Leigh was my therapist. She definitely helped me from being dreadfully fearful of getting massages. Two unbelievable experiences was enough massages for me! Because she is my family members therapist, I trusted them to try her. I am so grateful that I did. I was thoroughly relaxed. She was professional, kind, and polite. She always explained what she was going to do before preceding. She’s conscientious and patient. One can tell that she loves her job because she does it so very well. I would recommend Leigh to be a massage practitioner who travels to other Envy facilities to observe and train therapists. Whenever I’m in Goodyear, I will make an appointment to get a massage a month in advance. Thank you for allowing her to demonstrate her true skills.

Recently moved to Arizona and was very happy to have found a massage envy close to home. Elena is absolutely fantastic! She takes wonderful care of me and is very professional. Elena is also very kind and is very easy to talk to. I definitely recommend Elena

I took a last minute opening with Michelle. I always go into a massage with an open mind if I haven’t been with the therapist before. In our consult I said I was just looking for a good relaxing massage with medium pressure and that I was good with full body and love a good glute massage. To my delight Michelle zeroed in on every ache and pain I have without me saying anything. It was definitely more therapeutic than it was relaxing and I’m grateful for her expertise and intuition. The relief of a great therapeutic massage is worth 10x the joy of a relaxation massage. I had some worry about being sore the next day. I am not sore and have experienced relief of pain and tension. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Michelle. Thank you!!

Maggie did such a great job on my facial. She explained everything she was doing, step-by-step and was soothing and gentle. We had a nice conversation while she was working and she educated me on many different products and therapies. I will definitely go back and visit Maggie again for another facial!

I recently had a massage at Massage Envy, the experience was fantastic! My therapist, Kyriel, was excellent. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. Kyriel was attentive to my needs and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. My back feels absolutely amazing after the session! The pressure was just right, and Kyriel checked in periodically to ensure I was comfortable. I left feeling rejuvenated and without the back pain that had been bothering me.I highly recommend Kyriel at Massage Envy for anyone looking for a therapeutic and relaxing experience. If you are looking for a great spot to get a massage this place is the way to go. Associates are friendly and helpful. Daren is the best manager out of every other location. He makes sure you are taken care of and helps you save money with the wellness program. Carly is also a great associate. Very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. As much as I’d like to gate keep Alexis, I have to say how amazing she did with my facial. She is so sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only was the facial absolutely relaxing but her massages were just as good. I will be booking with her again ❤️

I have seen Ryan twice at the Goodyear office! He has been consistent and amazing! I walk out feeling as if I have had a massage and a relaxing time! My hips been bothering me and after yesterdays massage it feels great today. He doesnt talk your ear off! Amazing cant wait to go back next month!

Front desk staff is always professional and helpful. I have loved my massages with Arlene and Sydney and facials there are great as well. Getting appointments can often be a challenge, so I’d love to see them bring on more massage therapists.

Google Readers, I usually do not post or rate businesses because in the past after the 2nd meeting/ service with them they show their true colors. But for Akilah at ME! She has not failed me at all after several sessions with her! Her customer service is awesome and her smile too. Oh! and she does untangle my stress knots and ask if the pressure is within my pain threshold. Also, the Front Desk Team that I experienced is awesome too.Alisa H

Akilah has the magic touch! At the end of my massage session, I’ve never felt so relaxed and euphoric. Akilah knew where to relieve my tension on my back and focused directly in releasing the tension to where I no longer felt discomfort. It also helps that she has a very positive attitude. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I had prepaid for six services to gift to employees last year, and I completely forgot about them until now. When I tried to access my account, I found out that it was frozen, and I was told that I needed to pay for a new membership. This is not what I signed up for. I paid for services and credits, not a membership. I still have four credits remaining, but now Im being told to pay a $75 monthly membership fee for an $80 service. This is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with fair. It is not right to punish me for a mistake that was made on your end. I urge you to reconsider and find a solution that works for both of us.

I dont get massages very often but really needed one due to neck and upper back tension. Ryan was my massage therapist and he did a great job focusing on where I needed it the most. I was happy with the amount of checking in he did with me as well to ensure the pressure was good.

I have been a member of massage envy for over 15 years love love this place. Michelle is my massage therapist and hands down she is the best I have ever had in the last 15 years. She is amazing at what she does.

Jesica has great people skills & a soft professional touch. She concentrates on the problem areas and gives a no pressure overview of areas you need further attention. Just wish she had more openings throughout the month!

