Dutchman Vapors Grand Forks

Shop had a decent selection of mods and juices. Everything being reasonably priced. The girl working there had plenty of information and was very kind and helpful. Overall cleanliness is top notch, they have a rewards program, plenty of juices, and a nice calm atmosphere. What else can you ask for?

I would say they have the most helpful staff I have ever experienced. I needed a coil rebuilt and she said she would do it for me at no charge. She was even willing to use her own materials. You can tell their staff really enjoys what they do. I have worked in retail and service industry myself and have never seen such a great staff that is always so helpful.

First time here and I was impressed! The gentleman working was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were very fair and competed with what I have seen online. I plan on making this my go to for all my vaping needs. I look forward to taking advantage of the free coil making stations when I bring my friends back next time!

I am very pleased with Dutchman Vapor and the owners that are willing to listen to feedback from their customers. They took the time out to respond to me one on one and address all my concerns. It is with out question that this shop cares about its customers and its reputation in this town. I want to say a huge thank you to Ty, one of the owners of the shop for having such a level head and an understanding for particular customers needs. Hands down the best shop in the Grand Forks area in price, knowledge, customer service, and customer relations.

Update:My next visit was a much better experience. It was different guy working and he was very helpful and answered all my questions.Stopped today at the suggestion of my brother in law. I was looking for something specific by name(it was a juice) and the only person in the store wasnt very helpful or insightful. I then asked what he would suggest and I didnt get anywhere with this question except what flavors do I like. I was curious at what he actually liked but I didnt get any feedback and felt like I was more of a disruption than money weilding customer, despite being the only customer in the store.(Previous customer or friend got up from table and left when we walked into store.) I was interested in asking other questions about mods, tanks, and coils but felt that I would get nowhere so I purchased what my brother in law suggested and left. I will try stopping again in the future and hopefully the experience is better and I feel more welcome than feeling like I was a bother.

These guys are the best, theyre busy, but there is a good reason.. They are the best in town. The prices are good, and they go above and beyond for their customers... I vape menthol only all day every day, about 120ml a week. When I got here from Florida I couldnt find a menthol in any store worth a damn. Not a big seller up here I guess. Well they are going out of their way above and beyond to make sure they have a 120ml bottle of menthol for me.. The coil build station is am awesome idea and a great bonus to the store, and the guys, are vapers who know vapers and what they want.Like I said the owner is going above and beyond to gain my patronage (which he has) and above and beyond to make sure I am a happy repeat customer, and I will be, and the icing on the cake is, they are saving lives.. Keeping people off of traditional tobacco products, which is 100% proven to kill you.So yes, I am a happy repeat customer and will be for as long as the doors are open.Thank you guys!

I can honestly say I wasnt sure what to expect upon going into a vape store. That being said, it has amazing customer service and the staff answered many questions and had recommendations for newer people. Probably the best customer service Ive ever had in any store.

Dutchman Vapor is by far the best in customer service, and in the experience of this customer, customer satisfaction. Always friendly, knowledgeable and never condescending Like many vape shops can be. When the owner is able to remember your usual juice choices, you know youve found a place thats devoted to satisfaction. The house juice prices are unmatched in the Forks area, and they are all amazing. If its premium flavors youre after, they have a great selection, and at very competitive prices. Their rewards program is second to none and has saved my butt at least once when Ive been short on juice between paychecks. Anyone looking to start vaping, Dutchmans is the first place you should visit!

This was supposed to be one of the better stores in the Grand Forks area and as someone who used to work in this industry and in retail I was not impressed they only cared for the higher end mods and rdas and didnt know how to read a customer and the gemtlegen that was helping me constantly was tapping his pen on the glass and was telling me how the products he carries are trash. He didnt even pull any out to show me he only cared about what he had and not walhat he had to offer in store. One more thing out of all the show mewhy he was making these points and all he cared about was what the Rda he recommends and what is he best and the most expensive. This is not a vape retailer I would recommend to anyone oi because they only care about the more expensive side of the industry and not every level underneath it

Chill and relaxed vibe ; great prices; great deals , Id request anyone to go to this shop if youre looking for a great setup and you even get a free bottle of juice when you buy a mod . Best place to vape in grand forks #1.

Dutchman Vapor is my favorite vape store I have ever visited. They have a great selection of flavors and are always expanding. The staff and super friendly and helpful. If you are new to vaping or experienced they have what you need. Its because of them that I started to love vaping. They listen to what you want and find what meets your needs and price you want to spend. I recommend Dutchman to anyone.

Stopped in on a drive-by, and glad I did.Great atmosphere, and very informative. Down to Earth folks, nice retail area, and even a spot to crash out and relax & visit. Good selection of hardware, fair prices on gear (not double like one store in Grand Forks), and prices starting at $10 for 30ml on fluids. They have a large selection available to sample.Their Sea Dog is a terrific pipe flavor... smooth, rich, and not obnoxious, Crows Nest is a great tobacco flavor (very turkish blend, almost Camel light-ish) without chemical aftertastes like stuff from other stores (stay AWAY from fluids at Holiday stations), and Pirates Grog is terrific if you like vanilla Pepsi.They have a points system similar to punch-cards towards future purchases as well.If you are new, and buying gear for the first time, they have starter kits... although Id recommend an Aspire Nautilus or the Nautilus Mini right away. Great vapor production without the waste and high power consumption required for sub-ohming.Parking can be tricky for first time out-of-towners, but just park out back. Theres a back entrance as well as a front... cant miss the Dutchman sign on the door.

All the employees are eager to help you with any questions you have, whether its building your first RDA, mods, pod systems, or a new juice. Great atmosphere.

Getting my first vape very nice place and the guy that helped me was very polite and noledgeable I had no idea on what to get but Im very pleased with my purchase I recommend going here to anyone looking for a vape weather its your first one or just looking for a new one they have a very nice selection.

I went to Dutchman just to get a coil after being pushed aside by another store that refused to help me with a vape I purchased that was leaking. The guys at Dutchman not only helped me get the correct coil, they knew why it was leaking and fixed it for me! I wont be going anywhere else!!

Quality juice. The store has room to hang out and several TVs to watch. Unfortunately, due to city and state laws, you cannot vape inside the store.

Terribly inconsistent inventory. Has become too much grief to bother with. Kinda like their customers needs are too much for the management to be bothered with. Our business will be going elsewhere.
