I had a really bad experience I went in and it had a bad smell I don’t know if they had just finish having lunch but it’s very unpleasant walking in to a bad smell oh and I also bought a bong and when I was smoking it cracked with in the first time use you should get better quality glass, glass that would last longer then what mine I will definitely not go back to this smoke shop

I come here from time to time and I usually have a good experience but not today. I had bought a pen from here exactly 6 days ago and the pen did not work. When I bought the pen the lady who sold it to me said if something happens and it didnt work to bring it in with the receipt and we could exchange it for a new one. So thats exactly what I did. The pen wouldnt charge and it wouldnt function properly. When I went to return it, a different worker said they couldnt exchange that brand for a new one and that it was probably just the charger. She took it out of the box and broke the charger in half. Then grabbed another charger and tried it with the pen. She said it was just the charger and that it would be 3 bucks for a new one. I told her what I was originally told that we could return it and she fought me on it and said to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. I enjoyed coming here but after the experience today I wont be coming here again. How you gonna sell me something, brake part of it, not let me exchange it and expect me to buy the part you broke?? Rude customer service to say the least. $17 bucks down the drain for nothing. Thanks.

I had an excellent experience here! I had tons of questions and Mac answered them all with kindness and respect. Even if they seemed like I should know or it was just a stupid question. He offered lots of advice on products without pushing a particular line. He also wasnt the typical employee you see in these shops these days. They tend to be either half-baked or look like they just walked out of a film about the Russian Mafia 😂 Mac was professional through and through and still didnt act like a used car salesman.I think Ive FINALLY found a shop that actually feels like a store and not some seedy underground speakeasy!I recommend it for anyone who needs smoking or vaping supplies! There is a lot of competition these days. Lets keep these Mom and Pop places with good service in business!

Was honestly blown away!! It has such a variety, the efforts to customer service are honestly the best Ive experienced. I have attended this shop since inception, and they never let me down. For those seeking the most variety with vapor, glass, and accessories, this is the only place you need to go.

Edit: Disappointed on 2nd visit. I sent my wife in, and she spoke with a wonderful Lady there, but then Sam was unpleasant.Sam took 40 mins before to explain to me about CBD oil, the different kinds etc... He explained that the company he recommended provided lab details and information - clearly with something like this transparency from the producing company is a massive plus.Sam then recommended a couple different pens and I bought the Smoke brand pen.I wound up buying the brand of oil he recommended as well.This was all for my wife, and she has had trouble coughing when vaping the oil. A lot of trouble.She has been on youtube, and talking to people and done tons of research.So she went into the store, because they were super helpful for me. She first spoke with a lady who was very helpful.Then Mario and Sam came in. Mario went to the back and Sam helped my wife. Sam was grouchy and borderline rude and he was very insistent that that was the wrong pen and that he would never have sold that pen.My wife explained that I purchased the oil and the pen there and he was very grouchy in claiming he would never have sold that pen to vape oil.However Sam did sell me that exact pen and the oil. Now perhaps he has had new information since then on what works better, perhaps he tried it and realized it was the wrong pen. I dont know, but thats the pen I purchased.Im 100% certain because I went to several vape shops prior and I bought everything from Sam and Mario.I was even so impressed on the first visit I would consider it a 6 star experience. I asked Marios permission to take photos of the shop and post on my review and we talked for a good while and 1 of the photos I took is the main photo you see on google for this shop.At any rate this experience was unfortunately a 3 star visit. Maybe Sam was having a bad day, it happens, but it still doesnt make for a good experience.My wife did leave with the correct pen and for the first time she can vape without choking and coughing.Now she was talking about buying a 2nd pen and more stuff... but here is the kicker. Now she might go online. After her experience she has no interest in going back to the store.Thats the thing, you can lose a customer to online in a single visit to the store.At the end of the day they sell good products and my wife ultimately got what she needed. For the first time now just today she has got rid of her migraine, and she was never able to do that before with the big pen.I genuinely had a 6 star experience the first time I went in with the lady, Sam and Mario. Waaay too over priced ! I buy my lost Mary pens 2 for $30 to $35 almost anywhere but they are priced at $29 for just one. Went across the parking lot and amazingly a smoke shop not 10 yards away had 2 for $35. Complete rip off.

