This is the first place I found out about the geek bar...and let me just say its a bang for your buck...15k puffs for 20$$$...man thats hard to beat...their prices are competitive and good...if you need a good vape spot where you dont feel robbed after leaving the store and you want some where they arent just trying to sell you something but want to see you leave happy? Then this is your place!!

So, I needed a charger for my ancient battery for my babe. And I searched for the best place in the middle of absolutely nowhere and this was the place to go to it. So if youre in the absolutely no nowhere, go to this place. clean place like I might eat my food off of the floor. But maybe not.

Selling brands of Kratom with absolutely NO traceable vendor information. Thrive Kratom (revonbotanicals) websites/media are all defunct and the phone is disconnected. Was told this is the most popular. Bottle went into trash and will seek out reputable vendor in leu of risking laced or tainted product.

I have been going here for a couple of years and loved the atmosphere and customer service from Andrew and Alejandra that was provided. I’ve only had a couple of bad experiences here and it’s only been the days Amanda works, which is usually Sunday. She is not friendly, helpful, or welcoming. I avoid runs to the shop on these days as much as possible.They have an amazing rewards system in place and carry a large selection of items, which used to always be available/in stock but lately it’s been rough trying to get what you usually come in for. Lots of items not in stock anymore. Came to realize the reason for this is, is most likely due to Alejandra not working there anymore. She was in charge of orders and always ensured everything was in stock. Guess I’ll be finding a new shop to go to.

Best smoke shop in the area! Excellent customer service, great selection of bongs and pipes, as well as vapes! Great deals/prices too! Plus, a great rewards/points system! Not sure exactly how they calculate the points, but seems like i get close to $1.40 for every $18 i spend. AND when they didnt have something I was looking for, they called another smoke shop around the corner for me to make sure they had it before sending me there! Thats above and beyond in my opinion! Been coming here for the past couple of years, the rewards program is excellent, haven’t really had any issues with staff, but please explain the recent lack of stock for the past few months? To many smoke shops all around, If this continues I’ll have to find someplace else soon?Update: original review was posted a couple of days ago, I was near dysart today so I decided to stop by the other location ( first time) was greeted by Amanda and as soon as I asked about the Kang vape onee sticks, she knew exactly who I was, she proceeded to explain the situation pertaining to the lack of stock on the Kang vapes, I was impressed to say the least, she even remembered that my sister comes in with me sometimes, ( she’s also a happy cat’s regular) now that the rumors are put to rest, I am pleased to know exactly what the issue is, Happy Cats has been my go to smoke shop since I quit smoking cigarettes a little over 2 years ago and that will continue! Just wanted to let you know who you have working for you, I see Amanda has gotten several bad reviews for being unpleasant and not very nice or helpful, just wanted to go ahead and add thief to that list as well. If she can steal from me she can steal from you. I can see why people are posting they try to avoid coming in on days she’s working.

The possibilities are endless…. And if by chance they don’t have what you’re looking for let ‘em know and they’ll always try and get it for you. The staff are knowledgeable and experienced in their products which is a must especially if you’ve never tried or experienced something they are there to help pick and choose which is bad for you!! And the best part…doesn’t matter who you are or where you come from each of the staff treat you as part of the family!! This place once was amazing and there were virtually only good things to be said about the experience shopping here (customer service rep always attentive, product plentifully stocked etc.) Now the place is just run of the mill (at best), never replenishing product and they lost their best top employee. What a joke. Thank goodness there are alternative tobacco stores in Goodyear/phoenix. This one’s a bust

Decided to try this shop out as my usual digs has had issues keeping the brand of Kratom I like on the shelfs. Since they said it’s been on back order for months, thought I’d try another Smoke Shop.I am soooo happy I did! While Happy Cats doesn’t carry my usual brand, I found other comparable brands that were just as good. Prices are decent, unlike their close neighbor, across the plaza (won’t name names). The staff was also very knowledgeable about their Kratom products as well, also unlike their neighbor across the plaza.I even found Kratom extract shots at waaaay lower prices than I’ve seen anywhere else. The extra added bonus…..they offer a rewards program as well! Will definitely be frequenting Happy Cats on the regular!

I was in there for the first time today. Sam was very friendly, nice, polite and talkative. He checked my ID to make sure it matched the credit card, like companies should do. Dont know why another poster was peeved by it. It was a nice experience and Ill be back again and again. They made a new customer.

Happy Cats is by far the best smoke and vape shops in the West Valley, if not the whole valley! Great shop and great associates to bring an awesome experience. Came to this site by discovering it since I moved to Goodyear not to long ago walked in and was great right away. The associates were also knowledgeable bout every product but also recommendations on vape products. They helped me find what I was looking for but also recommended better options for my vaping experience. This shop isn’t just for show with just random vape products this shop stays updated with the latest mods, tanks, rdas, and e-juices. Definitely will be a regular.