I never leave reviews but other people need to know what they are getting themselves into at this location! Be careful signing up for membership don’t be stupid like me and let the gay manager guy upfront pressure you into signing up!! He’ll give you attitude if you don’t!!! Trying to cancel my membership and having a hard time! It sucks when management is horrible but have good employees working in the back.

Dennis does an awesome therapeutic deep tissue massage. He gets to aches and pains no one else can find. They’d get 5⭐️ if it wasn’t for all the sales pitches and up charges and hard to understand details of membership.

Massage Envy Goodyear- Duryea is a great skincare provider. She pays attention to your skin. I have redness and fine lines. She was paying attention to all of my facial needs.

Highly recommend Ky as a massage therapist. She continues to grow her knowledge in her craft, and it very tuned into what her clients need.

Leigh is FANTASTIC. Love my weekly massages. Now that I have limited movement, she is able to assist me with moving around the table. She has found a new way of doing my massage. She has a firm, but gentle touch. She is most definitely a 5. Well worth working with.

Had a wonderful experience with Kayla. My skin is super sensitive and I usually end up red and blotchy after. She tailored the facial to my needs and my skin came out glowing and refreshed. Highly recommend.Edited to add that Claudia is amazing if you need a massage!

Dated 1/27/24...

I had a facial with Paris and ahh she was so sweet and respectful :) She made me feel very comfy for my first ever facial and she explained everything she was doing! Actually helped me understand my skin better too. Very relaxing n would go again 100%

Do yourself a favor and read the terms and conditions before signing up. Its frustratingly difficult to cancel your membership. Keep in mind to cancel ten days before your scheduled payment is set to be taken out or they will charge you. Your contract is a year. Once you cancel you have 60 days to use your credits. And you have to cancel in person. One of the worst experiences I’ve had regarding customer service. Blatant anti consumer practices. There are better places to give your money to. Therapist just seem to be going through the motions. Do yourself favor and go elsewhere.

Elsie gives really good massage therapy. I have been her client for years. She takes the time to know what you need done for every visit and ensure satisfaction!

My sister popped into town for an unexpected visit. I called on a Thursday requesting any two massages for the following day. I was totally surprised to be scheduled for two massages at 6 pm (one firm and one relaxation). I took the relaxation massage with Leigh. She was courteous, super nice and gave me the most relaxing massage which was badly needed. Additionally I asked if there were any facial appointments available. Sure enough the staff was able to do their magic and fit us in for two appointments at 4 pm. I could not have been more pleased knowing appointments generally have to be made weeks in advance. Thank you everyone for such accommodating and courteous service.

I had a good therapeutic 60 min w/ Dennis where he concentrated on stiffness related to a shoulder impingement followed by a 30 min percussive therapy with Sydney. Both Sydney and Dennis where great at explaining how to maintain the range of motion with stretches at home between sessions.

It was my first massage with Shelby. She was amazing! She made sure she was targeting the areas of concern and made sure her pressure was good for me! After telling her I was so stressed, she made this one of the most relaxing, much needed massages that Iv’e had. Thanks you Shelby!

Leigh was my masseuse for my first massage at this location, and she was WONDERFUL!!! She’s more of the light-medium pressure, which is usually not my first choice… however, she added so many extra soothing aspects to it that I had not had with others in the past including hot towels, dimming the lights very low, and talking me through deep breathing right when she was getting started. This location as a whole is very clean and I definitely plan on returning. Book your appointment with Leigh, you wont regret it!

Michelle is that rare therapist that knows massage so well that she can tackle any issue with your body. I had been experiencing hip pain and she really helped me and provided relief.

Lydia was great! Shes very personable and always does a great job. I have a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders and she does such a great job focusing on my tension areas. She even recommended ways I needed to stretch at home everyday to reduce some of the tightness in my muscles and it has helped a lot. 100% recommend, 5 stars every time!

I went for a facial and it was lovely Kayla was friendly, professional and informative. She was very sweet as well. She explained every cream and serum she massaged onto your face.You also receive a minimal neck and shoulder massage, since I have a very bad neck it really helped that area. I enjoyed the entire experience and it was so very relaxing, that alone was worth the price. Thanks Kayla, you did a great job.

