This place is amazing! Im assuming its the guy who runs it, but hes there every time I go, and he helps me so much! I went in looking to buy my first nectar collector, and he answered all my questions and even gave me a discount! I absolutely love the location and going into the shop itself was an experience of its own... to say the least.The young man/clerk for that specific day was perhaps having a bad day.I am kind of reluctant to say I felt unwelcomed as he had a hurry up and buy type of attitude very unfriendly he was. I left there feeling I as well as my $40 was not wanted and underappreciated. At the end of the day I can only hope they hire someone else with more customer service skills. Ironically over dinner my husband describe the same (snooty) guy and the same rude manners the clerk had. My husband resented spending $60 there a day prior. Again I can only hope they do better.

I had hope for this place, but unfortunately all that hope is long gone. This location is consistently out of the available products they advertise. Highly recommend a differenet location, or even purchasing online is cheaper than dealing this such a joke of a location. I was recommended to buy a specific vape, and ever said I purchased said vape they never were able to get me any cartridge refills. They are ALWAYS out of stock. Save your time and order online. Complete joke of a business and they overcharge.

The guy who works here do not have the best friendly customer service at all. I have never put my money on the counter let alone not recieved it in my hand. I get its covid but I wonder if he ever thought that the same money he told me to lay on the counter, he would have to pick it up anyway to place in the drawer. He rubs me the wrong way every time so there wont be a next time.

This is hands down one of the best smoke shops I’ve been to in AZ.While all of the smoke shops seem to have relatively similar products, the personalities at this location make it worth the trip.I get excited to come in, just to be greeted with a big smile and plenty of products.10/10 would go here again.... and again and again.
Not, once... but twice... even another friend of mine told me she would never return here. Not sure if they stereo type, racial profile, or what. The guy literally follows you around, I guess to make sure youre not a thief or implied like you have no money.... I would never come back up in here for anything.
Just moved to Goodyear about a year and a half. Found this shop that has all my smoking essentials always on hand and at the best affordable prices. My go to for cigars as well. They are expanding there selection so that’s a great thing for people like me.
I got there at 9:20am on sunday and they werent open. Waisted a gas trip but was satisfied going down the street to Happy cats smoke and vape
I called to find out if something is in stock he said yes. I told him I would be there in a few minutes and use my lunch hour to walk over there only for nobody to be there and nobody answers the phone. Such amazing customer service is frankly unheard of. I think Ill go get my products elsewhere to an organization who cares about their customers. I wasted my time to walk a mile only to be stood up.
Every time I go in there they have the ugliest attitudes I rather go up the street never will I come here to spend my money the guy that was working 10/27/23 in the morning has a messed up attitude
I love this smokeshop. The worker has great customer service and will give you great suggestions when struggling to make a decision, even in a busy crowd! It’s very clean compared to most smoke shops and has a multiple variety of items.
Went in for the first time today. The sales guy was friendly and eager to help me pick out a juice that I liked. He opened up a few new bottles to let me smell them. Will return again soon.

I bought some disposable puff bars at about 20 bucks a piece. One was burned up when I opened the package. The guy at the counter acted like I was crazy for asking for a replacement. I wont spend another dime in there. Plenty of places to get what I need.
Best kept secret.... Always stocked humidor, great assortment of cigars , wraps and papers or a new bowl , pipe or bongs . The accessories are off the chain stocked ! If they dont have they will try and get them !!!

Good stock, knowledgeable staff unlike other shops nearby. Other shops sell limited vape goods (in a smoke shop) and have no idea what they sell; I ask for parts/advice and they have no clue. But not here. This place is dedicated to vape goods only and I was looking for replacement parts. I was recommended to overhaul my atomizer configuration. I took the plunge and I am impressed. I recommend passing the smoke shops nearby and coming here.

So for first time vapers, or someone looking for new hardware, hes the man to talk too. Even if he doesnt know the answer right then and there, he wi find it out for you.
