Update: now I’m questioning the integrity of this business. I received a text from Erin this morning telling me that my husband instructed her to use the extra $20 as a tip, which is COMPLETELY inaccurate. My husband had no idea when he purchased the giftcard which service I would be booking. He regularly purchases massages for me and has not once in 10 years “instructed” the leftover amount to go towards a tip. Very frustrating.I had a 60 min $80 massage with Erin today, gifted to me with a $100 giftcard from my hubby. Erin was a little late finishing up a client before me, but she was super kind and very friendly. If you’ve never been to this location, there is a waiting lobby in the main entrance for you to sit and wait for her to come get you (the interior doors are locked). Since she was running behind and I didn’t know, I felt a little clueless until I texted her letting her know I was waiting. We chatted through my whole massage and I felt like I was talking to a friend. I feel like the focus on the massage was somewhat lost as I tried explaining to her that I had some pretty bad postpartum pains in my neck and back. There didn’t seem to be much focus on those areas, and I felt as though she may have been distracted and rushed. Again, she was so kind and I did enjoy our conversation, but it really did takeaway from the massage itself. Erin ended our session right at 5pm, not going over to accommodate for the time I was shortened. I was pretty shocked when the massage seemed to end so abruptly, it felt pretty unfinished as she didn’t do my arms when I flipped over to my stomach. I then went to pay with the giftcard that she already had in her system and she processed the entire $100 which left me a little surprised and I wasn’t sure what to say, there was no question on how much I wanted to tip. I’m not sure if she maybe was having an off day, but the massage seemed to be lacking. Her space is super cute and relaxing, and she was very friendly.

I got a massage here a couple weeks ago. I booked a 60 minute massage, she started 15 minutes late, not up to me I arrived 10 minutes early, and stopped on the hour, which is understandable if there is another client, but I paid for a 60 minute massage and only got a 45 minute massage. There was a client right before me and she did not change the sheets, which is disgusting. She barely touched the areas I asked her to focus on, my neck and back, and instead massaged my arms and legs for the majority of the massage. She massaged so fast like she was in a rush that the friction she was creating hurt. I was so tense during this massage I left feeling worse than when I came. I was very disappointed and would not come here again.

Erin & Adam were amazing! My boyfriend & I booked a couples massage & we will definitely be booking again! The massages were excellent -- making us both feel very relaxed. 10 out of 10 stars!

Worst experience here! Bedding was not clean. It smelled so sour and made my skin start to burn after ten minutes. Carpet in room had a lot of stains. I booked a 60 minute massage and only got 45 minutes. This was all after giving them a second chance as they no call no showed for my original appt. There is no sound proofing in their rooms and you can hear clear is day all of the kids from what I assume is a daycare next door. Owner also did not disclose that the masseuse had no experience outside of the schooling she received. Owner said new to the company but never disclosed New to the industry (huge difference) my massage was so awful. When raising these issues to the owner, the owner was very rude and condescending. Do not go here if you are wanting to relax and are wanting someone who is trained properly!

This place is amazing! Erin does a fantastic job, shes very knowledgable, fun to talk to, and a great overall experience. I have been here twice now and am scheduled again soon. Highly recommended if your looking for a great massage.

Erin is AMAZING!!! She gets the perfect amount of pressure to release your knots, but not painful! Her studio is beautiful and welcoming and makes you feel relaxed instantly. She is very dedicated to her clients making sure they are satisfied and feeling amazing ever after the massage is done!

Heather did a great job. I received a Swedish massage from her and she was professional, friendly, and very kind. I appreciated my conversation with her and definitely worked out many knots. I feel 10 times better than I did when I went in.A little difficult to find. Very important to go into door H on the brick building.

I had a massage by Brie and it was hands down the best massage I’ve had! She listened to exactly what I needed done and I came out feeling so good and relieved of all the tension I had built up! If I could I would give her 10 stars!

My friend made 2 appointments for us in Grand Forks with Adam. We were told to arrive by 945am. We sat waiting for an hour. Called the number, texted the number and I even reached out to Adam on Facebook messenger. Hours later a reply was given. He left the work phone in GF and was sick. I informed him that we drove over an hour for our appointment which was scheduled well in advance. I am not impressed with the professionalism. The lack of communication to us was bad enough, but the total disregard for our time and business was disrespectful and appalling.

This was my second massage ever in life. My first I had no idea what was being done sue to a language barrier. Heather was awesome and friendly. It was like a long lost friend giving me a massage. She was very friendly, and asked specificly what was hurting or needed attention. Great conversation and very friendly and peofessional. I feel alot better and plan to schedule my next appointment after this review. I highly reccomend Lotus!

I had an AMAZING experience at Lotus. Heather was extremely friendly and the massage was fantastic. I had a pregnancy massage and the difference it made in how my back feels is outstanding. I would recommend Lotus to anyone looking for a great massage and friendly staff!

My wife went to get her first ever massage massage and first of all she didn’t even get the full hour she paid for and the therapist was looking at her phone most of the time. It was short and and not relaxing.