Fantastic! Clean, Professional, Great price and so many other services available, I’m definitely going to look into the stretching. Elise explained what she would be doing, made me feel very comfortable, heated bed was awesome, scent of oils very relaxing, she found all my tight spots, she made sure pressure was just right. I absolutely LOVE my visits with Leigh. She is so thoughtful and caring to have the room setup to your specifics, such as… she knows I love the table to be very warm so it’s always perfect when I arrive. And the best thing ever is she uses such a soft zen-like voice to ask you how you’re doing and she is so quiet and just knows how to calm and relax your tense mind and muscles. Don’t waste your time or money🤦🏼‍♀️. Definitely don’t get a membership. I have had three of the four massages I booked here at Goodyear location since moving to this side of the valley cancelled. One was cancelled literally an hour before, one they didn’t even remember to tell me until I showed up. I mean really- for a company who charges clients for not cancelling ahead of time, they certainly don’t hold themselves to the same standard. This location in particular I’d say has zero standards at all. When I made a comment about the lack of communication and cancelling often I was told they could extend my credits so they wouldn’t expire however when I did show up to the front desk I was told nope they indeed wouldn’t extend my credits and I needed to call my home location that I don’t go to or live near anymore🙄. Do yourself a favor and find a local private professional.

I had got a massage gifted from my mother back in November. I currently work in the health care field taking care of dementia patients and my body has been acting up a lot. As a supervisor I had to fill in for someone on a day that ended up being 16hrs for me. I got a call asking if I was still coming to my message appointment, which I had thought was for the next day, I explained I had to stay late to work and couldn’t make it. The guy said no worries reschedule when you have time. I tried to reschedule on Wednesday and was told that the $100 for my message was taken out of my account due to same day cancellation. No one had told me if I canceled it would cost me $100 for them to do nothing. I wasn’t notified before I made the appointment and the credit was taken without consent without services being rendered. I understand if it cost something to cancel, $100 is a crazy amount, but that was never told to me. This would have been my first massage which I have been saving for a special day as I can’t afford luxury things like massages. This place robbed me of money and an experience. Never got a massage from them and never will now.

Would want to leave a good review, however my mother is having a very tough time trying to cancel a membership! For services she has not used yet and has not been charged for yet. She was told as long as she called before the date (10th of this month) that she would be able to cancel. Apparently that was a lie from their manager. But i guess whatever it takes to make a sale right…take advantage of people…because not only can she not cancel, their “policy” is you can only cancel after 6 payments. Convenient. My gf use to work with massage envy and even she says you guys are told to say you can’t cancel and their is no choice when you clearly can. Youd be the first company where a membership cant be canceled. We don’t want your services. Cancel are membership. We’ve called multiple times and tried to do this effectively and quickly but apparently that isnt possible. Please, again, she would just like her membership that she isnt gonna use canceled. Thank you again. Be better. Life isn’t hard unless you make it…for no reason.

Sydney at massage envy in Goodyear was amazing this was my first massage I have back shoulder and arm pain I have surgery on back on Friday and my pain in my shoulder and arm she made disappear and she gave me a paper with stretching instructions and was so helpful. I will definitely go back she made me so comfortable relaxed and she has magic hands. I was nervous to go but now I cant wait to go back. She is the nicest person and is exceptional at her job. New management is awful. I booked a facial for my friend who has never been in before.. and they made me pay for the nonmember rate because I was showing up as a cancelled member...... when it was not me getting the facial. They gave me the rundown how this was a new process and they no longer honor intro rates.. while also saying yeah, our system wanted to give her the lower rate because she hasnt been in. When I asked, oh, so it does honor the intro rate? The man at the front desk says. Well, its only in there because our system hasnt updated. They just wanted a sale and couldnt get it.. so made someone else pay an unreasonable price for a FIRST TIMER. The least they couldve done was let me know the price it wouldve been when I was booking. But 0 communication.. and 0 curtesy. Go to hand and stone if you want to try something out beforehand. Theyll at least honor a first time rate to try their services out.

For my first time there, everyone was so nice and helpful. I didnt really know much of anything since it was my first facial and Kayla made sure to let me know everything she was doing before she did it and what to expect once it was on. I will be requesting her again!

This is the second time I’ve gone in for a facial and was lucky enough to get Kayla both times!! She was a blast to talk to, very easy going and knowledgeable in her field. She was also extremely patient and gentle and provided helpful tips to combat my tired, puffy and dark circle eyes. I left with my skin feeling so baby soft that I could feel the very next day. Looking forward to my next visit with her.

