I was pleasantly surprised when my boyfriend treated me to a few services. Though I had been hesitant to try something like this before, I have to say the spa experience was truly amazing.From the warm welcome at the front desk when we arrived to the massage therapist who performed our couples massage, everyone was excellent at explaining things and putting my mind at ease. My back is usually quite sensitive, so I had some reservations, but those quickly faded with each moment. I also received a wonderful facial from a skilled esthetician.

Sanaz does such a wonderful facial. My husband always comments on how “bright” my face has become since I started having regular facials.Also I always feel so welcomed by Terri at the front desk. Efficient and friendly, my experience there is always a positive one!Thanks to you all, Cathy

I had a terrible experience at Hawaiian Experience Spa. They recently changed their prices without notifying anyone! I was charged $99.99 for a facial, even though their website clearly shows facials are $89.99 for members. When I called in to get an explanation, the associate told me that management increased the prices the previous week. No notice, no email, nothing. Who changes prices in the middle of the month without telling their customers? That is shady and deceptive business practice. I will no longer be doing business with this untrustworthy place. Save your money and go somewhere that respects its customers!

I have been a member for a few years. It is always a lovely experience from appt to service. Yesterday my facial from Andrea was lovely, comprehensive and customized. Philip did the most incredible massage. He is such a wonderful therapist!

I was gifted the Mother’s Day Detox massage/facial. I had an amazing experience with both my massage therapist, Nicole, and the aesthetician Sanaz. Both were amazing. Nicole focused on my problem areas. Sanaz took her time with my facial and explain what products I should use. I would recommend both as well as going to Hawaiian Experience Spa.

Astro vibes.. I always feel like I’m having an outer body experience no matter what treatment or massage I’m getting! Amazing staff and wonderful customer service. Michelle gave me a phenomenal Lomi Lomi massage. The pressure was just right and she really targeted my sore areas. By the time I left the tightness in my neck and shoulders was gone. I will definitely be back to see her for my next treatment.

Great experience at this spa! Wonderful facial! The common area for relaxing before or after treatment was wonderful! They have an infrared sauna that is open for use before or after any treatment as well! They have snacks, water and tea in their common area as well.

Love, love, love it! My best spa experiences and joined after my first visit. After 2 plus years, I have only had wonderful experiences in mainland and Lomi Lomi massages, facials and body wraps. Wonderful staff, and outstanding products used on all services. Although would be comfortable with all therapists and aestheticians, my favorites are Yvonne and Karen. Highly recommend the Goodyear location!

I recently visited this location while on vacation. It was an amazing experience. I had a scrub, wrap, and lomi lomi massage with Christy. I also had a facial with Karen. The staff is just wonderful. I have extremely stressful jobs and this spa day erased it all. Out of all the places Ive received similar services at, Hawaiian Experience without a doubt is the best.

How are you going to cancel a booked appointment I made over a week ago. This was suppose to be for my GF birthday surprise. Horrible way to run a business.

I wouldn’t consider it a spa, but it used to be a decent massage place for a strip mall. For around $100 you could use the infrared sauna and shower. Unfortunately it’s no longer a decent experience anymore.The massage feels rushed and you can’t use the infrared sauna anymore. Moreover, an hour massage costs $160 plus $25 suggested gratuity/tip which is overpriced considering the service and value. For a better experience and value all things considered I’d recommend Massage Envy instead. Or going to Scottsdale/Downtown for something more upscale at the same price.*Reply to the owner’s message below: It would be great to continue paying $100 for an hour massage which I believe is fair taking in consideration the place, service and inflation. Please let me know if you can keep extending this benefit to book again next week. Otherwise, it’s overpriced without the one-time discount. I didn’t use the shower, but would be great to do it next time. Thank you!

