Id give Beaubien 10 stars if that was an option!! The staff are all extremely qualified, warm and caring. The facilities are lovely, and if that were not enough, the services, which are extensive, are all very affordable and considerably less than what I have experienced elsewhere in Grand Rapids. The name, Beaubien, means beautiful place. It is beautiful in many, many ways!!

I had my first ever facial recently with Linda Berles and it was great. Her technique and teaching shows that she has a lot of experience and she loves what she does. She uses KPS Essentials products that I had never tried before and my skin felt so dewy and hydrated. I started using the products and I have been for about 3 weeks now and my skin has less noticable wrinkles!

I highly recommend Linda Berles for any facials! I got a luxury facial and it was beyond amazing! She is kind and informative. I will definitely be going back to see her!

I recently had my first facial with Andrea and it was amazing!! She was super nice, very knowledgeable and talented. I found the whole experience to be extremely relaxing and rejuvenating, and I felt like my skin was glowing when I left! Already looking forward to my next facial with her....highly recommend!

I can only say Amazing one way and that is SIMPLY AMAZING…Ms. Cynthia was phenomenal. My massage was ALL THAT and more. She exerted the perfect amount of pressure in all the right places. I tried an iconic detoxifying foot soak followed by deep tissue massage of my feet with Beth Adcock last weekend. My feet and lower legs haven’t felt so good in years. Beth did an amazing job! I will definitely back for more.

Cynthia is amazing! I have been getting relaxation massages from her for probably 5 years. I highly recommend her. The prices are great and all the staff have always been kind & professional. The space is extremely clean.

Excellent value and practitioners. NAET helped my daughter tremendously with environmental allergies after traditional immunotherapy shots failed. I wish I had tried NAET first, as the testing and shots are so painful and not always effective. Ive had massages by Cynthia and she is wonderful.

I went to Beaubien Holistic Care for yoga with Marla. The space is so inviting, and Marla teaches such a thorough, comprehensive, beautiful class. I leave every time feeling wonderful! I bought a Mala bead necklace as well, Marla makes them. Theyre made with love and care and it shows.

Jen did a really good job targeting the muscles that were very tight after a bad fall. Jen always does a great job.

I had a relaxation massage today from Gen, and had a wonderful experience. The environment at Beaubien is wonderful and relaxing, and the massage was fabulous. Gen clearly knows her craft and is caring and concerned for the clients comfort and end result. I will certainly go again for another massage soon. Thank you for a great experience.

Beaubien Holistic Care is a wonderful place to visit for healing. When I walked in I knew this was the right place for me; the entry is warm and welcoming. I’ve gone to 3 acupuncture appointments so far with Christine and will continue with them. They have other services which I have yet to try. First time with Rob as my therapist, but it certainly won’t be my last. He is spectacular, and while hitting key areas of muscle tension and tightness he also offered deep relaxation. A great superpower to have. 🙂 I highly recommend him.

I came for a massage and facial. The massage was done by Cynthia she did an amazing jobAs for the facial, it was very nice and my skin feels much smoother. The only thing I would recommend is that the esthetician spend more time educating and asking clients questions about their skin types and Maybe even recommend (or ask if they are interested in knowing) how to care for their skin at home.I thought that I would get more out of the facial experience...Overall it was nice. Everyone was pleasant.

Excellent follow up appointment with Grant yesterday to work on my back and legs from my bike crash two weeks ago. He addressed the trauma induced muscle tension in my neck, back and leg. Feeling dramatically better and almost back at full power on the bike. Going back for a third massage next week.

I went for the first time to Beaubien Bodyworks last week. I received a massage from Denine and it was absolutely amazing! Seriously, probably one of the best massages Ive ever received and I get quite a few. I had very bad knots throughout my back and within an hour she was able to work them right out. No joke, I was in serious pain for several weeks before going and the pain was no longer there the following day! The atmosphere is very comfortable, relaxing and calm. Im definitely planning on going back. They also make you feel very welcomed with great customer service, which I feel is hard to find these days. I rarely write reviews unless I am very happy with a service - youve gotta check them out!