**UPDATE 12/1/22 Membership & ManagementUpdate:Please note: my cancellation request was due to a MEDICAL reason. Yet this has taken so much time and stress!A cancellation process that was supposed to take 2-3 business days, according to staff, is now into about 30 calendar days! Ridiculous! I had to get corporate involved. My membership was “cancelled” based on a TEXT message I received on Nov 15th because Darren, the “Manager” did not have the decency and professionalism to return my call. I had credits that I PAID for, and he thinks he can just wash me out! Wrong person buddy. I will fight this until you either refund me or transfer what I paid for! Unbelievable. What a LACK of leadership, poor example for your staff. Today, Dec 1st they have the nerve to charge my bank account. Really!!!???To the great staff that provided services for me, I hope you never have to deal with Darren in a situation where you need out. It makes no sense that a Franchise would be willing to risk liability for my $65/month.Their staff that received my paperwork made an INCORRECT note on my account, the manager was supposed to follow up with me regarding my cancellation request, but instead avoided me completely and had a staff member return my call with his decision, and that was that. What type of management is this? They’re so quick and nice to sign you up, but truly lack professionalism when it really comes down to more than receptionist duties. You have so many customers already! Greed should be your title.

My first time coming here or even getting a massage in general. My husband got me a gift card so why not, best decision ever! The woman that I got, her name is Lydia did an amazing job. I had a lot of stress and tension on my neck/back area and she did really well. Was super friendly, and made me feel real comfortable being my first time. I recommend 💯.

I have been a loyal customer of ME-Goodyear since 2014. They’re facility is always clean, quiet and extremely relaxing. Roxanne is beyond amazing and I love that I have someone I consistently see. She knows my needed areas of attention and presents herself in a caring and professional manner. I’m grateful to have the same tech even if I have to wait for openings with her. The front desk has capability to book out months in advance which has helped as they continue to grow with clients. Thanks Roxanne for doing such a great job!

I have been with Massage Envy for a minute now and the one in goodyear is so busy but when I do get in I love it from a facial to a massage...Oh and Ryan S wow that guy has the hands of a god...I am so serious I went in with some serious neck and back pain and woke up this morning like I never had it the day before...please do not overbook Ryan I need to see him again...but please overbook Ryan because he is amazing you will not regret it...medium firm pressure...AhhhhhhI started seeing Elizabeth now for my face and she is amazing. All i know is she has me glowing and she is thorough...I am glad to have a place to do some self-care for myself.

Had a facial today and it was great, my skin was glowing. The aesthetician who I saw was Elizabeth she was very nice and knowledgeable.

She was amazing and listens to my concerns also told me step by step what she was using. We had a great chat and a great upper body massage too. I am satisfied!

I very much enjoyed my experience when I went for my massage. The best part about it was Pablo. He was very caring and real. You can tell he was very genuine about his care for his client. He asked a lot of questions as far as what was wrong with me what needed to be worked on and he was very professional demeanor but also at the same time he was very friendly and a great people person and communicator. Brittney was my massage therapist, it was my very first time getting a massage. My appointment was early in the morning so I was the only one there making me feel special (A vip guest) Brittney made me feel comfortable and made sure everything was to my standards. She offered me water at the beginning and end of my massage. She answered any and all questions that I had. Brittney made my first experience with a massage just as wonderful as can be. This was my first massage in a few years at the request of my PT I booked an appointment. My masseuse was Pablo and he was amazing! I requested extra attention on my back and shoulders since I swim, bike, and run my shoulders get the brunt of my tension. He was able to get knots out that had been bothering me for some time. Knowing I was a nursing mom, Pablo, offered the use of a breast pillow that was an absolute game changer!!! This was the best experience I could have asked for!

ROXY is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had in my time of having massages. She is of the upmost professional who is knowledgeable and listens to what my issues are and explains what and how she will be focusing on to relieve my muscles and tissue.ROXY is very well spoken, kind and helpful in what you should do to maintain a healthy aftercare lifestyle.She’s very caring educated and knows what is needed to maintain a healthier lifestyle.Always booked and I’ll take any appointment with her I can get during the 2-3 years I’ve been going to Massage Envy.Unfortunately with the changes and that manager she’s moved on.

Management is abysmal and money hungry, cares more about profit than customers. Don’t get a membership here as they make it super difficult to cancel and will harass you about your payments. Don’t get scammed here its really not worth it.