My husband and I did the chocolate lovers for lovers couples massage for our anniversary. Weve never had a massage before. I was a little nervous(he wasnt at all) and they did draping and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. It was wonderful and so relaxing. I wasnt nervous at all after I got so relaxed. The chocolate lovers starts with a chocolate body scrub, then you shower together to get it all off. Next you get a chocolate body wrap and relaxing scalp massage while it dries. Shower it off again and last a full body massage with chocolate body butter. After it was done we had a chocolate sorbet served in a cocoa bean. Then changed and when we checked out we got a big chocolate bar and a full size chocolate body scrub to take home. We were in the same room the whole time and we werent covered in that dark brown layer of chocolate like their website shows lol. Everything smelled like chocolate and it smelled so so good. But the color wasnt extreme like that. I loved this place!! I kind of didnt want to leave a good review because I dont want it to be packed when I schedule the next one 🙃.

How Embarrassing!!!!! I just found out that my wife who I surprised a couple weeks ago with a facial was charged for her services when I specifically called earlier in the day to make the appointment and verify that my credit card would be charged. I was assured that everything was taken care of and I would see the transaction later on that day closer to the appointment. I really don’t check my bank account but just found out that my wife was told she had to pay upon leaving. Are you guys serious!!!!!!! Terrible experience and will never trust this place ever again. My wife was a member and we both visited frequently but now I am beyond embarrassed. Never will go back

This was probably one of the best massages Ive received. My husband and I decided to celebrate our 14 year wedding anniversary by getting the coconut sea salt body scrub and couples lomilomi massage! We absolutely loved the atmosphere and everyone was so welcoming. We will definitely be coming again. Highly recommend.

I was welcomed by Tay, with the beautiful smile, and given a tour of the spa. It’s all very calming. Then a blissful session with Adrienne as my therapist. Her touch is so very soothing!

They were quick to call me bk.but offered me no kind of deal for being a first timer because I was buying the a gift for Xmas for my daughter-in-law. She had been there.proceeded to tell me a package that was so much more.wasn’t very happy with them not trying to get a sale. Or making customer happy.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I never even made it to the front door for my appointment. I lived in Hawaii for 10 years and was so very excited to find a place that did Lomi Lomi massage. I had even texted a couple of my friends that i had booked a 90 minute massage and was so excited for the experience. They had asked me to give them feedback as they may give it a try as well. I had found this company online, I went to their website that re-directed me to an app that I downloaded in order to book the appointment. I recieved a confirmation email for the appointment same day. They were wide open with any evening appointment, I was happy but now I understand why. After booking the appointment I then started to work on my landscaping, the whole reason I booked the massage to begin with. As I was well into my work amd covered in dirt and water I was then called multiple times in a row. Had I recieved a single call to call them back, I would have but it became apparent that there was an emergency and I needed to answer my phone. Upon answering, I learned that the emergency was that they had not set the app up to collect the credit card. The mannerisms in which to collect this information was not done in a way that gave me a good feeling. I had thought about canceling but moved forward hoping it was just the gal who called me and I gave her my credit card information. My 90 minute appointment had booked for a little more than the 90 minutes, and then I am asked to show up 20-30 minutes early. I informed the girl that my day was full and I had set the time for a reason. She said the time early was so they could tour me and basically attempt to upsell the $200 massage. I can appreciate the business mindset but it was done to a point of disrespect that they would rather turn away a customer than have you show up for the time of appointment. When I asked to cancel my appointment I was told this time I wouldnt be charged but in the future I would be. The gal had had my credit card for 5 minutes or less and was already discussing charging me for services not rendered. I will get a massage of a different style somewhere that can show their customers the respect they deserve and the understanding that a $200 massage is a luxury item and people who sign up for it also want a positive experience as the whole point of this type of service is the experience you recieve. Very disappointing and I will make sure all my friends are aware of the experience I recieved here today. Instead of continuing with my day and yard work as planned I immediately wrote this review instead because of how they made me feel.

I felt absolutely pampered here. I came for the first time for my birthday and I will be back. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the showers were the best Ive ever taken. Tiffany took fantastic care of me and I cannot recommend her enough. The 2 hour mainland custom massage was pure bliss. Make sure to try the tea afterwards.

An employee stole a diamond neckless of mine after I was asked to remove it during for my massage. I got little to no help in recovering it. It had to go thru the dirty used robes to look for it. I will never go back and will tell my story to everyone that will listen, this I promise.