Beautiful place. The owners are so nice.I got a massage from Bryn and it was wonderful.Originally I went to have my hair cut and colored. The stylist, Tara, refused to do my hair because it wasn’t a texture she was used to. The experience was not a fun one so I can’t give a 5 star review even though the massage I received was so great.Hopefully they will hire stylists who can work with all types of hair.

I went to Beaubien Bodyworks to receive a massage and a facial. My massage therapist was Bryn - it was one of the best massages I have ever received! She focused on the areas of my body that needed the work most - it was not a cookie cutter massage - it felt totally tailored to me. I am SO thrilled to finally have found a massage therapist that I will go back to time and time again. The space is lovely, and I really appreciate the commitment to cleaner products. You just feel loved and cared for there. I will be back, and highly recommend this spa (and Bryn!) to anyone!

The Beaubian Holistic Care staff is professional, courteous and client oriented, aiming to please.I have been receiving acupuncture with Catherine and N.A.E.T. Treatments with Preeti since April 2023, they both do amazing work and have helped me with digestion, sleep, pain and allergy sensitivities.I would have given 5 stars but I felt that Beaubian Holistic Care is a little pricey.

Decided it was time for some true love to me!! I indulged in a consultation for hair (have an appointment next week), a beautiful massage with Laura! She is a true gift and capped it off with a glorious facial from Julie. Very attentive and kind. I felt well taken care of. A lovely environment for self-care. Ill be back!!

Ive been a long time client of Holistic Approach and Beaubien Bodyworks, and now Beaubien Holistic Care. I had a massage-stretching session with Grant for a frozen shoulder that has been plaguing me since November. In just one treatment, Ive made significant improvement and look forward to booking another appt soon to put this injury behind me. Grant was very knowledgeable and professional.

Amazing. My massage with Kaylin was probably the best I’ve ever had.I’m pretty active with running, rock-climbing, hiking, working out, and walking all day at my job so my body is always so sore. She released everything in a way I’ve never experienced. She’s a tiny lady but I never had to ask for more pressure. And on the parts that usually trigger me to jump off the table and intuitively backed the pressure down and changed the technique.Beaubien made me so happy with their use of water glasses instead of bottles and cotton towels in the bathroom instead of paper towel. Loved the “choose your own adventure” toilet in the bathroom. The decor was beautiful and intentional.Lovely experience from start to finish. I’ll be back!

It was my ver first visit to this lovely hidden Gem of a salon/spa.I was there for my birthday with some gal pals , and we were treated graciously by the staff.I received a hot stone massage which was fabulous and also had a luxury facial that was just as lovely!The staff was very accommodating as well as professional! I’ve had multiple services from Beaubian. These include eyelash lift and tint, eyebrow waxing, lamination and tinting, and the new laser treatment, all done by Molly Bell. Molly is a consummate professional, listening to my needs and also giving suggestions for products to use for at home care. I’ve always enjoyed my time there and plan to schedule more services.

I absolutely love my hair cut and highlights! Tara did an amazing job! She spent a lot of time with me and paid close attention to detail. I will definitely be back again! She made me feel very welcomed.I do have to say however Denine was very rued to me while she was checking me out at the front desk. Ive never been treated so poorly by a receptionist at an office before. She wouldnt let me speak, kept interrupting me and made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience to her. She was EXTREMELY passive/aggressive! If it wasn’t for Tara I wouldn’t step foot in that Salon ever again! Very alarming! As a business owner I would never have Denine working for me ever! The person at the front desk is extremely important. They are the first point of contact for any one who walks into your salon. My interaction with Denine over shadowed the great “first time” experience I had with Tara!

Ive been looking for a spot that did Thai massage in Grand Rapids for years! I am so happy that Denine finally has a spot. Her and her team are amazing. She customized a deep tissue & Thai massage for me. It was the best experience. I cannot recommend her enough.