I simply adore her and tell her that she has magic hands! The best massages I have ever had. I ask for her every month now! I highly recommend her to you!

If youre looking for a therapist to do a deep tissue massage, Brittany is your girl. Shes not afraid to get in there and get those lumps and bumps worked out. Shes also very friendly and informative about what you should do after at home to keep well...stretching and lots of water. Totally enjoyed my session with her. Great experience. Ive already booked her for the next 2 months. Her spots fill quickly!

I got a great relax massage and some really good advice by Leigh, one of the masseuses there at massage envy. It was also my girlfriends first time getting a professional massage and she was happy to be in a safe environment with a highly professional staff so thank you all for that. She had Pablo as her masseur who she said was excellent at his job and made her feel comfortable. Thanks for the experience!

I had a great experience with Roxanne! My back has been in quite a bit of pain and she kneaded and stretched it out. She could feel all the parts of my back that needed the work and I left feeling much more mobile. She also has great conversational skills. Since I wasnt there to relax, I enjoy having a good Convo during the massage. She also made a recommendation for my next service that I will take up.

By joining the wellness program it makes me take time for myself, otherwise I wouldn’t go. The services I’ve received so far have been very effective in my overall health. Pablo and Elizabeth are very good at what they do.To add a little side note, Elizabeth has opened up a new have to in my life. Her facials are phenomenal and even though I’m not a spring chicken, she seems to be turning back the hands of time . Really good massage. Michelle did an excellent job and I plan to go back asap! I dont like that massage envy charges $10 extra to allow someone else to use your paid for credit, but other than that I think its a good membership value overall.

Had a wonderful 90 minute massage with Leigh. She used the perfect amount of pressure to relieve the tension in my back, shoulders and neck while still allowing it to be a nice relaxing massage. Probably one of the best massages I have had in a long time. I highly recommend an appointment with her. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Shelby is by far one of the best massage therapists at Massage Envy. I will be coming back and only asking for her. I don’t always like to talk and instead, enjoy listening to audio books. She is respective of my wishes and only asks about the pressure. We have chit chatted a couple of times when I want too. Great personality and awesome bedside manner. I have an office job and my back does not feel as sore as it used to when I started coming in regularly.

I had Lydia as my massage therapist and she was amazing. She let me know different things to do to relieve my tightness in my neck and shoulders, how often to come in for massages and different creams I can buy to help with my soreness from my exercises. She was very thorough and had great conversation. I will recommend her to others. I’ll even book an appointment for my husband to come in and see her. I will definitely be back. I also had a great conversation with Clarissa while checking in she was friendly and knowledgeable and made checking in very easy. Massage envy Goodyear May have a new member. Even though I live in Surprise I wouldn’t mine the drive over just to work with their amazing staff.

Recently was gifted a massage at it was my first time at Massage Envy and had a great experience! The intake process was quick and easy, I was asked what areas I wanted my therapist Ryan to focus on, and was shown my room all in a timely manner. Ryan did an awesome job, reviewing my selections made during intake and asking if pressure was okay throughout the massage. I loved how Ryan asked if there was any suggestions/things to do differently for a massage next time. That truly shows me they are willing to be flexible with anything you may need to ensure the massage meets your expectations!!

Always a great experience with Lucia! Her facials are relaxing and my skin looks and feels amazing after our sessions! She is friendly, comfortably conversational and very efficient. Her recommendations for future services and products are always fantastic as she considers my at-home routine and what may compliment it. Highly recommend Lucia for skincare services!

Leora was fantastic. She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable, like I was talking to a friend the entire time. I requested more of a firm touch for my full body massage, with a focus on my upper and lower back. She focused on my tenser muscles and adjusted pressure whenever needed, and constantly checked in on me to make sure everything was to my liking. I highly recommend booking with her! I left feeling loose, relaxed, and like a new person!

I was looking for a spa place to go to regularly for self care, and I definitely found it. All the ladies from the front desk to the back end were great very friendly and very professional. Its definitely appreciated. I had a facial by Kayla and it was the bomb she gave me good skincare advice and some samples to try at home. A1, cant wait to try a massage here.

It had been quite a while since I had been to Massage Envy to get a massage so I had one last night. It was my first time having Michelle as my therapist and she was amazing! By the time she worked through my shoulders and back with deep pressure I felt so much better. Not to mention she is very professional and kind. Michelle is my new GO-TO therapist!