Needed a new emergency piece for my wife after an accident left her last useable piece, well... useless, and with a pretty gnarly hand wound. Anyhow, on a whim while I was in the neighborhood I popped in to surprise my wife with a new piece (also coincidentally on our anniversary).I was pleasantly surprised they had a pretty decent selection of glass and I was able to get in and out fairly quickly.Unfortunately when I got home we noticed some issues with what was in the bag. I called the shop and T. answered the phone advising to stop on by. When I got back to the shop, sure enough T was there and more than helpful. She was friendly and made quick work of my issues. She even help match out a perfect bowl for my wifes new piece which my wife completely loved.We came to a solution we both could be happy with and the service was great.... because of that, theyve earned my repeat business should I ever find myself in need again.

I really dug this shop, employees were cool. He also knew every flavor of every disposable which is rare rare because have the vapors I know are Earl debags and started vaping for the taste not to quit cigarettes. Its refreshing a suggestion from an actual non smoker or someone who quit like yourself.

As a smoke shop, as a local business and as a friendly family owned company it is of the highest kind, quality and order supreme. I think the highlight of my experience was the customer service representative Chloe. She met and exceeded all of my needs with a warm friendly smile. I will continue to give my business to Goodyear smoke shop for years to come. 10/10 would recommend.

New favorite spot. I work right across from here so I discovered it after work one day & they always have amazing deals! Buy one get one so Ill never buy elsewhere! Definitely recommend to Phoenix/ surroundings areas to check out!

This smoke shop is the BEST in town! I must compliment the professional and 5 star customer service I received at this shop. They have a variety of products and great deals on juice. Would not accept a coupon when I used one just days before. They also charge card fee. Not only that but the 2 young girls working there immediately judged me the second I walked in the door. Im very upset and would not recommend anyone going to this smoke shop, litterly 10 ft away is happy cats smoke shop and they are amazing!! Fun. Polite. Outgoing. Hands down my new go to smoke shop!

Funny that you say that Kendall, if Im being honest with you I went in this afternoon to Happy Cat smoke shop to get help with my vape today and I remember you. Your customer service is way below what it should be. You were snarky and quite frankly that was the reason I left without purchasing anything. Then I walk across the street to this shop which is Goodyear Smoke Shop and I was greeted in turn with a completely different experience. The young woman that as working was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with the products in which she was showing. They clearly know what theyre doing over here. 12/10 rating by far. And with that being said I think its very low and childish for you to walk into the same shop you are clearly bashing online for no apparent reason, yet you walked in WHILE I WAS STILL THERE and tried to portray yourself as a customer... If you and the rest of Happy Cats employees have that much time on your hands then you might just want to take some of it and use it towards a customer service workshop or something. But once again THANK YOU GOODYEAR SMOKE SHOP for going above and beyond!!! Keep doing what you do! (:

Came in for cigarettes but left with much more. Super friendly gentleman, I walked in with my autistic toddler and he greeted us both. I enquired about the smokes I wanted, and he offered my son a lollipop, needless to say he was ecstatic. He couldnt decide between the root beer or cherry, and the nice individual offered him both. Acts of kindness like this make the world go round, and you sir have earned my future business. Thanks again, and tank kuu from Ethan, hes a happy camper. :)

I frequent Goodyear Smoke Shop several times a week. A family owned business with unparalleled customer service! I have never had a bad experience and would like to give special praise to Chloe and Sam. Prices are more than fair (often comparable or lower than competitors), however the true benefit is knowing you’re getting a great deal and it is all going to support a locally owned business and their family.

Awesome place. Even though they were busy, I was greeted by several employees as I came in the door. I was helped by a young man named Chris. He is a great guy. He is very knowledgeable about the stores products and extremely helpful.