Nerissa K gave me a wonderful facial. Calm and relaxing. She also took great care and attention to my skin. She gave recommendations that were helpful and soothing to my specific skin needs. I’ve also had other facials here and I highly recommend this establishment with their professionalism and soothing eminence products.

My wife left 2 of her gold necklaces in the pocket of the robe. Within 20 minutes we called them to check the locker. The lady I spoke with showed no empathy, proceeded to say “ we can check when it’s convenient” and was acting like she didn’t care to look. They told me i would receive a call within an hour and never received a call. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to call me before close after they looked and I didn’t hear anything.I called in an hour before close and the Second Lady i spoke with was more helpful and attempted to look right away. They said I would receive a call after the cleaners pick up the load and if they find anything they will reach out. They never even called me to follow back up.I just don’t understand how 2 necklaces go missing from a robe that was stored in a locker after use…and within 20 mins we call to check if it’s still there and no one wanted to help us because the locker was already cleaned out nor they didn’t want to search the robe.Just seems suspicious. I’ve spent easily over $1000 in the location over multiple visit and to have them not put urgency after i called them 20 mins after we left is crazy and just doesn’t sit right with me. Will never use this place again!!Beware, leave your jewelry at home because if you accidentally forget jewelry in your robe you might as well kiss it goodbye because it will not be returned.

I just had the best facial ever. The place is beautiful with an awesome vibe. My facial specialist, tailored the facial for me. She was incredibly knowledgeable and very gentle. I loved my facial and over all experience, I walked out so calm and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

BEST MASSAGE EVER!!! I have had a lot of massages in my life, from cheap reflexology places to some of the nicest spas. I feel so fortunate to have found this place, and with it my amazing massage therapists Christy. She is beyond amazing and makes an hour massage feel much longer. I always leave there feeling like I got more than my moneys worth! And the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful also. I love that there aren’t any contracts that you get locked in to and they have good prices on their massages. You should definitely give this place a try if you want a resort- quality massage and experience!!

I’d give 10 stars if I could. I scheduled appointments for my mom and myself online. Minutes later they called to make sure we understood the details for the massages we ordered. I ended up going with their less expensive recommendation! From the moment we walked in we knew it would be an exceptional experience. Robes, slippers, teas, fabulous complimentary shower and sauna plus the best massage either of us ever had. We will be back!

I absolutely love this place! I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Carissa was wonderful and thorough with my massage. She hit every point I needed and then some. She made me feel wonderful physically and mentally after a rough couple weeks.

10 out of 10 for this massage establishment. No high pressure sales or add-ons, and a clean and well organized facility. Staff are friendly and live up to their mission statement. I really enjoyed my massage with Robert, probably among my top favourite therapists now. Ill be back! And be sure to try out the fabulous complimentary shower, as described by the receptionist....its a water party!

Ive been a member since 2017 and I have thought about canceling many times, especially during the start of the pandemic. However, after each service (massage or facial) I realize that this is truly a escape to paradise for myself and my family. I have had great experiences for a while but I want to highlight my last service with Jovana! She was so knowledgeable, kind, and informative when it came to my skins specific needs. She recommended great products and changes to my skincare routine that were practical and simple to follow. My daughter also received her first facial from Jovana and was equally pleased! The Spa Admin. Tori was also very helpful and accommodating!

I had my first ever facial here with Nerissa and it was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, relaxing, and soft islands music playing. Nerissa was very professional and knowledgeable. I love that they use high quality organic products only! Amazing ingredients and smell oh so good! This is a fantastic spa, definitely recommend!

From the very beginning this was an amazing experience. For our anniversary my wife and I decided on a couples massage among other things. The booking experience was very professional and helpful in explaining their services and availability.Upon arriving we were treated like we were special. Every turn the staff was friendly and accommodating. (We are big people and they even had robes in our size.)5 star amenities too. Couples shower complete with dual rain heads, mobile head, jets and a steamer. Quite impressive.I would definitely recommend this place and we will be back

You do not need a membership to use the services of this Spa, however members get a discount. I have never felt uncomfortable. Only once have I had any issues, and those were addressed to my satisfaction immediately. There are many massage services to choose from, as well as, facials. I love love love their showers - be sure to take one after your massage. The staff is welcoming and friendly. You will not be disappointed. (And if for some strange reason you are - they will take care of it.) Arrive early and relax a bit before your appointment - they have complimentary snacks (fresh fruit, nuts/granola type mixes) and drinks (water, hot teas).

