Great service! I really like the decor and relaxing setting. Receptionist was very helpful and informative. The massage was personalized, medium to firm pressure suit my comfort level. I have massages for my neck, shoulders, and back pain/knots and thanks to Deyvis.

Ive been going here for about 6 months. Nicest people youll ever meet. Ive tried four different massage therapists, and they all ask about a problem area and then promptly ignore it. Im waiting for one of them to actually listen, and then that will be my official go-to person. Meanwhile, the last three were really good. Nice, clean place with a pleasant atmosphere.

Elements was a wonderful experience! I went in for a few aches and pains and Wyatt, my therapist addressed them all. I had a massage just a week before (at another place) that was terrible. My massage at Elements was exceptional and worth every penny!

Hands down the best massage I’ve had. Wyatt listened to the issues I’ve been having with my back and developed a plan that would be best for me. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is clean. I will probably be getting a membership.

Deyvis does a fantastic job. Always hits the spots and I always feel fantastic every time I leave my 2 hour massage. The front desk girls are always friendly and very welcoming. Their communication is excellent and I would highly recommend the Goodyear location. Very impressed!!!

This place is the best.... I have gotten massages for many years I have always enjoyed them... I have always done 60 minute... Until I came to element massage... When youre truly ready to relax...pamper yourself...feel special about yourself...or to know how the Rich and famous are treated these guys are the cut about the rest I went from 60 minutes 90 minutes now 2 hours... Friendly and professional is the whole team but I must give a special thanks to Wyatt...I am telling everybody about you guys👍🏽

I had a bad experience with the massage therapist Bryan. He didn’t review my intake forms where I specified the areas I did not want touched so he touched those areas making me feel very uncomfortable. I told him the light to medium pressure he was doing at first was fine but then he decided to go deeper without checking with me first, that pressure became painful. I didn’t feel comfortable or heard and before we began I informed him of my pain in my left shoulder and that it was very sore to the touch and asked that he be gentler there, he was not, instead he tried working out that area deeper causing more pain. He burped over my head and face instead of stepping away or turning around and was breathing heavily into my face. The experience was gross and unprofessional and uncomfortable. The front desk associate didn’t take my complaint seriously and just brushed over it trying to book me again with someone else. I will not be coming back.

Atmosphere walking in was perfect. Girls up front were welcoming. Sign in was easy. Massage was incredible and therapeutic. No high pressure sales afterwards.

Cynthia is amazing! Good listener, very friendly.She is intuitive, attentive and sensitive to what your body needs, offering just the right amount of pressure as needed.I highly reccomend her if you want a professional massage that is both therapeutic and relaxing!!

I love my therapist Wyatt! I have a lot of pain and problem areas and he has been the only massage therapist that can actually really do deep tissue and trigger point the way I need it. Also the front office staff has always been very friendly and super helpful!

Im hooked on Elements Massage ! I like the quality and training of the masseuse that I see. The beautiful and relaxing atmosphere of the spa and the seemingly sincere friendliness of all of the staff also keeps me returning. Lastly, it is a great value! $100, for an intense 1-hour massage, including 20%+ tip. You cant beat that with a baseball bat!

Deyvis is my regular masseuse and he’s terrific. But, do is everyone at this location. They have a variety of techniques and pressure levels to suit everyone’s comfort level.😀

They listen and work with you. They don’t push anything on you. They do however let you know what services they have available. Staff is great.

Its nice for a relaxing massage but if you are looking for deep tissue or to get knots worked out, keep looking

Wonderful experience. My masseuse was Camille and she targeted every area I needed. I bartend and for long hours hunched over my shoulders kill me, I wanted deep tissue and she gave it! She even went back to focus on my shoulders before I flipped. She has a wonderful technique and would highly recommend her for a true deep tissue.

The staff Angela and Carol are amazing and make my experience every time very personable that is why I’ve been coming for so many years and will continue as long as they are there!

Irianna is the BEST hands down. If you have knots that need to be worked out and the BEST massage youll ever get, this is the woman to do it great hands. She is gentle but firm. I had my first body massage so I was a bit nervous so I really appreciated how it felt like a professional & safe environment. Also, I have fibromyalgia so I was concerned if it would be too much for me, but it was not! I did feel fatigue afterwards yet Ive been able to experience my first zero level pain days in about 2 days so Im truly grateful.

This place is great. The various therapists know exactly how to take care of their clients. The way they match you to the right therapist and find the best way to get you feeling better is not even comparable to other places. Love the calm peaceful atmosphere.

