Wouldnt go back here. Bought a vape that died after a few days, and they dont have returns or exchangesEdit 3/12: the guy that was there exchanged it for me. He was courteous, patient, and polite. Went from 2 to 5 stars

Good customer services and good prices. I definitely would come back. At least their open compared to other places and they couldve price gouged but their prices are actually lower than I usually pay at another place. Theyve won my business so I will definitely will be coming back here.

Its a shame to see this place unable to stock there vape juice selection. Used to be my go to. Came here for years. But i cant buy what you dont have.

DO NOT come here!!! I bought 2 batteries from here and they stopped working a few hours after my purchase. I told the sales associate and he said I should buy a more expensive one. I did without any discount or exchange because apparently they don’t do that. They were the only store open at 930am on Sunday so I caved and bought another one. It stopped working after 2 hours so I came back because there’s obviously something wrong with their products. He looked at it just to tell me that he couldn’t do anything for me. That I should just buy another online. So they just took my $40. Go to ash’s on golf they’re cheaper and have batteries that actually work.

This is the best vape store. I’ve been to so many in the suburbs and the city but no other store has the selection these guys do. Also there’s a really sweet young guy who always helps me out and he really knows the products and every time he’s suggested a product I end up loving them all🖤 he’s very engaging and makes sure I’m happy with my purchase. There aren’t many people like him anymore! Also they’re the only shop open real late. I give Vapes R Us 10 stars for sure! Thank you guys and see you all soon🖤🖤

They have a great variety of supplies. Great selection and good quality. Younger clerks act stuck up/rude. You can tell who is invested in their business and who just works there. Customer service is key to keep customers coming back. I am not trying to be negative. Its just an observation. Ive been here multiple times. Sometimes parking can be tight. They still get 5 stars. Good prices.

Love this store I found a couple months ago hidden gem, everyone always polite and helpful, It’s a 20 minute drive but they have the best prices!

This is THE spot for all your smoke shop needs. They got good prices, chill vibes, and they know their products. I tell them what I want, they give me some options, I pick one and Im done. Very convenient, super chill place to get whatever your looking for. They usually got people hanging out there too so its not like other smoke shops where you can hear a pin drop because its so quiet and empty. This place is definitely worth visiting.

Great place but horrible customer service. I bought a backwood that was absolutely stale like it was sitting there for years pulled it out cracked into pieces instantly called the shop and I was told I can’t do anything about that as a business owner I would not want my business represented like that. Definitely not going back.

After being an everyday customer for almost 6 mo I felt the need to say there are plenty of other smoke shops around here that arent anywhere near as shady and 100% more personable. Shop elsewhere.

The staff are super friendly, beat other prices, and they’re cool with everyone treating you like family. There’s also a security guard kinda goofy but a fun guy, he’ll probably approach you so be cautious.

This smoke shop was absolutely terrible, anything i bought from here broke or stopped working within the first week. When I came in with my brother and his girlfriend, they continuously made snarky comments about her and him. Overall, this place is terrible and I would recommend anywhere else than this place. And a response to what they said, I know for sure it was this smoke shop because I cant forget what a terrible experience this place was.

Went to dunkin to get my usual like i get everyday. i noticed a smoke shop. walk in side. i was greeted right away with a very nice and polite smile. i just was looking in side was t goin to buy anything. walked out with a nice hookah. what made me buy the hookah was 1 the price and 2 the way it looked nice design and three the customer service. you guys have to come check this place out. the person that works here hooked me up and gave me a flavor tabbaco for my hookah and charcol no extra charge. am going to tell everyone i know about this place.

This place is awesome, the guys here are friendly and helpful. Its one of the only places that sell Breeze Pro vapes, which is made and sold primarily in Michigan.

Store is reasonably price. Workers are super nice and easy going. Plenty of options for everything you could possibly want and need. Store hours are super convienent.

They wanted to charge me almost 35 dollars for a pack of Stigs. I left and went to Smoke and Vape where i got them for 22.

Not sure what everyone is talking about. Mods cost almost 3 times more than the same mods listed online and the batteries are almost twice as much for the same batteries online.

My new favorite and permanent go to spot for juul pods and stigs cheaper than most smoke shops and great workers!!