Raven was amazing! I’ve had many massages in my day but this one was the best massage by far. She listens to you & really focuses on your problem areas & pays close attention to your needs. Cant wait for my next massage with Raven again!

I’ve been to a few spas to get massages. This is by far THE BEST I have ever been to. The staff from as soon as you walk in to be greeted to the therapists are phenomenal! The environment is great. I’ve never felt so relaxed before. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely loved my experience. The staff was friendly and the massage was fantastic. My favorite was also the steam shower. Loved having the water jets coming From all angles and sides while the steam is detoxing your body. The place was clean and the price was great for 1st time users. A bit pricey for regular price. But I loved it. I would use it more if the price was always 1st user price always.

Bought gift certificates for 3 different couples massages last Black Friday when they were on sale. Only problem is they do not have availability to do couples massages unless you want to try to book them 3 or 4 weeks out. I guess that was just a waste of over $800,Feeling ripped off!!

Best Spa and massage experience of my life! Shay at the Goodyear location was extremely attentive to any needs/concerns I had. She also incorporated many different massage modalities into my session, she even included PNF stretching at the very end! To top it all off you get to enjoy one of the coolest and most relaxing showers I have ever seen. 10/10 all around!

This place offers the most amazing massage experience, ever! The facility is reminiscent of Hawaii with its laid back vibe, scents and music. The front desk staff and therapists are professional, yet super friendly. I have been gifted with several massages and have purchased many for family and co-workers as it is such an unbelievable treat. My most recent massage therapist was Marica and I will definitely request her again. She came across as someone who truly loves what she does and it came across in every way. I have had massages all over the country and this place beats them all. The quality and professionalism is superior, and the atmosphere really makes me forget all my worries. Angel is amazing and if you get a facial, request Karen. My skin looked like glass when I left. I am forever a fan of this spa!

This location is very clean and welcoming. Angel ensured that he understood what I needed, for my neck and back were very sore. He also advised me what he observed in my range of motion and made a few recommendations for stretching I could do a home. Excellent experience. There are many options available and well worth the time to ask questions. They really listen and respond to need.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now. My last visit wasn’t the best. The room was extremely cold. I asked for a lymphatic massage with Swedish combo. The lymphatic session wasn’t done correctly or like what I’ve experience before. With the room being cold I wasn’t able to enjoy my massage. I guess it’s time to find another massage vendor. For the price I pay I expected excellent service as always. I did make this clear to the receptionist the room was too cold. I left $25 of gratituty for the therapist. I’m the type that will still do my due diligence and never return.

This place is amazing! Ive had plenty of massages in my life and am not exaggerating when I say I left my 120 minute Lomi Lomi (with Tiara) more relaxed than I have felt in so very long. My sister went with me and also raves about her masseuse Ruby. Front staff was professional and friendly. We will be going back regularly!

Yesterday my old face had a vacation while receiving a facial from Karen. She is most excellent and so friendly and knowable about skin and how to care for it. Ill let her keep my old mug in tip top shape. From beginning to end she was professional and left my skin feeing very healthy. I loved the way my skin glowed after the facial and the fact that Hawaiian Experience Spa uses Eminence products. I was lucky enough to have Shay as my therapist for a 120min Lomi massage. Not having much massage experience, I was a little nervous on what to do and expect. From walking in the door, Barbara put my mind to ease. Barbara gave me all the info to put me at ease. She also relayed the info to Shay, so she was able to direct me, knowing I was pretty clueless. Shay was AWESOME! She was completely professional and friendly...and obviously did a fantastic time. I will most definitely be back.

