My skin journey has been nothing such of amazing! Jordyn truly cares about her clients and creates the most unique and personalized experience. I have learned so much about my skin and my body in such a such period of time. Every time I leave my face looks amazing and HEALTHY! I love the skin care products, the greens, and the probiotic! Great products, for awesome results.

When my dad was diagnosed with cancer, we knew we wanted to do more than just the standard treatments. Thankfully, we found MCHM. Dr. Mallory is incredibly knowledgeable and has been a pleasure to work with! Shes very supportive of any treatment decisions and adapts protocols to my dads needs. Her positive outlook and willingness to dig deeper have been so appreciated on this journey. We cant thank her enough!

I stray far away from the typical doctors office, and never really have a real reason to visit one. However, I was experiencing unusual bloating and abdominal pain and wanted to get some tests done. Upon the first phone call I asked: How is this different from your average doctors office - where they tend to diagnose a problem and then prescribe you pharmaceuticals, without a second thought? I was assured this business was nothing of the sort. Im so disappointed that my first experience with a holistic doctor, which I have always been curious about due to the holistic lifestyle I live, was so upsetting. Every single bit of patient doctor care was like they were reading a transcript. It was not personalized and every conversation that took place I was charged for, when I learned nothing that I couldnt just google myself. As my gut healing solution, I was presented with scripts for random medicines and sent on my way. These medicines were explained to me in a rush over a zoom call, and upon more research myself, I couldnt find much out about them either. I chose to completely walk away and take the problem into my own hands which is what I wish I had done before spending the amount of money here that I did.I am giving two stars because Mary was so helpful and kind to me on the phone time and time again when I was very upset about how everything was playing out. She offered me a complimentary sauna and re-funded my card for a disputable charge. Thank you Mary!

Dr Jenny has changed my life for the better. I feel confident that I am being supported, heard and cared for by a professional who is genuinely invested in my health and well-being. Its refreshing to work with a provider who proactively seeks information about my holistic profile -- my lifestyle choices, sleep schedule, relationships, nutrition, mental health -- everything that makes me a unique individual -- and intentionally incorporates that knowledge into a customized healing journey.She is compassionate, patient and makes herself available when I need her. If you are searching for a doctor that listens, researches, and provides consistent support throughout the healing process, I strongly recommend Dr. Carrie Dennie.Dr. Dennie completed a two-hour intake assessment with me to fully understand my well-being. Before she recommended a specific action plan, she researched and consulted colleagues to ensure I will not experience adverse effects. Dr. Dennie makes medical conversations easy, and I always leave our appointments feeling optimistic. If I have concerns or quick questions, Dr. Dennie is also quick to respond to emails.

My path to these miracle workers came through desperation - my daughter suffered for years with a range of issues. Traditional medical Dr visits always ended with a recommendation for anti depressants and exercise. How does one exercise when you literally cant get out of bed?! Finally someone listened to her symptoms. Ill never forget Dr saying when we get you back to normal....I had to stop her and ask you can fix this? I think my daughter and I both started to cry when she confirmed that yes, she could help her and has healed others with the same condition! Through blood work analysis Dr Andrea saw she had several issues. After 1 or 2 visits we started to see drastic improvement. So I started seeing Dr Andrea as well because my kidney function was under 60 (chronic kidney disease). I was told by traditional medical Drs that there was nothing that could be done to help my Kidneys, I felt hopeless and scared. Within a few weeks she had me climbing over 80! We love the team at the GR office ~ Im forever thankful we found them!

Dr. Carrie Dennie is an amazing woman and I am glad I found her to help me with my healing journey. She holds space for me, always has a smile and a laugh that is healing in itself as well as being very knowledgeable in a variety of healing techniques. I would have given them 5 stars for her alone, but on my last visit I found out that they are hiking up all of my treatments in cost quite a bit and will no longer being offering packages for the treatments that I was getting monthly. I am very saddened and disappointed in the new management.

Dr. Carrie Dennie is amazing! Her professional and caring demeanor made a perfect fit for my daughter. My daughter struggled with chronic headaches for over a year after weekly treatments she hit the spot that in our eyes cured the chronic headaches. She gave her a few other recommendations for overall health & wellbeing & we continue with follow ups. She also allowed my son to sit in and ask questions as hes interested in natural healing. Highly recommend!!