I’ve come to this elements for a while now and absolutely love this location. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Candis has been my massage therapist the past 3-4 times and she is absolutely AMAZING, the best I’ve ever had. She is extremely friendly, kind, knowledgeable and really listens to your problem areas and does everything to help. The manager at this location is wonderful as well! I always have a great experience.

The women who greeted me at the front where so kind and welcoming!!! They offered me refreshments and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my massage (which was not long at all). Since it was my first time with them, they were very helpful going through my initial forms with me relating to my massage. I loved being able to specify where I wanted the majority of the attention as well as certain places I did not want massaged. I had my appointment with Amy and she was absolutely wonderful!! So was so kind and sociable and asked about my comfort on occasion during my appointment. It was such a pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning as well as recommending to others!

The front office staff were friendly and welcoming, and the office environment was warm and relaxed. As someone that doesnt often get a massage, I found this first impression to help me feel comfortable. Amy was my massage therapist and she also made me feel comfortable. She had a very calm and friendly demeanor and was a very good communicator. The massage was wonderful – exactly what my sore back, hips and neck needed. I left feeling very peaceful and relaxed. Fantastic experience!

Ariana, did an excellent job. I felt so much better after, she managed to get out many knots and loosen up my shoulders. I had a deep tissue massage. She allowed me to rest/sleep and made sure I was comfortable. I will be going back.

The reception associates were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Katie talked to me about my therapy needs and explained services thoroughly. The entire facility was clean, soothing and spa-like, lovely. Candis was an amazing massage therapist! She spoke to me in advance about my stress areas and thoroughly explained her treatment plan. Her massage proved her experience and knowledge—it was perfect. I loved that she followed my lead regarding conversation during the massage. I’m usually not a talker, but I felt very comfortable and we had a nice conversation. She also gave me tons of notes on stretches and products that will help me manage stress on my back. I’ll definitely be back!

This one my first experience getting a massage and it was more than i ever expected. Katie, the sales representative was amazing. She was very informative and answered all of my questions. Hector was my therapist and let me tell you, he had me at peace. I was so relaxed i forgot where i was. He made me feel so comfortable with the whole experience. The front desk staff were so nice and welcoming. The establishment was very clean and it smells so nice! I HIGHLY recommend Sal. Hes knowledgeable in what he does and has a great technique. The perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic. Ive had plenty of massages and I am a massage therapist myself and can definitely vouch for Sal and say he is great at what he does. He is very professional and most importantlyhe listens so he can understand your needs and gives you exactly what you asked for, which is why I left happy and feeling refreshed. We have been going to Elements Massage for a couple of years. Their staff is always friendly and do their best to accommodate. Their massage professionals are excellent!!! They communicate well and provide the right pressure. My husband has back issues and they have been a wonderful relief with their outstanding skills. Be sure to tell the front office staff of any conditions or concerns as well as the type of pressure you like. If you arent sure...start with medium pressure. Some therapists have firmer pressure than others.

The Front desk is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and smells great.. Marisol is who I go to for my 90 minute massages each month. Shes amazing and has many different tequniques! Ive been coming here for several years and Ive never had a bad experience.

The staff is polite and my therapist (Mark) was nice but I could go without the excess conversation about politics (or any conversation at all) during my massage. Did not enjoy Trigger Point massage, it felt more like muscles being poked. Also, massage felt rushed. Will likely return but will see someone else.

Upon arriving I was greeted by Angela who treated me with the best hospitality and made me feel warm and welcome as this was my first massage at Elements. After a very stressful month with a newborn she put my mind at ease even before getting a massage. I ended up receiving a massage from Cynthia and it was the most relaxing and calming massage I had received in a long time. I would definitely recommend Elements to anyone who wants a clean environment and professional service.

I love the personal service that I receive at Elements Massage Goodyear. They are friendly and accommodating. Vianca is my therapist and she always asks what areas may need special attention, even though she knows what I am going to say. She remembers details and even respects the quiet when I feel a little less talkative. She lets the client lead the experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Elements was clean, efficient and professional. I had Jordan for my massage, and he was wonderful. I explained briefly why I was there, he asked a couple of questions and then went to work. The knot in my back that took me there in the first place is all but gone and I feel confident that if I follow his post massage instructions, it’ll work it’s way out completely. Great place. If I’m ever in this area again, I would go here for a massage.