I booked a massage in October 2018 at Beaubien. The masseuse didnt seem to know what she was doing and she didnt seem to understand my requests to change pressure. I paid, tipped, and decided not to return. I chalked it up to a bad experience and figured Id find another place in town I liked.A few months later, I received a call from the owner telling me the masseuse who worked on me was no longer there and they were inviting clients back to see how much better the new masseuse was. I think throwing a former employee under the bus is pretty poor form but that isnt the reason I declined to come back. I just didnt want to spend money at a place that had already disappointed me.Since then, theyve subscribed me to their text messages without my consent. Ive unsubscribed multiple times and about every six months, new text messages arrive. The same goes for their email. I have unsubscribed multiple times and finally emailed directly last week to ask them to please remove me from their list. Yesterday, they sent me ANOTHER email from their list. They clearly dont care about spamming people and retain client information that they shouldnt. This is just bad business and highly unprofessional. I highly recommend you go anywhere other than Beaubien for a massage.

Gia Nelson is God sent, her services is highly recommended from my experience, you will be greeted with a smile and a joyful spirit so that you can relax and allow her to work her magic. My neck and shoulder was in so much pain that I couldnt even raise my arm, lets say when I left both arms was raised thanking the highest power for directing me to schedule an appointment

I really enjoyed my first session with Gia! She was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I got an invigorating massage which was great for the rest of my day! I especially appreciated how Gia worked on the knots in my shoulders, back, and neck. She also paid special attention to my hips. We finished our session with Reiki. I really enjoyed Reiki- it felt warm in my body on the spots she was working on, and I even saw purple, indigo, and blue colors while she was working! I read later that seeing colors during Reiki is an indication that you are letting go and aware of the energy flowing through your body, and is a tranquil and harmonious experience and adds to the deeply relaxing aspect of Reiki. I will definitely be coming back to Gia regularly for my overall well-being 💕

My wife went there this weekend with her sister and some friends for a birthday treat. They all absolutely loved their facials and massages! They found it to be very relaxing and the staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience. They said they will all be going back for sure!!!

My wife and I both agree that our LMTs, Sarah and Grace, were incredible not only with their professionalism and skillful massage, but they were so inviting and made us feel comfortable from the moment we met them. We will definitely be back sooner than later to get another massage, even if it is a 2hour drive from our home!

This place was great. My first time there and I had a full walk through the entire place and was explained the ways that they were making it safe for people. I felt so comfortable. Not only that but my massage was divine. That women dug her elbows into my knots so good that I will never go elsewhere while in grand rapids.

I started seeing her when trying to conceive my first child… shortly later - we were pregnant. She helped me with a few pregnancy ailments and I credit her work for keeping morning sickness and swelling almost non-existent.Over the years I’ve found regular acupuncture helps me maintain ‘balance’ and overall good health.Catherine is a great listener and skilled acupuncturist!

I purchased a Groupon before Covid. My appointment had to be cancelled since they were closed. Once they opened I called and booked a new appointment. I was then called saying the stylist wouldn’t come back to work and my appointment had to be cancelled and could not reschedule.I called and spoke to the owner who said she would be sending me a refund for my Groupon. They marked my Groupon as redeemed, so Groupon wouldn’t refund me. The owner never sent me a refund check as promised. I have called and left several messages. No one is reaching out to make things right, very unprofessional.