Sam and Q the guys before this new owner, they have a shop right next door to Ace Hardware just south of this location, not even a half mile south... The first happy cats. Hands down best smoke shop this side of town. Prices are the best and things they charge more on they make up for it with freebies. Not to mention there whip it torches hold a lifetime warranty u got a problem bring it in they will replace it no questions asked no sending it in. I had a smoke priv. The one that looks just like iron man and talks to you i tried everything on line to get voice command to work seen many have the same problem the main dude of happy cats got it working in literally 5 seconds . great guy. Dude with the long hair is a food dude to both are very well informed. If your looking to start vaping but your not sure and just need to learn go to happy cats. They wont tell you what you want to hear they will tell you the facts and make sure you leave there with what will work best for you.

The worst customer service I have experienced in as long as I can remember. Bought a Kannger mini off them and within two days it was leaking everywhere. Took it back and the owner said it was missing a gasket. (They put it together when I bought it ). He put a gasket in which I later found was wrong. I thought I was good so I got an extra burner, which I later found was incompatible with my unit. Next day, still leaking. Take it back, owner not there. Were sorry sir, only the owner can do exchanges or repairs...when will he be in?...we dont know, he has several stores and is opening a vape parlor. Three days later, 6 calls and three stops at the store. We dont know when he will be in...Quality American Customer Service? No chance at this joint!

I go here at least once a week. Elite kratom is good(stay away from Wave brand its NO GOOD), cig prices are decent but not a lot of variety for vapes and accessories. Sign up for their rewards program youll get 15% off after so much spent. Stock more Elite kratom guys!!EDIT: These guys have upped their game big time, great service and product. They listen to their customers and remember you and what you like.

The cashier is very friendly and always willing to help you with whatever questions you have for both beginners and more experienced smokers. The shop is always tidy and cleaned up and always has a friendly scent whenever you walk in.

I go to this shop regularly for Kratom, vape and ejuice. They always have a great selection, and are very knowledgeable. Since theyve had new ownership, the level of customer service and selection of products is much better and much more organized. I would highly recommend!

I specifically asked for two cans of Longcut tobacco. It took a while for him to understand what I meant and he gave me pouches. I opened up the can and found pouches. Brought them back to him and he wouldnt refund the open can. I have been going there for almost two years. I had a run in with them about my credit card that they wanted to see id on an 8 dollar purchase. Never going back there.

So this store is a little bit further from me than the other one but the staff here is the main reason to why I travel the extra few miles, they’re kind, allow me to explore the vast amount of juice options and give me good recommendations that have never failed me. Tried happy cat this afternoon sound up the store is basically the same as most tobacco shops the difference was the customer service we received from Ken seems to be very knowledgeable on the products that I was interested in CBD oil for Vape and the flower as well as the edibles and that was a nice change from most of the other shops in the area I would recommend it and have a great day much love!

I purchased a vapor from them two weeks ago and was told at the time of purchase that they sell the replacement coils. I go in yesterday and get told the no longer carry that product or the coils for it. No other vapor shop around sells it either. Now I have to spend extra money for a different tank! So before you purchase anything from this store make sure they dont plan on fading the product or the accessories out! I use to do all my shopping for smoking needs there but I refuse to give them my business anymore.

I used to shop at innovape all the time. But then I realized that those guys just want money but when I walk into happy cats(high af usually) they’re hella nice and patient u feel? When I get backwoods there and ones got a hole in it, they replace for me for free. Bottom line is happy cats is better than any other vape/smoke shop in Goodyear/buckeye/Avondale. And they got the 5 pack for 6 bucks!! They got honey, honey berry, dark stout, and honey bourbon. DUB

Every thing was great! I purchased CBD, kratom, and a CBD infused soda, plus my son was able to get a ice cream treat. I normally dont purchase kratom from a smoke shop due to being unsure of the purity of it, but I called and he gave me the Names of the vendors that you offered, called one of them Urban tree botanicals local in Chandler so varify it was pure. Took my first dose in 2 days and I feel great! Will definitely be back!!

This place is nice cause they have crazy long hours.. so its convenient but I wish their prices were a little better. They charge almost $1 more on the mini swishers than walmart and qt who are within .5 mile of them.

Questionable service, went in for a pax-2 filter and first he said no they didnt sell them, then as I was about to leave he then said yes and I ended up with the Pax 1 filters( slightly different size). On the V2 e-cig website they show they sell them there but when I got there they said no dont.

Being a constant hookah smoker, Moodys carries all you would need and more for smoking. The brands and flavors of shisha are high in inventory.