Miko is great! You can tell she clearly enjoys her chosen profession. Her smile and caring nature immediately puts you at ease. She actually listens to what you have to say about your needs. I always leave with my muscles feeling better, and the tension in my neck gone. Added bonus - she is skilled and experienced with both hot and salt stones. Getting signed in was super smooth. There isn’t an excess of product in the lobby and they don’t push extras at you incessantly. The overall ambience is soothing and natural, there weren’t any of those weird, heady incense like smells. It was very cool and chill using water sounds to set the calm. The massage itself was from Héctor. Amazing therapist, definitely all about the calm and relaxation. Pressure was beautiful and even and I was able to just chill without interruption. Aromatherapy lavender blend was used and will definitely recommend the option for others. All of the scents used in the upgrade are very clean without smelling fake. Katie at the front desk was efficient and knowledgeable. She explained the wellness program and made signing up easy. Absolutely looking forward to my next massage.

I was informed from the begining what was going to happen and how the procedure from start to finish would happen. My therapist Jose really paid attention to my needs. He listened and addressed them all. Never once did he or anyone make me feel uncomfortable. I was not asked to join as a monthly member so I didnt feel pressured. I have been going here for four months now and every time I go the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Jamie always takes care of me and I leave there feeling great. She is great at focusing on the muscles that are bothering me and able to find and loosen those tight spots!

I chose the location in goodyear, I want once again speak on how amazing their front staff is. They treated me like family, answered all my questions, and set me up with an amazing therapist!! Proudly a repeat client!!

Im currently a member and like the different varieties of masseuse they have. However I will mention if you become a member make sure to keep track of how many massage minutes youve accrued as they had to reactivate one of my 90 minute massages when I corrected one of the ladies at the front desk that told me I had no massages left. I started to cancel because of that and look elsewhere but decided Id keep track instead!!

My massage was awesome and the staff was great but I would lose the gimmicky sales pitching. You go to get a massage for a relaxing experience. Outside of the actual massage this is not that. I’ve had literally hundreds of massages and never experienced that. First, they make you fill out like 4 different forms. (What!?) Okay, that’s fine. Then you go to get your massage. When you’re done they come back with a recommendation sheet. (Okay what is happening right now?) They recommend the 90 minute next time (of course they do!) and throw in some hot stones while you’re at it next time (upgrade). Then when your therapist is done, the front desk tries to get you to book your next appointment now, join the membership program, and then they say they’ll call you about once a week to check in. I want to reiterate that the massage was great and the staff was great and they were just doing what they’re told to do. But corporate if you’re listening this is not it! It’s quite a tacky approach really. Felt insincere and reading from a script. I would tone down a little bit on that. Maybe it works but I think most people are more likely to upgrade when not pressured to do so. Food for thought.

They have some excellent masseurs. However as long time customers we were extremely disappointed to have had a anniversary couples massage cancelled that had been scheduled well in advance. Actually it was to have been a surprise but the receptionist blew that. Their claims of reaching out to confirm could not be substantiated.

She was warm, friendly and attentive and she gives an excellent massage! My back was incredibly tight and I walked in feeling stiff and uncomfortable but after my hour with Miko, I havent felt this loosey goosey in years.The next time that I am in Goodyear, I will definitely return for another massage.

The first time I went there I was pregnant and had to go get a massage for my back pains and since then after my pregnancy I still go and had to recommend my family to elements massage and they also love coming to this place. Janine gave me an amazing massage today. Her deep pressure was perfect and no one has ever been able to lengthen my t-bands but her technique was incredible. I am going back as is my husband. I also recommended her to my neighbor. Very relaxing space.

I got an amazing massage by Kelly. She listened to my needs and focused on a lot of trigger points that I needed. I came in with a pinched nerve and left feeling so much better. I don’t get massages often enough to get a membership but she will definitely be my go-to when I’m in pain!

Kelly was my massage therapist and she was incredible! I told her I had a lot of stress and tension in my neck and shoulders, but still wanted a little bit of a full body massage. She gave me the right amount of pressure all over and just enough to break down a lot of my knots. Yes, it hurt but you have to expect that. I would highly recommend Kelly if you go here!!

Great service, relaxing environment, affordable pricing

I received an excellent massage that addressed the issues I had and relieved the existing tension in my legs. When I returned to work I noticed a marked improvement when walking which continued for several days. Miko,the therapist was very knowledgeable about what I needed to have done.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service received. Called to schedule a couple’s massage on my Mom’s 50th Birthday... called an hour before the scheduled time to pay for the massages only to be informed they were NOT scheduled for a couples massage! I specifically asked for a couples massage and even asked for the price of them. Horrible that they can’t schedule a basic appointment correctly. They had NO RESOLUTION FOR ME. They offered to reschedule which is POINTLESS since the massage was scheduled for her actual birthday and we planned our day around this appointment. We WERE going to be new customers and now we are not going back. Incredibly frustrating that they ruined this special birthday.