I bought a haircut, full highlights, and blowout package for $90, the listed value was for $180. Making an appointment was easy, and at first I was impressed with the presentation of the salon. However I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry and was trying to be as accommodating as possible because I know pre-holidays can be chaotic.I am fine with the haircut I received, even though it’s clear not all of my split ends are gone. I wanted to keep as much length as possible and that’s what I got. I also wanted to do all over color with a few highlights, which is slightly different than what the Groupon was for, and the hairdresser was accommodating to this, although quite a hefty fee was added on to the service. I understood this for the most part, even though it seems to me an all over color and a small amount of highlights would be a simpler/less expensive/time consuming task than all over highlights, which is what I initially paid for.The hairdresser was responsive to my discussion of what I wanted with my hair (darker base color, subtle, blended, ashy highlights on my dark, long hair), and looked at the example pictures that I brought along with me. However what I received was absolutely not even remotely similar to what I showed or discussed with her. I got a darker all over color, and then several chunky, bright yellow/gold, unblended highlights that were quite streaky and looked like they were already very grown-out with how bluntly they began about an inch down from my scalp. They were unevenly spaced and even aside from the questionable placement, they were not even close to the subtle, ashy tone I wanted. I understand that working with chemicals and bleach and toner can be unpredictable. But this was just unacceptable. I was feeling uneasy by the end of the appointment, and the hairdresser did not give me a chance to look over the work myself, or give me a mirror to see the back of my head. The lighting in the salon is atrocious anyway. I decided to check it out at home (assuming I’d like it more under light I was familiar with), and went to pay.The woman at the front desk told me that she’s glad I wasn’t in a rush since I had to wait an hour for my appointment to begin. She said that ordinarily they’d “beg forgiveness” or “reschedule or discount” the service I’d gotten, but since I was a Groupon customer the service was already heavily discounted. This is so inappropriate. A customer who is trying a service through Groupon shouldn’t be treated any lesser than any other client. In fact you should be trying to IMPRESS these new clients to grow your business, not insulting them by basically saying any other customer would be treated with more respect. Regardless, I paid the hefty extra fee, as well as a very generous tip.When I got home and saw the full extent of the bad highlights, my first instinct was to go to the nearest drugstore and grab some box dye. Instead, I e-mailed the salon with photos of the dye job and asked for a correction appointment. The salon scheduled an appointment for a few days later with the same stylist. I was apprehensive but wanted to give Beaubien a chance to make things right. I went in and asked for the highlights to be extremely toned down. I did not want another attempt at highlights. The hairdresser put a darker color over the highlights so they mostly match the dark base, half-dried my hair, and called the appointment done. This is when who I presumed to be the owner of the salon came out and tried to gush over the new look, saying it was pretty. Yeah, right. At this point I was just disappointed and upset and wanted to leave. What I got was nothing like what I initially asked/paid for.I paid nearly $200 for something I could have gotten with a couple boxes of hair dye and some spare time on a weeknight. I will not go back to this studio or recommend it to anyone I know unless I want them to waste their time and money.

The attention and detail and care that went into our visit was exceptional. Highly recommend Beaubie Bodyworks for individual or group visits.

Denine is the BOMB. I needed to get in quick somewhere in GR to help with some hamstring and upper back pain I was experiencing from CrossFit training. The space (previously Urban Massage) has been renovated and is more welcoming with a lovely fireplace and cute interior design/furniture. Denine is extremely friendly and warm-hearted. She showed me around the new space first then asked the typical pre-massage questions before she started my 30 minute relaxation massage. After listening to my concerns, Denine customized the massage to fit my needs. She mixed in stretching (Thai Massage), Ashiatsu, sports, deep tissue and some relaxation techniques. You know those people that always say I left the massage feeling like I was floating!? Well, Ive never believed that because I never experienced it until my massage with Denine. Thank you! Will 100% be back.

I have been going for Naet allergy treatments with Preeti for several months now and feel GREAT! My sinus infections and problems due to environmental allergies have reduced dramatically and I can enjoy the outdoors again!

Denine is an amazing massage therapist! Id been suffering from achy legs and feet for a long time. One 90 minute massage provided a huge amount of relief. Im looking forward to a follow up massage.

I bought a gift certificate (NEVER USED) called so I could try and scheduled an appointment, Courtney the receptionist couldn’t find my gift certificate and told me I was out of luck because they couldn’t find it. I then asked her to have her supervisor call me and a week later nobody has called or reached out to me about it. Very unprofessional and poor communication. I wouldn’t even give it a star

I went in and was overcharged. My bank account showed they took out more than what I signed for. She didnt listen to how I wanted my haircut, (she cut bangs) and now I have to wait a year for it to grow out.

Dr. Preeti is very kind and caring. I would definitely recommend this place for a healthy life consulting. Things are explained very nicely and you are given enough time to explain your problems and understand the suggested treatment procedure.