I scheduled my birthday massage here and they call me to reschedule bc a therapist got sick, so they move my appt 5 days, and I wait for the day to come, and 20 minutes before my massage they call and tell me the same thing, their therapist got sick and left. And then couldnt get me in soon, they offered me an appt a month later(person on phone was having trouble looking at the right month as well and was confused, offered me an appt for 2 months later, it was very embarrassing). Absolutely unprofessional and unaccommodating. If you want a massage at all, DO NOT book here you will be disappointed before you walk in the door. I booked an appt no problem with another place that does hot stones and there was no problem at all and immediate availability. This hawaiin experience is a joke.

I just discovered this spa 2 weeks ago. Ive tried the scrub, wrap, facial and massage. Ive been very happy with every service Ive tried. They have a nice waiting area with a little snack bar that has a nuce assortment of fruit and snacks. Theres also hot teas there. The showers here are amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive been seen by Lizette, Janiele and Cindy. They are all friendly and knowledgeable. Ive gone to other spas in the area and they have a really snobby atmosphere, its like they dont want you there but they want your money. At the Hawaiian Experience Spa youll feel welcome and youll definitely enjoy whichever service you choose. I purchased the membership and I feel its a great value.

Had the most amazing massage. Tried all different massage therapists, and all were amazing. Very professional and make you feel like youre on top of the world while in there. I found the one that works best for me, however, everyone is so great. Highly recommend this place.

Deanna is my favorite therapist! Every session is just exactly what Ive asked for and I always leave feeling completely relaxed.The spa itself is absolutely lovely. It’s tucked in busy area, but you would never know it because once you’re inside you get the full, serene experience of a full-service spa. The shower amenity is a dream and legitimately the best way to bookend any service. I appreciate the extended hours they operate on and the online scheduling is a perfect companion tool for anyone with a busy schedule and/or introverted (lol).Like many other day spa franchises, they offer a membership program, and I will say that I sincerely appreciate how non-pushy they are. Their front desk is always incredibly knowledgeable but never uncomfortably pressuring guests to commit and I love that. I have literally stopped going to other spa franchises bc of their hard sales push before AND at the end of spa services (hand & stone — girl, y tho?? can’t you let me live?! 😭), and it completely ruins the good vibes you worked for during your services. That’s never the case with HES, and it just makes it all the more alluring to consider.{p.s. they do have the best membership program tbh. their online tool makes it so easy to use credits and to designate people you’d like to treat to services when you choose. 🥲🤗 }Hot tip for moms, people with anxiety/insomnia, and or migraines: schedule a late evening appt, take a hot shower before you leave, and get the most gorgeous sleep you ever had when you get home.

I was completely annoyed that when I set up the appointment I had to leave a deposit, which I was informed would go into my payment later. When I paid later I had to pay in full and she said Id get the deposit refunded in a few days. 4 days later I called because I still hadnt received the refund. It took another 2 days. I dont like being told one thing, then another. My mom and I also disliked the body scrub and wrap we did, however, the facials were nice.

The very best massage in Arizona! I’m so glad I chose the Advanced Therapy half day massage because it was exactly what my mind and body needed. Christy is the best massage therapist I’ve experienced in AZ. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and friendly

Very dissatisfied. I recently signed up for the wellness program. This place is not the cheapest, so there is some expectation of professionalism. They will arbitrarily change your therapist without notice, despite your reservation, without contact.Update: The Manager initiated contact to make things right. Apologized about the mistake. Good customer service. Definitely recommend this place.

I had a massage with Juan. He is knowledgeable about working on people going through chemotherapy and gave me helpful suggestions for my health. My experience was not only relaxing, but educational. I felt in very good hands!

My husband and I acquired memberships, solely, due to Angel and Christy, their professionalism and massage that is best to date. And weve had many, over the last 20 years. I purchased a Groupon Mature facial and was pleasantly surprised. My Esthetician was Dakota, she was extremely knowledgeable and really took care of my needs. She was Not pushy but gave good advice. I love the products they use because not only are they fabulous! They are CRUELTY Free, Non animal tested, and Organic!!!!! This little place is a Gem in Goodyear. i will be back. 😄

The staff is super attentive and friendly. Very welcoming and the experience was amazing! My boyfriend surprised me with the Waimea experience. The sauna is first come first serve and was able to enjoy it along with the couples rain shower. Definitely recommend!

