Love these guys. Ive never been steered wrong. They are laid back, professional, and polite. Honestly, Ive always been treated like a friend more than a customer. They have a great selection and even greater staff.

I had come here today and bought vape juice, I had to return it as it tasted horrible and must have been old, I had asked to return it, I received yet another bad vape juice and went through 4 brand new coils due to it. Id like a refund Immediately!

They are some of the best people working here and always have what I need. They have a large inventory of products to choose from, not just tobacco. Check them out its a great store.

Placed an order and they didnt fulfill. I guess its my fault for not calling to check if the order I placed was in on the day they said it will be in. Decided accidents happen and got whatever they had of my order and placed another order for the rest. Called on the day they said it would be in. Didnt have it, said it would be in later that day. Had work and decided to go 2 days later to find out they didnt have it.Tldr: They claim they are able to take special orders but clearly they are incompetent.

Bought a 4 pack of mouth pieces for my caliburn vape for 22$ … of course they were the wrong ones. The gentleman had no problem swapping them out for the correct ones. Only to find out that there was only two empty cartridges in the correct pack and 4 with coils in the other that was returned. My girlfriend asked if there was a price difference he said no I’m sure there the same price. Come to find out the correct ones were only 5.99$

Absolute favorite smoke shop in Grand Forks!! Coming from fargo, where there is twice as many smoke shops then here, it was nice to walk into the Grand Forks Smoke Shop and feel like they have known me for years. The staff is all amazing and friendly and I love that they are willing to answer any questions you may have, even if youre like me and have a million. :) And not only do they answer them, they are knowledgeable in their answers.I love that they have so many options and flavors to choose from for everything. I also enjoy that they have a snapchat and seem to be pretty consistent in posting to show new products or deals they may have.Thank you for making me feel welcome and like I can keep coming back. I have just moved up to Grand Forks from Virginia and was looking for my go to vape shop while I’m up here. This is the place to go! Staff is very friendly, wide selection of your smoking needs, and the store is very clean and a pleasure to be inside at. I would recommend everyone to shop here for your smoking needs!

I LOVE this place . I went in there a couple days ago and the girl with short purple hair and a loon lanyard so nice and helpful ! It was only her there and I was impressed how quickly she handled the long line. Great selection of disposables and vape juice. Cool humidified room with lots of cigars. Plus, I got a free loon popsocket!

Flawless customer service. Every dude in there is friendly. And if you are able to give the slightest complaint, which in my case isn’t very often at all, they immediately make up for it. Prices are definitely way too high for their mods but all in all this is the best store based on customer service and security on your purchases.

This is hands down the best vape shop in town. They carry a wide variety of items and ALL staff are ridiculously friendly. Never once have I had a complaint with this store. The employees even kept the store open for me to get my pods on a certain occasion. Highly recommend stopping by here if In the forks area.

Be careful. I had purchased a few hundred dollars there every month for about 6 months without a problem. This month, though, they sent through 2 prior authorizations to my debit card & tied up double what I actually spent for almost a week.I contacted them & they tried telling me it was because of my bank. I actually know the president of my bank because its small. He deleted the 2nd prior authorization because they saw that it was a recurring purchase & that Id never had a problem before. They sent through that 2nd authorization again 3 days later & left me stranded out of town as I only transfer what I want to spend, my credit card was sending me a new card so I didnt have that this time & it was after banking hours. I had to borrow money to get home.Yea, Ill be going elsewhere. Who does that? If I didnt have other options at home, that could REALLY screw someone. Thats not okay.

Never will go here again. I bought a vape yesterday, total of $90 some dollars only for my the tank not to open to put juice in it. Bring it here and ask why and they suggest putting it in the freezer. The coil was already burnt. Overall, Im pissrd. I pay for something that doesnt work and now I have to go buy the tank. I shouldnt have to. They should offer me a new tank since they sold this to me in a non working condition. Never wasting money here again.

One of the finest Smoke shops i’ve been to. wonderful E-juice section with a mind boggling assortment to choose from. Friendly staff, nice down to earth ppl. it’s a big store and they got great prices, knives and collectibles to choose from. The reward system is really nice. it’s a nice perk when you shop there. oh and did i mention the humidor with the fish tanks built in on both sides??? the frank sinatra music is a perfect touch when you’re inside shopping for premium cigars. pretty clever move.