After having seen Jennifer Buchner for my health, I feel compelled to say I felt her attitude was demeaning concerning the knowledge of 35 years that I have of my health. Within the 2 month time frame that I was treated by her, I felt insulted, manipulated and outright dismissed. Even though she repeatedly said, you can trust me, I felt she did everything tot create distrust in our relationship. The tests I had done were helpful for my research and self treatment, which has been more effective than the expensive herbs she recommended, which did not work at all. But, the lab that they used ended up being investigated by my insurance company because of the long list of repetitive charges they issued. Additionally, Jennifer never said anything about the fact that the initial charges for lab work were $1000. I also felt that the follow up phone calls were only for their money making purposes and not necessary for my health and wellness.. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the care I received, to the point where i had to leave this review.

I was a patient at the center on and off for a few years and have had appointments with two different Naturopaths. I have not been to the center since 2020 but I was provided a DUTCH hormone test to take the last time i was there. I did not go back to the center since and did not take the test until recently. I fully paid out of pocket for my test after verified with the company who does the testing that it does not expire.Once my test results were processed and provided to the holistic center, they refused to send me my results without setting up another appointment. I have called multiple times asking for my results and been told to have my new provider request them instead. This center operates similarly to conventional doctor, looking to charge you for basic services.I feel as though the practice is completely violating HIPPA by refusing to release my results and I plan to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.As you can probably tell from the tone of this review, i highly recommend seeking Naturopathic care elsewhere.

Dr. Jenny has helped me forge a new path by offering great insight and helping me define my own goals. I have never felt this energized and connected to my own body and I thank her for genuinely listening to my concerns with care. She is so kind and I look forward to her guidance and continuing feeling the best I ever have!

I cannot say enough things about this place, especially Dr. Carrie. I am in the process of correcting some hormone imbalances and wanted to HEAL it vs mask things with traditional Rx drugs. Started to see her for accupuncture (its amazing!!). I found the experience to be personable and the attentiveness of the staff - from reception all the way back to Dr Carrie shows they care and they want to help. It hasnt been a quick fix for me but I do feel better and noticed changes within a couple weeks of adding the suggested supplements. I reccomend this place to help transform yourself but know it does take time and you have to be willing to put in the work outside of the discussions in your appointments. Thank you all!!!

WOW!!!!!!!!!! What an experience! This is my 4th month going to Dr. Carrie and her touch, knowledge and recommendations have left me inquiring about and purchasing new products, along with services. I have personally struggled with extremely severe menstrual symptoms all my life. With Dr. Carries guidance, I have had a complete turn around. Through the consistent incorporation of homeopathics, cupping, acupuncture and other naturopathic treatments I experience less cramping, mood swings, back pain along with the other miserable traits associated with lady-time. I never knew going to the doctor could be such an enjoyable, relaxing and rewarding experience. Thank you Dr. Carrie and I look forward to addressing other needs in the near future. You are definitely an asset to this office and always a breath of fresh air!

Dr Buchner is an amazing Natural Path! I have been having issues for over three years. The medical doctors just wanted to throw me on prescriptions without figuring out why. Dr. Buchner was so awesome at digging into the physical and mental and how that relates to my issues.When I got the blood work done, she spent lots of time educating me on what the results meant, how that affects my body, and how to help my body regulate the issue, using all natural herbal products.Within a month, I noticed a big difference in how I felt and knew I was on my way to healing.Not only have I told my friends and colleagues about her, but I have also shared the information I learned from Dr. Buchner.

BEWARE!!! I sought treatment at Grand Rapids Natural Health to find a holistic way to treat my anxiety. I had sign contract for them to direct withdrawal $105.00 dollars monthly and deposit of $200.00. I saw Carrie Dennie who ordered multiple tests totalling over $600.00. Carrie diagnosed me with leaky gut and counseled that this could be a major contributing factor to my anxiety and panic attacks. I trusted Carrie as would most people because she is declared an expert in this area of practice. The recommended course of treatment was that I purchase several of the products that are only carried by GRNH only which totaled over $300 dollars. The main supplement was Glutamine that was to be taken in very high doses. I followed this protocol for three months and as a result my anxiety got worse and I developed several other physical problems including: 30LB weight loss, inability to eat solid food for months, further prescriptions from my PCP to manage my anxiety, I have had multiple investigative medical procedures and have been referred to a GI specialist. I am trying to recover from the physical and psychological damage this has done to me. DO NOT trust this place. ***BEWARE****

The staff here are so intentional and personable! Dr. Jenny really makes you feel like a friend, and I appreciate how she is attuned to working with my specific needs and adapting my treatment to match. The online messaging portal is especially helpful for communication. Would 110% recommend!

