill find myself going back in just to bs with him and just have a friendly chat while I get my smokes. I honestly look forward to seeing him again, which is a VERY rare thing for me, as I have worked customer service for 20 years and I usually hate going into any stores to make any kind of purchase.All in all, if you find yourself anywhere near this spot in Litchfield Park, Stop in and enjoy it for yourself.