My first time visiting the “Hawaiian Experience Spa” in Goodyear. It was the best massage experience Ive ever had at spa.From the nicely decorated lobby Taylor was very nice and made feel welcome, to the waiting room.Sabrina, my massage therapist was expert with her hands and arms. Be careful leaving them any credit cards or bank cards! I originally received a 6 month package as a Christmas gift but they just charged me over $240 for services this weekend I never sign-up for or received and now manager wont return my calls.Update - Manager called back, but is refusing to refund any money and wants me to fill out a signed cancelation form even though I never signed any contracts. Please do your friends and family a favor and NEVER give them the gift of anything from the Hawaiian Experience Spa. Its a monthly fee contract money grab with no authorization.

Ruby is an outstanding therapist and if you dont get your massage from her you are missing out! The staff here is the best ! Its an overall awesome place my wife and I have been members here for 2 years and its worth every penny!

Fantastic spa experience. Brittany was a great massage therapist and she really listened to my requests. I highly recommend the multi head shower after, water comes from all directions.The only thing that would have knocked this out of the park is some wine.

Why 2 stars? Because for 2 years, Juan was the best massage therapist I’ve encountered.Unfortunately, he left. And Maggie has some learning to do on how to be professional. Slandering Juan to start off the session isn’t the way to earn business.Also, this place is about as unreasonable as a gym membership to cancel.I won’t be back, I’ll be looking for wherever Juan went to.

My therapist was Nerissa K. She was super nice and caring. She really care if the products on my face hurt me or not. She gave me great recommendations for my skin which I love because I know exactly what my skin needs

Had a massage scheduled thru groupon. Had never even heard of this place but it was a gift so I decided why not.. Scheduling was not so bad other than the fact that I was told grutuity is a must. Had to re-schedule due to unforeseen circumstances and the individual who answered was so rude and nasty. She even hung up in my ear.. Id have to say if the experience i had over the phone is any representation of the service I would have received had I been able to re-schedule Im sure I would have been highly dis-pleased. Please give your associates some etiquette training on how to be more pleasant and respectful with new clients because word of mouth is very important and with the nastiness I received today I will definitely tell everyone this place is a no go.

Ive been twice now. I did the chocolate experience the 1st time which was a great spa experience. Yesterday I did theKauaii Clay Ritual which was literally the most relaxed Ive felt in months. I have anxiety and it was heavenly. Anyone suffering with anxiety/ptsd should try it out, maybe itll bring you a moment of bliss too!

I had a fantastic Maui Relaxation massage given by Angel, who spent additional time talking to me about ways to improve my health and mobility. My wife went there, she told me the massage was great and she would like to go there again. There was a minor issue with my credit card not charged properly but this was quickly resolved by the owner. Thank you so much. I would assign this company 0 Stars if possible.  Be extremely wary of their business practices! I signed up for a membership at $69.00 per month,  my husband unexpectedly passed away and I was not up to making appointments.  Supposedly,  the appointments are banked and you can use them whenever you want. I received a credit charge card on my recent statement for $90.00 and called the spa in Goodyear, to notify them of this overcharge.  The manager said that they had raised their rates to $90.00. I said I had not agreed to this increase. She then said an email had gone out notifying their clients of the price increase. I did not receive any such email, just a monthly email notice that that I had accrued another banked visit.  At that point, I said that I wanted to cancel the membership, she then said I would have until March 8th to use up the 6 remaining visits I had paid for totalling $420.00.  In the interim, I disputed the $90.00 charge from the credit card company.  I just received a phone call from their manager stating that because I disputed the charge with my credit card company, the company had decided to take away all 6 visits I had banked $420.00!  These are services I paid for, never received, and were taken away because I disputed a charge that I was never made aware of. I am filing a Better Business Complaint against the company.  How do businesses stay in business when they treat customers like this...Hello Sir,I asked for your information and your manager, Jody, refused to give it to me. I asked to speak with you directly, she said no, you had made your decision to cancel my account and remove all my credits, because I disputed the $90.00 charge with my credit card company. Jody also said, I had cost you money by doing a dispute, so that is why the (you) the owners had decided to take away my credits. I didnt even find out this had happened until I made an appointment, Jody later called to cancel my appointment, informing me my credits had been taken away because I disputed the increased fee, which I was not made aware of. Jody also blamed me for not knowing about the fee, because she said I opted out from your emails. I opted out from the continual advertisement emails, but I still received a monthly email, stating you have another banked spa credit. Your company indeed did have my email, sent me monthly emails to notify me I had another banked credit, but could not send out an email to clients indicating there was a huge fee increase to $90.00??? Jody instructed me to send an email on February 6, 2020, indicating that I wanted to cancel my account, she also stated, she would give me until March 8, 2020 to use my 6 banked credits. I sent the email, which I have copy of and a supplemental email asking for a full refund the $420.00 I have paid, which Jody said you had taken away from me, no response.The owner has contacted me and has corrected the situation. I appreciate his swift response.