Incredibly helpful, worth every penny. I’m glad they started with blood work & other concrete tests, my last naturopath used too much guesswork.I had extreme fatigue & brain fog for months with no answers from my PC, OBGYN or cardiologist.But Dr. Hendershot found the source of the issue and her treatment plan has helped a ton.

Family has been seeing Dr Carrie, rave reviews. Had a massage here too which was fantastic. Great staff, clean and lovely office, great service at the desk and from all of the practioners, and a huge array of health care and therapeutic options.

My experience with Audrey Byker (GR Nat Health) has been nothing less than life changing. When I signed up, I wanted to learn how to eat healthier. No less or more. However, through coaching, I have changed patterns and habits that I have never given a second thought. Grocery shopping is a great example. I had really not thought about or changed how I grocery shopped since I started living on my own. I now look at food, and its benefits, in a whole new light. But most important, I view my person and my progress through the lens of someone who is worthy of great things and deserves only the best, whether that is great food that nourishes or experiences that feed the soul. I scheduled my first appointment and when I arrived the front desk lady was so beyond rude I couldnt even continue with the appointment. I am a strong believer that who you put as the face of your company reflects on the rest of it. They charged $300 for the appointment that I didnt even attend and when I called to explain the situation no one would answer me. I emailed, I left voicemails, and was never responded to. How am I supposed to trust the doctors here if I they wont even answer me? Now I am out $300 and still have extreme hormonal issues. 0/10 would never recommend.

I just knew the life I had wasnt working... not my health, nor relationships, nor career, nor anything. She literally opened my blind eyes to a world I never dreamed possible. Once I committed to a six month working relationship with her, I quickly saw... she wasnt about quick fixes and band-aids to symptoms, just so I could feel better right now. She connected to me at the soul, and worked underneath my destructive patterns, asking the tough questions, and redirecting my bad choices so I could understand and take responsibility for life decisions I had been making. She helped me stop blaming people and circumstances for the poor health I was in. Her magical way pointed me toward my goals. She peeled back emotional layers and walls I had built, and taught me to look inward as a resource for how Id been living outward, and then gently walked me through some simple shifts I could make for a new life. She lovingly coached with a beautiful mixture of holding my hand as a kind guide while I weeded through my past looking for patterns that werent serving me, as well as gave me the gentle/swift kick I needed to be responsible to create something new. I dont need medicine and endless doctor visits where drugs seem to be the only anecdote. I need to choose my food and exercise and sleep and friends well. Thats where cellular level healing resides. Audrey Byker, Health Coach changed my life. Her I will walk alongside you and be there cheering when the light comes on style could literally change the course of the medical profession. She will put doctors out of work. Audrey did all this for me. I owe my joy and happiness to her. Not kidding.

I was SO excited to find GRNH! I saw Jen initially. I had to cancel my follow up appointment with every intention of rescheduling i just had a conflict. I newly pregnant and was willing to allocate my limited funds, which i explained to Dr. Jen, with them I just needed to figure it all out. Jen then called me and said we could do a quick phone follow up. I had NO idea the phone call would cost, at my ignorance, but she answered all my question fairly quickly and efficiently. She kept saying “okay, what else?” like over and over and I finally just said “no I think I have all I need you were very thorough”. I felt like she was and wanted to make sure i had all my questions answered. False she was just baiting me to stay on the phone longer so i had to pay more. The call was originally less than 30, but after her prodding we chatted and it ended just short of an hour. They charged me for a full hour. I was shocked hearing about this and inquired about the charges and the front desk lady IMMEDIATELY get short and defensive with me. She even called me by the incorrect name and responded “you know what i meant”. I am so sad to have to go against the natural health community, there’s so much were all ready fighting, but it’s because of places like this. IF you decide to see them make sure you get all the information UP FRONT.**UPDATE 4/2020**A representative from GRNH called me and left a message with my voicemail saying they would offer me a refund for the additional time as a favor but I have been trying to contact them and they refuse to email or call me back. It was all just for show. DONT GO HERE

Poor service. felt like the doctor had no idea what she was doing. i felt worse leaving this place than when I started. Not to mention. all the money I wasted on inconclusive testing. this place i would definatly avoid!

Unfortunately they didn’t even keep the Initial phone consultation appt. today. Over a half hour late. No longer interested in working with Carrie. Disappointing & a definite red flag

I really felt listened to by Christine, and like she wants to help me get to the root cause(s) of my condition. Thats a really big deal!

Love the facials... always feel that I am getting the best that is available in not only the products that are used but in the application as well!