I gave it 3 stars becsuse the selection of mods and suck is great. The prices are jacked WAY too high, I mean almost double or even more what other vendors are charging. But seems like prices are dropping on new inventory comming in. They do carry things nobody else in town has. And the only decent menthol liquid, menthol killer. Watch out its strong! No cloud chuckin with that lol.. So yeah great store, but over priced.Since I cant reply to the owner,I will edit my review, 35-40 bucks for the Aspire Breeze, the other shops in town are 20 bucks. You want 300 freaking dollars for the G class, which is a 200 ish dollar mod what is wrong with you? Everything is jacked up. I told the guy working, I wanted the G class but its priced almost 100 bucks higher than any brick and morter or web shop, he said nothing he can do, the owner sets the price... The old Jaybo RX300 is 40-50 bucks you want 120.. No they dont price match. Over priced on almost everything in the store. Do not shop here.

Best place for tobacco related items. Vast selection of cigarettes. Every employee has been friendly. They carry djarum clove cigarettes, for about $6 for a pack. My only complaint is djarum ivory runs out fast! Also carries lucky strikes unfiltered, great cigarette. Quality has always been great. Always go here for my cigars and cigarettes.

Extremely high prices for things you can get 75-80% cheaper online or if you want to shop local, check out Duchman Vape instead. The majority of their juices are expired, so double check them before you leave the store. Called about a vape juice I purchased being 6 months expired and went in to exchange it. They gave me another juice that also expired in December 2018, except it had a sticker over the 2018 that said 2020.... yeah still expired though. I get the same juice from Element vape online for $14 and they sell theirs for $46. Their prices and product are not worth it.

I was given a punch card when they first opened that said after the purchase of 5 100ml juice bottle I could redeem it for a free one. Now they wont honor it, just because of that I will never spend money here again. Not to mention somehow an 8 dollar atomizer and a 26 dollar bottle of juice somehow came out to 49 bucks. Sneaky little foreign liars.

The clerk recommended a strawberry peach mint vap. It was a very good choice. They are very helpful and negligible about their products.

Very great smoke shop, they carry many kinds of cigars, dip, and cigarettes. The vaping section is great, with lots of variety. The only downside is that they do not carry glass or metal pipes. Overall a great store.

Good price on smokes, but lousy staff and outrageous prices on vape gear.First: the staff, like the pj wearing, face peierced, long haired boy, all vape inside the building. Management also allows vaping inside. I advised them its against city ordinance and they advised they didnt care. I have video of it on my phone from a couple visits.Second: the majority of their staff, including previously mentioned pj boy, are horrifyingly ignorant regarding vape gear they are trying to sell.Third: their prices on vape gear are criminal. Selling a $20 mod for three times retail is insane. Anyone who pays that, knowingly, then deserve to be ripped off. Their prices are as bad as Infinite Vapor. An example? How about the SMOK Big Baby Beast. You can purchase online for under $20. At this store though? $60+tax. The Wismec Predator which is a proven flawed device, sells elsewhere for under $35. Here? Almost $100.Fourth: their Points system where you earn 1 point for every $10 you spend. When you attempt to use points youve earned, the staff (like pj boy) will tell you Those points dont equate to like dollars or anything and will not let you use points youve earned.Fifth: when you call and ask for the manager to be able file complaint, like everything mentioned here... or the fat early 20 something boy that sells you the wrong cigarettes even after you tell him theyre the wrong ones, the staff will tell you Naw dude, they aint here. Try calling back later. Ask when, theyll tell you, Uh... Like next week or something.Do not waste your time, energy, or money on this business. While they have a nice cigar room and reasonable priced smokes, every aspect of this place is negative from service, to staff, to prices.With places like Valley Dairy having raised their prices steady since being bought out by Petro Serve, smokers are finding less options on fair prices. But this business should have stuck to smokes. The vape section is disgustingly overpriced, the staff are ignorant, lazy, apathetic millennials, and trying to get in and out of the lot is difficult without extra traffic from peak shopping hours or days.

Absolutely terrible service. Bought a small smok vape and had it less than a week and the coil went out. Tried to take it back and they wouldnt do anything. Sold me a defective product and they wont replace or refund. What a joke

Fair selection. Not too exorbitantly priced. Three people behind the counter, two customers. Ended up waiting a bit, to be meet with ignorance, indifference, and that bored/bothered/impatient-teeny-bopper attitude.
