Love this store. The guys that work here are always very pleasant and helpful. They have so many different smoking accessories. They have something for every smoker in this store!

I only buy my vape supplies here since they have a great selection of disposable vapes at competitive prices as well as carrying the specific coils, and tanks that I need for my non-disposable. Theres a good selection of nicotine juice/ salts to choose from and often times there are a few bottles at a steep discount. The guys who work there are also really polite and have even thrown in a couple cheap disposables here and there - something I have never experienced at other smoke shops in the past.

AWSOME staff, always friendly. Owner will go above and beyond to please a customer. Owner is always on top of things, thats why low prices, friendly service, and a very clean store exists. I recommend this smoke shop to everyone.

This place is great for those quick pickups of drinks and smoke needs. Need a specific wrap or type of tobacco, this is the place to go.They have a huge stock of all kinds of smokes and wraps as well as vapes. They have really good deals on vapes with buy 2 for $30 and other deals depending on the brand of vape. They also sell CBD goods and handheld vapes for other products they dont sell.The staff is very helpful and can get stuff from behind the glass or let you look at things before you buy. Definitely stop in if you need to resupply your smokes, wraps, vapes, and more.

Had the product we wanted. Paid for our products, respectively. After purchasing, the lady that was with me saw something she wanted to try. Asked the attendant for the item, attempted to purchase it and he gave it her for almost half price. Hmm. So fellas, if you have a woman with you, make sure she wants to try something new that they have there, maybe shell get it for half price too!

Bought a torch from them that lasted 2 days. They tried to get me to buy another from them after that. Terrible quality products everyone I know who has purchased a product from them has stated it broke rather quickly. Will not be coming back for anything of that nature. The workers are friendly though

Used to buy my vapes here all the time, but lately i’ve gotten vapes that die within 1-2days. i buy a vape from anywhere else and they last a week. not sure what happened to their quality, but their vape stock needs to be thrown out. i will not be returning for vapes until things are fixed. it’s not fair to have your customers coming back every few days to pay $20 for a brand new vape that should be lasting.

The staff is friendly and polite. Theyre one of the few stores that carry Djarums. Their supply is also freshly stocked.

I started buying my vape products there about a week ago and was happy with the prices and customer service—until today. I bought their “Hyde” brand disposable vape, went out to my car to grab my other card, and bought another one of a different flavor. Not only didn’t they give me the $29.99 sale price for 2, because it was 2 separate transactions, they didn’t give me the $17.99 sale price for each of the 2. They charged me $20.13 for each. I realized this when I got home, so I went back and the clerk told me it wasn’t on sale. I told her the sales price was clearly posted and she went into the drawer and handed me 2 dollars. She owed me more than that but I just walked out and will never go back. They lost a customer. I hope they don’t do that to other customers.

Ive been in here a few times and I see the same girl every time working her butt off and helping customers, and is knowledgeable on the products being sold I think shes around 26, but her work ethic and enthusiasm to help customers surpasses her age. The products from vapes, kratom, and glass are reasonably priced and good quality, will shop here every time Im in town. Thank you 😊

Its beautiful. Having the place go from being a 7-Eleven to the West Side Quik Mart was bittersweet yes, but the new owners remodeled the place, its seemingly way more clean, and has constant business coming in and out of its doors now - with the communities respect! Yes just wanted to say that today i went to the store to get the usual and just because i ask him for something in especific ,i see looking in the wrong place, so i try to tell him where it is because there is another customer waiting wich he were already rude to him, i cant remember his name but is the only white old guy with glasses and white hair, and this is not the first time he starts an issue just because he doesnt know what the store has, with all the other employees there has never been an issue since im a regular client that goes almost every day.

I have now bought over $100 worth of kava and kratom (one bag of each) at this location and both have made my husband violently ill. He regularly uses kava and kratom of other brands and is totally fine. Was refused a refund on both occasions, very unhappy as we cannot use these items and they are essentially poisoned. He was throwing up for 3 days until we could find another type of kratom for him. Do not buy!! The butane I have bought here is terrible quality as well and messed up my torch. The least they could do is refund my money but they refused to do that.

This has happened more than once now. Stopped by at 8 am, opening time, to try and get kratom before work to treat my pain. No one there. Wait 10 minutes at the risk of being late for work, still nothing. Call as Im leaving and someone answers and says they are open. Yeah... doesnt help me now! 2 stars because when they are there they are great!

Without a doubt this place has the most friendly, experienced, helpful customer service Ive ever experienced. The owner went above & beyond to help me pick out & purchase exactly what I needed. No store has ever gone that far to gain my business. The Kratom selection (out of 15stores in Grand Rapids) is the best Ive seen price wise & variety . Lots of vaping supplies, CBD material, good selection of glassware, tabacco/tubes & beverages. Hes even got some old school, origional Whip-its & crackers for a very reasonable price. I will never go anywhere else for these products & am recommending this shop to all my friends ~ he deserves 6☆stars.

This place is a new kind of awesome. Make sure you take the time to really stop in and get your needs.

E-cig products Ive found at other local stores are markedly cheaper, they upcharge an absurd amount. A pack of pods for my rig normally costs $11 plus tax at several other locations, for the exact same product, they charge $16.99 plus tax. Sometimes convenient because of hours and location, but financially a huge ripoff. An almost 70% markup from what other businesses already profit from is essentially circumstantial robbery. Spend your money elsewhere for any ecig prduct you may need. Other than that, clean store and nice staff, just trying to nickel and dime you.