Please don’t come here. The friendly staff is way too accommodating and helpful. I bought the last of my favorite cigar, and they put it on order. Seriously though, amazing staff, nice little walk-in humidor with a good selection, and a bunch of glass, and vape products.

First of all WOW!!! This store is gorgeous. I thought that it was going to be over priced because it looked so high-end but I was amazed to find all my gear for less then I normally pay. Great customer service and prices... So happy to have this new store in my neighborhood!

My husband goes in here once a week and spend $80 on the same thing but today Sandra gave him the wrong pack of Newport‘s and when I went back to exchange them she said your husband asked for menthol Newport which all Newport or menthol so not really sure what she meant or if she knows what she’s doing but every time my husband goes in he asked for the same exactly and she is the only one who decided to give him a different pack. When I went back in for the exchange 10 min after purchase and I asked her so you can not exchange even though you’re the one who made the mistake and she said yes that’s correct.

This is the only smoke shop I go to in Goodyear! Becky makes me feel so comfortable and she is a delight EVERYTIME! This is the only shop that sells mi pods for my vape and every since day one, I won’t go anywhere else for my smoking needs! Thank you for having such a great smoke shop and the best in my opinion!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! The manager Sam was so helpful. He explained how their cbd products work and which one would be most helpful to me. They helped answer all of our questions. Everyone was very helpful. I will definitely be going back!

I was looking for a smoke shop in the Goodyear/Estrella area, and this shop popped up. Used to go to other ones close by but wanted to check out a new shop. Checked out the reviews and was expecting nothing but great service, and we received nothing but AMAZING SERVICE! Super clean store, very friendly staff that was helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I Was interested in Kratom and CBD oils and Sam helped provide alot of insight and information. I felt welcomed by everyone and left with the right product thanks to Sam and the entire staff working here. You wont be disappointed here!

The lady was really rude and I feel like a lot of the stuff was overpricedI did buy a battery and then I actually went across the to the other shop some thing with cat or some thing and they were so nice and so much better prices! Don’t go here unless you want to get charge too much

The selection was ok but the prices were high!Customer service was terrible.Im not sure if he was the owner but Dan was an unhelpful and unpleasant person to communicate with.The interior design is nicer than Happy Cats but given my experience here I would pass on Goodyear.

This smokeshop has the best selection. When I first started coming here, I immediately knew I didnt need to go anywhere else. I always get the best service here, everyones so friendly and very helpful. Especially Becky! Shes the sweetest.

This used to be my favorite vape shop in the area but then I started catching on that nobody ever even knows the prices nor is anything ever marked, they just charge whatever when you get to the register. I got 2 refillable pods and was charged 15 something. Researched online when I got home and found 2 for $4.95!!! Boy was I ripped off. Also I paid cash, not so sure it was even rung into the register and no receipt given.....hmmmm. needless to say I will be ordering online from now on!! Im not one to ever write bad reviews but in this case I felt it necessary. Buyer Beware.... Addendum: I think the owner missed the point in his response. The fact I was trying to drive home is that I was charged 15 dollars for something that should be only 5 dollars at best. I get that hes not an online store and needs to make a profit but thats just price gouging and taking advantage of customers. My advice....go online and by your products save yourself some $$$.P.S. this is not a fake review. LOL. He must be a trump supporter to reply to reviews with that statement.

I looove this smoke shop! The entire team is so nice and helpful. Im a new vaper, and they have a guy, Q (VAPE God), hes always willing to help me figure out something I dont understand or know. The owner is also very nice. Hes put me onto a lot of nice mods and ejuices. The over all vibe when you walk into the store is very professional(They greet you by name) but also laid back. They really care about their customers and the service theyre giving. I Highly recommend this shop to everyone!

All I can say is WOW! beautiful store, clean staff and owner is very friendly and it is stocked with every thing you can think of. it has something for everyone. nice fresh cigars in the humidor, vape and vape juice and yes they carry more then one kinda juice. Store is ok but when i came in the employee offered free juice in exchange for leaving bad reviews about nearby competition. Very off-putting and unprofessional. and looking at the reviews and the owners responses to these reviews, you can see that this is just business as usual for this shop owner. There are better alternatives in the area.