Victor is absolutely amazing, I have been to many therapists over the years And I feel victor is the only one I enjoy having as a therapist, hes always friendly and provides the perfect pressure. its a different session each time I come in, you dont get the cookie cutter massage that you would from other therapists because he treats every session toward whatever your goal is.

This was my first experience with getting a Lomi Lomi massage. What an amazing experience. My therapist, Shea, was very professional and friendly. She explained the style of massage very succinctly so that I was at ease. If you havent experienced a Lomi Lomi massage before, definitely watch the videos they have on their website so that you know what to expect. Looking forward to going again.

I get a massage here every time Im in town. The staff is amazing and I love the variety of massage styles they offer. The macadamia nut oil used during treatment smells phenomenal. Take your time in the deluxe shower afterwards and be sure to use the Emminence products provided.

Update, just a warning! We had just renewed our membership and received relocation work orders and had less than a month to move. Hawaiian Spa would not end our membership and said we had to pay for the whole year knowing we could not use it. (They are not anywhere else.) I had to give them 2 stars for their unethical business practices.

The service met my expectations. Raven was phenomenal with lomi lomi massage. I haven’t felt so relaxed in a long time. The customer service, shower, and sauna was all that I needed!

Horrible customer service. The Sauna has never worked properly. The infrared light is broken, and they have told me that it would be fixed next time. It has never been fixed, and hottest temperature is 122. Please I can walk outside Phoenix for a 122 degrees. My father had a stroke, and I had to be at the hospital. I called and cancelled first thing in the morning and they charged 50 dollars to my account. The messages are good, but not what I would say would be deep tissue to stretch out the muscles. To stretch muscles they pulled my legs up. I can do that. Dont waste your money go somewhere else.

Extremely dissatisfied. I scheduled my appointment online a few weeks in advance for 4pm. I recieved text messages saying that my time was changed to 4:15pm. This initially was not a problem as the service that I signed up for takes an hour and I had plans at 6pm. However, the day before my appointment at around 3pm, I recieved a voicemail stating that my appointment would have to be pushed to 4:45pm so that the therapist schedule could be opened. I was unable to return their call until the morning after because I had Meet the Teacher Night (I am a teacher) that evening and staff meetings prior which is why their call went to voicemail in the first place. When I called to cancel my appointment they told me that my card would still be charged a fee because I did not cancel the day before, even though they changed my appointment to a time that would not fit my schedule and was nearly an hour later than the time that I had originally scheduled. I didnt even get a chance to go to the spa and am already incredibly disappointed with my experience. They will not be getting my business, nor would I reccomend that anyone give them theirs unless you want to pay a $30 dollar fee for them to change your appointment to a time that doesnt work.Jodi,I am not upset with your cancellation policy. I am upset with the fact that I had an issue with my appointment being changed so much (and on such short notice) and then being penalized for being dissatisfied with that. If 4:15 was still available then my appointment should not have been changed to begin wirh. Since I was told on the voicemail that 4:45 was the only time that would work, I had already committed to not going and was confused and frustrated that there seemed to be no reservation in putting me back at 4:15 when I called to cancel. If that was the case, then why change it to 4:45 in the first place? I should not have been penalized for the spas inability to keep to a schedule. Therefore, I will not reconsider my decision. My visit was wonderful. Juan was knowledgeable and professional. He wanted to ensure I was comfortable and checked in throughout the massage to ensure I was comfortable through the whole experience.

