This was my first time at Vapor Valley and I can say that this place is one of the best vape stores I’ve ever been to. This place knew exactly what I was looking for and they were very knowledgeable and experienced. They were very warm welcoming and so sweet!! Thank you!🩷

If u looking for a good house juice, this is the place... the staff is so helpful and friendly, they have a lot of stuff, they help me with a glass and coil for my Zeus tank!! Also they can make any flavor of juice u like!!

I must say Kiki is the best hostess Ive ever seen in a vape shop. I find myself coming here anytime I am in need of excesseries or juice just to see her. Kiki is very friendly and will play tug of war with you if she isnt too busy atm. This place deserves more than 5 stars, and everyone should try it out. Also, the shop owners are such good people as well. But sorry, that white hair Kiki is just a darling!! See you guys and gals soon.Big goatee guy

Im impressed with the staff, their product knowledge, and their willingness to help their customers with a cheery greeting how can I help you (and mean it). Im looking forward to my next visit.

Great staff. The owner James is always more than happy to help with suggestions for vapors old and new. The lounge itself has a very chill vibe. Its a place where you can come in a meet new people and unwind.

This is the best vape shop I have ever been to, it is Family owned and the owners are the best people I have ever known! I see them more as friends, they are very helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel special!!

I bought my vapor unit and 2 days later it quit working. Took unit to Vapor Valley to have them look at it. He reset battery and now works fine. Another store that is closer to me said no repairing and was going to sell me another one for 50% higher price then one I bought. It was worth the drive across town to have them look at. Have been in Vapor Valley three times now each time employees have been fast, friendly and not as pushy as other stores I have been to. Yes they will tell you about weekly special but that is their job. But they do understand, No or just looking and dont run you out of store if your not buying. They do have a lounge where you can try other oils and listen to music in a nice atmosphere. If you dont know or understand something they will take the time to explain or show you how to rebuild or switch out coils, as I am new to vaping and did not know you could do. Oils do not leave bitter after taste like some others(cheap) I have tried. They mix and bottle to your request. I will always drive the 19 miles, (since I have moved) to come to Vapor Valley for 5G service. Great employees, Great service, Great selection, Great prices an Great atmosphere. Wonderful job guys hooked for life.

Literately the first time I ever went into a vape shop and found NOTHING I could use. There are no rebuildable supplies except for some cotton and wire. Not a very broad selection of premium juices. The employees were very nice and helpful, but the product just wast there. Im giving 3 stars because of the awesome employees and nice atmosphere of the shop. Feels like thees potential but its just not there yet.

Staff is awesome! Juices are the best in the area for house blends! No stores in the area can compete with Vapor Valley! Ive been going to them since the start of my vaping. I bought my first ego from them and will always be a return customer.

I am new to vaping and found the staff very helpful and polite. The shop feels very head shop like which makes it feel like I am doing something wrong when going in. For those reasons I give this shop 4 out of 5 stars. A more lounge like feel would make this a 5 star location. But dont get me wrong I will be going back!

Very very over priced I just bought 2 coils for my valerian tank and spent 27$ for two!!!! When at vapor hideout I got 4 for 25$. Not to mention there juice is way overpriced as well 60ML cost me 35$. If you want to be over charged vapor valley is the place to go. If you want fair prices and friendly faces vapor hideout all the way!!!

I went in to this establishment yesterday looking for replacement glass for a tank. They didnt carry the one I needed, but the guy I spoke with said he was going to get some supplies and he could pick up the right glass for me. Awesome!So I leave, and come back a few hours later to a note on the door that says Gone fishin. Their hours state theyre open until 9:00pm, and it was 6:15.It was disappointing.I was impressed with the willingness to help, but peaved when I couldnt pick it up that day.

Chase was very friendly and helpful, with all my questions. Im a first time vape user, and he was very patient in explaining everything. I will continue to come back and do buisness here.

This place has a great selection of e cigs and juice. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always suggest the right thing. Ive been coming here for a while and have yet to be let down. Two thumbs up.

Never disappointed with vapor valley. Everyone knows their products. Some more than others. Their ejuice is on point. Have deals off and on, on tanks, box mods, batteries, etc. that puts other shops to shame. Catch them at the right time to get your needed items on sale.

Ive been vaping for 5 years (yes 5 years) and I usually dont find much of interest at the local shops but I really like Vapor Valley. They have a great selection of mods and other gear at prices that are competitive with internet retailers. They have like a gazillion flavors and will mix it however you like. Check this place out for sure.

Not alot of inventory or premium juice shop has a lot of potential and is closer than vapor hideout but need too see more on the shelves. I will say the employees were very friendly, not very knowledgeable but friendly yes.

Went once on a whim and been going back ever since. Beats all prices in the DFW. The owner goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need.

Ive tried to quit smoking so many times in the past few years and in so many ways that I lost count. A friend had successfully quit for the last 2 years and recommended that I go to Vapor Valley and give vaporizing a shot. I went thinking that there was little chance it would be any different than the many other times Ive tried e-cigs and nicotine replacements (patches). To my surprise, Ive now been smoke free for 6 months. I am no longer craving cigarettes, and Im so happy that I found this place!These guys are vapor enthusiasts, which I didnt know was a thing until I went into the shop! Their friendly, helpful attitudes have been very appreciated during my trials and errors as a beginner vaper. They patiently help you find a flavor that you like and tailor your nicotine level based on the amount that you have been smoking. I would recommend the Bob Marley and Cabana Smoothie as they are my 2 favorite flavors. When I had broke my e-pen, Ive brought it into the shop and the guys are often able to repair it or help me fix what I did to it!! lol and have me on my way with working equipment. They never try to up-sell you or tell you to get things that you dont need. They are all about quality, not quantity. There have been a few time where the wick needed replacement due to manufacturer defect and they did not try to charge me again they just replaced it.My personal advice if you are trying to quit and leave behind a love affair with cigarettes and start to have fun also: Dont be intimidated by the larger vaporizers. When I saw all of the vaporizers and gadgets the first time I walked in I thought, I want the smallest, least noticeable device. And that is what I got. I started with the slim, round Ego with an adjustable watt button at the bottom. Since then I have moved on to an actual mod. Currently I am using a Penny mod with a Tobh Atty for my atomizer... I am loving this copper mod. I realized that I cared less about the looks of it the more I was getting the amount of nicotine that I needed to compete with cigarettes. I now have a love affair with my vaporizer (rebuildable mod) and do not care about the nicotine as much. I love showing people my mod and how awesome I think it looks now.Big thanks to the people who work at Vapor Valley for helping me through this transition! I can now breathe better, my sense of taste has come back 10 fold. No longer smell like cigarettes and do not need nicotine like I use to. I mostly do it for the flavor now...speaking of flavor I think I will head over and enjoy some of their juices and vape in a good fun environment.

Wanted an alternative to smoking and decided I would try out vaping. This shop had great reviews and now I see why. From a great overall atmosphere to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, this is a great place.

I was told one price and the owner (James) told me a different price. Then he told the young lady that price was for VIP only. Im a new customer trying to do business with you, I think all customers should be VIP. Ill keep my money and spend it somewhere else.

James is always helpful and answers our questions, you must inquire about the CBD vape or drops, we use CBD Vape (no nicotine)and you will notice a difference in certain ailments, everyone is different i know but it has helped us with a few of the things it is supposed to help with! If you suffer from anxiety it will help, CBD is not illegal and should be given the respect it deserves not treated as taboo!