I have a lot of back knots from improperly lifting stuff for years, and the deep tissue massage I was able to get- along with the eucalyptus oils and CBD oil- has really, really helped relieve a lot of pain and discomfort for me. The staff is friendly and helpful and answered in further detail any thing I didnt understand fully when I asked.Very professional and very kind.

Updating to say I had a prenatal massage scheduled for today. I’m only 9 weeks, but figured I should indicate this as it was a choice when booking online. I got a phone call less than one hour before my appointment time asking me how far along I was. Then I was told I needed to be 12 weeks although this was not listed anywhere on the website. Very poor business practice as I booked this days in advance and just now got this phone call and very easily could have gotten a doctor’s note or gone elsewhere.

The customer service was delightful and the staff very kind. My therapist was great and work on all that I had mentioned to her. If you are looking for a quiet and soothing place, Elements it is!Thank You.

Very personable, great attention to detail. As a single mom I dont pamper myself often so to spend the money on a massage and be treated so well made it worth it! From booking last minute, to being called by name, bringing the information sheet over to me in the comfortable seating area, offering room temperature or cold water. Summer and Vianca were amazing. Summer was very welcoming and made me feel like I was at a high class spa offering fruit water etc. vianca paid attention to my requests and concerns and was the perfect balance of relaxing and relieving tension spots. I was very pleased!

I have had numerous massages and some were horrible and some were ok. But the massage I had today was beyond amazing!! I have a lot of back problems and haven’t even been able to twist and bend around. Today after I left I was able to bend and crack my back (hasn’t happened in 3 years)!! I have chronic pain and PTSD from being in the Marines for 11 years. Im truly able to relax in a comfortable environment at Elements Massage and with Sandy B. I love the calming energy of all the therapists I see at Elements and the relaxing environment allows me to let the day go. Im always able to get whatever kind of massage Im looking for with the versatile styles of massage each therapist is trained in, whether it be deep tissue or a put you to sleep relaxing session.

Ive never had a male massage therapist before but Jordan was very professional and careful to make sure I was draped at all times. The facility itself was very clean and calming.

I love Elements, they have excellent masseuses and a very tranquil environment. Even the appt reminders are pleasant. Their prices are higher than some other parlors, but its money well spent.

Would have given 5 stars , but every time I find a therapist I really like, it seems like they reduce their hours, stop working weekends, etc. I should not have to take off work to get a good massage.

Jordan did such a fantastic job! This was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Not so much pressure that it hurt, but enough to work out some knots that I didn’t even know I’d been carrying around. If I was local, I’d be hooked for sure.

I signed up for $30 off my first massage. Called to make an appointment and the receptionist was busy so said shed call me back. In the mean time I had my boyfriend call and was told an hour-long massage was $69 however when the receptionist called back she told me it would be $69 even with the $30 off coupon this makes no sense feel like Im being defrauded

Great facility. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. Massage therapists are very good. Cristela stands out as my favorite massage therapist for a deep tissue massage and has helped to relieve some pain in my lower right back and hip.

This location is wonderful. Everyone is so nice and they treat you like family! I look forward to each of my appointments for many reasons. :) Jordan is fantastic!!

Vianca is an exceptional therapist. Ive experienced trauma in my life and for a long period was uncomfortable with strangers touching me. After a car accident I was experiencing a lot of pain and did not want to take pain meds. Ive been seeing Vianca for a little over 6 months and Im always happy. She is attentive, kind hearted, and a true genuine person. I cant say enough about what a true professional she is!! Im living with less pain and always leave your store relaxed . Thank you! 😀

Had a groupon and didn’t realize it was for a different Elements-not Goodyear. Told they would match the price my 69.00 Groupon which was for a 90 min message and charge me that price for an hour? Elements in Goodyear has a Groupon offer for a hour message for $49.00. I informed them that it would be best if I went to the other location because I made a mistake and was out of town-I was charged $45 cancellation fee as I was told that Friday at 10am was a busy time and other clients were turned away?? Called the other AZ location and was able to walk right in. Women at the counter were unprofessional and a poor representation of Elements message. Point stay away from the Goodyear location.

I went in for a deep tissue massage to work some of the many knots Ive gained in the past few months and I was very happy with the end results. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is active in sports or lifting.
