Every time I order home delivery or go into the store the employees are great! No delivery drivers and the employees will personally deliver even after they get off work and I wish I had more cash on hand to give a bigger tip (next time for sure)! Just great customer service all around, both my husband & I will continue to be loyal customers. Thank you so much!

After going into GR cloud. I didn’t want to ever go into a vape shop or smoke shop again. But this human behind the counter was so sweet and kind. Answered all questions. Didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was a burden. Was clean and organized. They were super informational and they have lots of deals and promotions! Plus a little wheel you spin for discounts at certain times/or maybe when you sign up? Great experience, I’ll never go anywhere else in GR for anything smoke shop related. I bought some new glass today. They were running a great sale, and I found just what I wanted. My CSR was a gentleman named Wes, and he was amazing. Very polite and professional, and super helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop.

I love rise. The manager, Wess is always on top of his game. knows exactly what to recommend from their products, and is knowledgeable on everything in store. He’s always very nice, and even made an effort to remember my name (frequent customer). All the employees I’ve interacted with have also been very nice and helpful. OK I usually do not do this but I have to tell you I came in to Rise smoke shop in Bowling Green. There’s a young lady Kyla she is absolutely wonderful. I was having absolutely horrible day everything was going backwards then I couldn’t find my debit card and I was panicking dumping my purse out on the counter. She was so pleasant so patient and so courteous. Her customer service was beyond customer service. It was humanity. She saw that I was having a hard day and asked if I’d like a hug I’m telling you strictly because of the heart and courtesy that this young lady showed me I’m a permanent costumer! Thank you KYLAFor being my angel of the day!!! she went far beyond any customer service I have ever experienced and I was a district trainer for customer service ,she is an asset to your company!

I’ve been shopping with Wess at this Rise location for a while now, and I’m just amazed by how well he remembers customers, and treats them in such a welcoming manner. Ever since I’ve moved to GR this has been the only smoke shop I go to. Every employee there always greets you with a smile & hello & even take the time to learn your name & add a level of comfort & familiarity to the shop. Wes always makes it feel like I’m walking into a friends home when I show up, no matter the time or day.

Their discounts are great as well as anything you could want in smoking.. Went to get 1 of their Mystery bags. Highly recommended and Dennis ( A worker there) made it an awesome place to shop. Love ya Rise!!

Love this place! just a note to the owner: it comes up on apple maps as “permanently closed.” multiple people have told me this place is permanently closed because of this but I was pleasantly surprised to find out it wasn’t when stopping by. you should definitely change this if possible, I feel like it could be turning away a lot business for you guys when people are using apple maps! :)

I love the staff here. Its rare Ive ever met someone working here who isnt a lovely individual to do business with. For such a small store front they have a respectable amount of glass.

My favorite ol reliable smokeshop for the wide glass selection, monthly color deals, vape flavors, and of course, Wes and Sarah are the best and always a joy to see. Very chill and friendly atmosphere, plenty of other things I didnt mention.

I come here all the time for kratom and vapes. Cool place with a cool atmosphere and a large selection. Wes always has me covered :)

I came across this location driving while in town visiting family. This location is very appealing and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable, personable and a great atmosphere. This place is awesome and has just about everything. Literally wasn’t expecting to walk into a dim environment with black lights, but it was sweet. I love the design and color scheme. The atmosphere is comforting and when the tenders explain things they brighten it up so you can see.The tenders are very knowledgeable. I tend to be a nussiance and ask a ton of questions but one of the tenders all about it. Merrick, the tender that assist me, was very knowledgeable and when he didn’t know something he asked for a minute, looked it up and gave me the answer. Of course I’ll come here again and suggest it to others. It’s a nice little shop! Plus where are you going to find good service like this. I appreciate this place and most it’s employee who is willing to answer all my questions and show me everything!

I bought a Lost Mary vape from this store, not even a week later, the thing died on me. I contacted Lost Mary, they said to return it back to the store since they have a great warranty system in place. I went back to the store, and they said that as soon as a disposable vape leaves the store, they will not warranty it. At least the guy was nice about it though ;-)

Great business! Awesome spot with a solid selection. The girl working was beautiful and kind and knew what was up. I went in looking for a specific rolling paper and the owner happened to have my brand in his order by mistake. He went out of his way to add the papers into his inventory and said he will keep them in stock. If that’s not 5stars I don’t know what is.

Love this place already and I just discovered it a few days ago. Its a shop thats currently in progress with reorganization however it looks better every time I go in. Staff is really nice and helpful and will do everything in their power to get you the product you want. Decent location too, not too far from downtown or Eastown. Very fair prices as well and glassware is beautiful. Would recommend 10/10.

Perfectly put together.I went to Rise on Fulton and MI looking for a new vape and ended up leaving happier than i thought. Katie helped me in finding the Hyde (after spending way too much on the breeze pro’s) and it has been the best decision i’ve made in a second. Just came to this location for the first time, maybe a week ago. Has a handful of awesome products.It was 30 minutes before closing, and normally Im not That Guy, but I came in to pick up something for a buddy.One of the guys looked at me in a slightly annoyed manner, which, again, I get, but, I would much rather you tell me that you are closed rather than give the stink eye. . .The cashier was the exact opposite of what I assume was his coworker. He was nice and greeted me when I came in. I asked for what I was there for, he got it for me, done deal, easy transaction.They were already counting down the drawer, and I had to use my card and go elsewhere to break the bill my buddy gave me for me as well as change, but oh well.I asked if they had any electronic hookah heads. Apparently they had just sold the last one, and didnt plan on ordering another one, Unless, I came in for repeat business and kept asking for one. ?? I was confused by this statement, and asked if I could just put money down and they order it, but, it didnt work like that.I said my goodbyes, and nodded to the guy on the side who was sorta glaring at me still, and still no response.Im not sure if it was because I came in 30 minutes before closing, if they were having a bad day, or thats just how the guy is, buuuut, not sure if I wanna repeat business. . . This place is just down the road from me, and I will probably continue my business elsewhere further from here.

Idk about this place to be honest. All I know is I bought a little glass chillum and the entire bowl just snapped in half literally after one month of use. Never had that happen to any piece Ive ever had, and took great care of it, and cleaned it regularly, not boiling it or anything. Better off goin to the gas station down the street I guess. Atleast your not expecting quality.

If youve come for the breakfast, I would recommend going elsewhere. The King Palms are incredible. Worth the money if you want a true taste.