I had a session with Janie and she was absolutely incredible. She has the perfect light touch and is professional and able to ease all the tensions. I arrived after having a crazy tense week and I left feeling like I was walking on clouds in a daze, completely relaxed and peaceful. I booked future visits with her and I am looking forward to seeing her again. I think I fell asleep for a minute during our session. I totally recommend booking here with Janie.

I saw other reviews on Yelp dragging this location regarding membership issues - I can confirm they are accurate. I made the mistake of trusting Daren d/t his charm & what I felt at the time was good customer service. I now know different. I signed a membership agreement and did not realize that it was set to auto renew. I did explain to Daren that Id be leaving the Country. I take full responsibility for my poor judgment in this case however once I asked to cancel the membership I feel it should have been over.I will not speak to the practices of all ME locations but at this one - please DO NOT sign ANYTHING with Daren, he is not to be trusted. When I did reach out to the location I have never heard from Daren again - when I did ask to speak with him I was constantly redirected. This location has manually attempted to charge my account after I rescinded permission in writing.I am aware that many times bitter, scorned people will take to online reviews as a sort of revenge when they are unhappy with things the business could absolutely improve. This is not one of those times. I am leaving this review of my honest interaction & experience with the individual named in this review and this location. I do hope they make positive changes as the service they provide is vital to the community around them. I got a great massage & felt good about the treatment I received from the support staff the one time I was able to go to this location. This review does not in any way reflect on them rather the practices of the management & the people doing whatever it takes to get to a dollar.Theres far more to this but not enough time & energy for me to write that novel here. I will resolve the issue. I left my previous review on Yelp for complete transparency - I believe in honest & fair reviewing. I pray this review is useful to the business for improvement & to the consumer for making the best decision. Use the service just dont sign anything unless its your receipt.

Leora is the absolute best massage therapist! I have been seeing her for almost a year now on a monthly basis, eskama and every time I go even even when I think I dont really need it, I always feel better. If something is ailing me, she fixes it. Not only is she an amazingly talented and knowledgeable massage therapist, but she is also a very kind soul. She listens, acknowledges and conversates if you want it, but if you dont, she will massage you quietly. I have not utilized anybody else in the facility, however I have recommended her to everyone that I know looking for a massage therapist. She is definitely a cut above the rest. They should be honored to have somebody so talented and compassionate working there. I will follow her wherever she goes. She is an absolutely amazing person and an amazing massage therapist.

I made an appointment to have a microdermabrasion treatment and was scheduled with Kayla. The appointment went smooth. The front desk host was friendly and pleasant while checking me in. Kayla was ready for me at my scheduled appointment time which was nice. She performed a wonderful treatment that didn’t take as much time as I anticipated. My skin felt and looked great. I’m very pleased with the results. I will definitely be back for more treatments.

I have been searching for a massage therapist for almost 4 years and have finally found her. Lydia made me feel comfortable and understood all my needs plus some. If I can rate a negative star I would. I signed up for a membership with the goal in mind to get a massage every month because my friends insisted I start self-care because I am a single mother of a special needs child. At first, I lived in Litchfield Park, so the closet location was Goodyear. I signed up for the membership BUT each time I tried to book a massage, they NEVER could found time slots that worked with my schedule. From Nov. 2021-Nov. 2022, I had three massages. What a waste of money! In the fall, I moved to Ahwatukee. My membership was up in November, and in order to cancel, I had to go back to my original location (Goodyear) to fill out the cancelation form. I made a trip to Goodyear, and they told me that I had to pay through Dec. WTH After I was billed in December, the manager at the Goodyear location said I had 6 credits to use. After the new year, I called the new location closest to me, Ahwatukee, to try to book a massage. NOPE. Again no luck finding an appointment. Booked like the entire month of January, and the soonest they could get me in was Jan. 31 for a time that worked for me. The receptionist told me it would cost me 2 credits. I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances out of my control, I had to cancel today and I would be charged the cancelation fee. I didnt want to cancel, I wanted to reschedule. Thats when I learned my credits expired YESTERDAY. WTH, I made a payment in Dec, so why would I be charged when I am still within the 60 day window (well, thats what I thought). Without luck again, they were unable to find a time to reschedule, nothing open that worked with my schedule, so I was forced to cancel. When I tried to reschedule, I asked how much was a massage, and she told me $75. But when I called, she told me I would be charged half of $120. How is that fair? How was it my fault that I could not get a massage booked before my credits expired. They should have disclosed that. when I booked my massage. I would have NEVER booked. LIARS Then to top it off, the receptionist tried to run my card WITHOUT my permission. WHO DOES THAT? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service promised broken! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE membership promises broken. LIARS. Massage Envy sucks!!