I’ve been a customer for a few months at GoodYear SmokeShop and they help me out with any vape/smoke products that I need. I’m surprised to read the negative comments, by “Mary Beck” and “Raymond Perez” because the shop employees are very knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I always buy at least $50 of product every time I’m in there and I’ve never seen such charges. Very shameful to lie about a shop and mess with the owner/employees livelihood. You really should find a better hobby than trying to harass someone, their business, and their customers at any given opportunity. I suggest you look into it

Love this smokeshop! I drive 15 extra mins out of the way just to buy my supplies here. Everything is kept fresh. They even have a humador. The glass pieces are super nice I haven’t seen glass this nice in smoke shops more so one of a kind pieces. I love the fact they have an amazing variety in almost everything. Cheaper cigarettes? They got em. A lot of really good vape juice, they got em, and for being a smoke shop and vape shop, they have a really nice selection for vapes. The employees asked super knowledgeable about pretty much everything in the store and they’re super fun and nice to talk with!!! Amazing environment as soon as you walk in

Went in to just see if the store had pre-built coils for RDAs. They had no idea what a Rebuildable deck even was. I understand not many people use them these days for convenience sake but if your gonna sell vape products atleast try and know more about them. Not a bad experience more just felt kind of meh about it all. Looking back i felt like I may have been slightly rude in the store, apologies for that.

This smoke shop by far is the best smoke shop in goodyear I have ever stepped foot in.. They have a very friendly staff that are super filled with all the knowledge you need for the very HUGE SELECTION of pieces they have with sweet low prices. Every time I walk in they have something new to look at. Its definitely worth it to go in !!

Wow was I impressed. Ive been smoking cigars for 3 years. Ive had plenty of times where Im like shoot I need a cigar. Dont want to drive all the way to a cigar shop. So I hit a smoke shop. Rarely do they have cigars i like. Maybe 1 cigar i might enjoy. This GoodYear Smoke Shop had about 4 cigars that caught my eye. Had a absolute great selection. I was torn when I left. The gentlemen that helped me was a young guy but was very respectful. Their shop was spotless. What a great job keep up the good work. And now I dont have to drive 20 miles one way to go get a cigar. They are 4 miles away!!

When making a purchase they took a copy of my drivers license to “keep on file”. I didn’t complete my purchase because one: I’m not down with being in put in a database. Two: it’s an invasion of privacy. Three: who knows if this is a front company and I’m getting put on some hit list or something. And no this isn’t a fake account like everyone says when I leave a negative review, by my email you should know I own the bank associated with this account.

Once I walked in I got stereotyped . Being Chicano they were very eager to press the panic button. Never had that reaction in the past with the Asian girl that used to tend to me and recommended pink lighters lol. I ask for a CBD cart. They showed me a unpackaged hemp cart.( Comparing apples & oranges) With my arthritis and my anxiety at a high level I decided to purchase it . Not knowing the MG level or if it had GMOs or what flavor it was and no money back guarantees. It was my worst decision I made in a long time. It tasted like vegetable oil , low vape clouds and gave me a migraine headache. It was like buying a product from a STREET LEVEL dealer. I should have drove up the street to my local dispensary . Next time in case of an emergency I will pull in across the Plaza parking lot at happy cats and try them out.

Clean store, great selection, super friendly and helpful. The in-store juice is great and they can mix up just about any flavor you can think of and they carry nicsalt juices for pod systems.

The vape juice they make is the best Ive had by far. I think it is the best smoke shop in goodyear. Reasonable prices, wide selection of unique products and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Looks like they had a lot of products except we couldn’t find the vape pens anywhere. The lady behind the counter was chatting with someone and didn’t pay attention to us so we left.

I went in there one day and bought a vape the guys did not know one thing about the mod he then proceeded to sell it to me for more then it was worth the mod was 60 online and they were selling it for 200$ while he was trying to sell it he was giving me attitude and when i was leaving because i didnt buy it he said never to come back