Called and scheduled a session. Received a message at the end of my work day to call and an email stating they rescheduled my time to a time that worked better for them. Well I had already set up a sitter for that time so it didn’t work for me to rescheduled to the time More convenient for them so and I did not get my originally scheduled appt in the end. I hate when businesses presume you can adjust to their convenience as the only attempt to rectify their mistake.

Excellent Lomi Massage from Becca in a beautiful new facility!I recently visited Hawaiian Experience Spa and had a 90 minute Waikiki Massage from Rebecca (Becca). A Lomi Massage is a unique experience in itself, with long, flowing massage strokes and coconut oil. I received the Waikiki Massage, which is a deep tissue Lomi. Becca did an amazing job! I have chronic lower back pain from sitting in an office all day. She worked not only my lower back but also my leg and stomach muscles that contribute to lower back pain, along with stretching. The Goodyear facility was designed from the ground up to be a spa. The layout is great and the rooms are spacious and quiet! I feel 100% better and look forward to returning each week!

DO NOT go to this location (Goodyear). They are crooks. Which is unfortunate, since I enjoyed my massage with Juan. He is awesome. The issue that I have with this location is with the management and ownership. They have pricing on their website and DO NOT adhere to it! As a new customer my pricing should have been $149.99. They charged my credit card $239.99 for the massage. Which is even $20 more than they should have charged if I was a returning customer. I have reached out to the owner multiple times and have had NO response. I am reporting them to the BBB.

If I could give a zero status I would. This goodyear spa shows their customers Nothing but disrespectful service. They asked me about my own personal account stating I dont have enough money charging my card for no reason and stating that In obligated to pay 20% gratuity 😒 I would not recommend anyone to go here !

Sadly, my first experience at the Hawaiian Experience Spa was negative from start to finish, and I wont be going back. The manager of the spa, Jodi, overcharged me $120, and was rude and unapologetic about the fact that I was given misinformation when I booked the appointment. I have emailed the spa owner, Mike, 3 times and have not received a response. If you choose to book a service, be sure that you are booked and charged correctly for the service you want.Upon calling to inquire about the services offered at the spa, the receptionist I spoke with seemed annoyed by my call. She sounded irritated by my questions, and referred me to their website instead of providing simple answers. So, I brought up their website while on the phone. I then specifically asked to schedule a 90 minute lomi lomi massage for myself and one for my husband. I verified with the receptionist that the price for new guests for this service is $119.99, as stated on the website. She confirmed that this was correct, and booked the appointments. I thought it was great that our massages were scheduled at the same time, as I wasnt expecting that. The massages were mediocre. I felt that the therapists could have been more receptive, and I found it unusual that neither of our therapists asked a single time if the amount of pressure being used was satisfactory during the massage. When we went to pay and leave, I had to catch my breath when I was told I owed $360! I was expecting a charge of $240, as that was the specific quote I was given on the phone when I booked the appointments. The manager, Jodi, was unapologetic and stated that we had received couples experience massages. I told her that I didnt schedule a couples experience, I scheduled lomi lomi massages for 2 new members. She stated that new member pricing does not apply to couples massages, and insisted that I owed $360, regardless of what I was told over the phone. It was a very uncomfortable, confrontational way to end our appointment. I paid the amount charged and left feeling sick to my stomach. As stated, I emailed the spa owner 3 times and explained the situation and requested that he contact me by either email or phone, and never received a response. Im disappointed by the blatant lack of concern by both the manager and owner about my experience.In the time that has passed since our appointment, I have heard of similar experiences from acquaintances, and read several reviews that describe similar situations at this spa. I recommend doing your research before booking.