I have had one good experience at this massage envy, although this last visit drastically changed my outlook. The employee I had my massage with was named Kamryn and she was the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever interacted with in the public. She made arrogant and demeaning comments throughout our session and then called me sensitive when I didn’t agree with her comments on how perfect her physique was.I would love to go into more detail about the experience so people get an idea of the what transpired but don’t think it would be appropriate for me post the breathtakingly foul words that were said online where children could come across it.

I’ve been coming to this Goodyear location for 16 years for massage and was quite happy when they started the Aesthetics services. Jess was the first aesthetician I stayed with because I’m very picky about my skin. She is amazing, quite knowledgeable, great salesperson and thoughtful. Massage Envy needs to make sure they can keep her….if she ever left for another opportunity , I’d follow.

Pablo was awesome! This was my first time getting a massage in about 20 years and he made me feel comfortable, was super professional and very personable. The front line staff were also great and we had some fun conversations while I waited.Not sure why I waited 20 years for another massage but wont wait that long now! Thank you Pablo and Massage Envy! Roxanne is the best at what she does. She always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. I always appreciate her and the respect she has for her clients and her drive to want them to feel that they had the best experience. She is the number one reason for me to go to this location. This was an 8:00 am appt. Claudia was great. Her massage technique was wonderful to relax my painful muscles. The front desk doesnt arrive until 9:00. I am grateful that the therapists arrive early & are taking clients, so I could get a massage. M.E. should have staff there to support the therapists & let us in, so we can be ready, when our appt time is scheduled. I dont know if they are unable to fill the time slot or if they just dont offer the shift to front end staff

Claudia is a great masseuse! She is very tentative and listen to her clients. If you want a light to medium pressure, she is your girl. Shes very professional, and will focus on the requested areas while still making sure tour while body is accounted for. Will be booking with her every time 😊

I love this place, what more could you ask for? A friendly and smiling face when you enter, the front desk staff are courteous and knowledgeable, and work hard to get you to the right person for the type of massage you need. Some like hard massages to get out the kinks, I prefer a softer massage to wipe away the tension and get me relaxed. And here it comes...... I would love to tell you that my massage therapist Leigh, is the worst person in the place (just so you wont book her, and I can have her all to myself) but she is amazing. I have a lot of things broken in and on my body, and she has adapted her massage to make sure that she either works on them, or stay away from them.. Leigh is my godsend, and I appreciate her kindness and professionalism.. I have been seeing her for over a year, and as long as she is there, I will keep booking her.. overall, I am so happy with Massage Envy.. its my place!!!! LEIGH RAWKS!!

I went to Lydia for a massage to help get rid of some tension knots in my upper back. She was amazing, very personable and caring. She explained to me how they formed and taught me some upper back stretches that i could do at home to help enlongate the muscles that have shortened and tensed up. One of the best massages Ive ever gotten for sure. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond by educating me on different things i could do at home to help ease the tension in my back and she also printed out some information for me. I have already booked my next appointment with Lydia.

Clarissa was so friendly Im greeting me and having me checked in, and Leigh, my therapist, was sweet as can be! She demonstrated exceptional knowledge of of her equipment as well as the human body. She also asked for consent in the beginning and as our session continued which was much appreciated (especially as a previous peer educator at my college where I taught students about consent). This place is always crowded and way too busy in the lobby. Then my massage therapist kept sniffling the whole time (and breathing hard so idk if he has nasal issues) so I was concerned if he was sick or what was going on. Could relax at all with his nose issues! Just a horrible experience so I won’t be back ! 😩😭

Quite possibly the worst massage Ive had professionally. Had Kabren as a masseuse, was interested in joining their monthly service program but after that massage Ill pass. No time management during the massage and a rushed foot treatment service that was just pathetic at the end. For $128 I was very disappointed. Who gives a massage wearing gloves?!? That was a first for me. Anyway, I gave 2 stars because the staff were otherwise pleasant and the pressure applied during the massage was good.

Ryan is the best massage therapist. I have moved away several times and one of the exciting things about coming back is that I can get a great massage again!
