Wonderful Massage Spa

I knew that there was a chance our experience could be of low quality but we gave the benefit of the doubt. It was very low quality. They were nice but only because they wanted a good tip. Their massages was disappointing and truly a waste of money. I had to go get cash because they told me I should have had cash. Then when she saw I was only going $5 for each of the massages we received she got upset and said only $5 each!! I know how to tip well and I tipped accordingly.

This was now the second time I have came here. The first time my significant other and I had an appointment and they didn’t understand it was for two people so we left. Today I wanted to go get a massage after an extremely stressful day with someone in my family contemplating suicide. My significant other reached out to this place and asked if he could schedule and appointment. The lady said she could do 6 or 7 and mind you I was sitting next to him. I said 6 would work better for me and he replied with 6. She said and I quote “6:00!” and he confirmed that it was for today and she said yes. I get there and she looks extremely confused. We explained I had an appointment and she said “No your friend said maybe 6.” and I got upset because I was sitting right next to him when he called. She said she could only do half an hour which made me uncomfortable because I walked into the massage room and he was standing in front of the door trying to tell me my significant other said “Maybe 6:00” and I told her she was incorrect. At that point I said if she was going to continue to sit there and say the same thing I was leaving. I am glad i left, the room was dirty, no air conditioning, bugs everywhere. Do not and I repeat… do not go here. You will be extremely unhappy with your service if you are looking for good quality massage therapist.

Worst place I could have ever gone. Save your money. Me & my friend go for a massage & we ask to do the massage combo for $55. Once they take us to the rooms they ask us to pay immediately. I give the lady my card and she comes back with the receipt. I see I was charged an EXTRA 2$ & I had asked her why and she said it was suppose to be 57$ for the services. But their sigh for the combo says $55. So I let it go.so I sign and I usually don’t tip till after my services. But when the lady gave me the receipt I crossed off the tip section and she told me NO That I had to tip 20$. I told her I don’t have that much to tip. And she told me if I didn’t tip 20$ no services. And I asked her to refund me and she said she couldn’t refund me. So I told her I only tip after my services and I do it in cash. So she left really mad. Once they finished the services . The lady who did my services asked me to tip. I gave her my card I told her 5$ and she got upset and ran telling the lady somthing and they charged me and the next day when I checked my account I was charged 18$. I was so frustrated by the lady trying to force money out of me and worse that the massage was not even done properly it was poor and she speed through the services. I was done the same time my friend was and she started 20mins before I did. The lady’s also gave me and my friend attitude. I would not recommend this place!

I don’t really know the issue with the 1 stars. This is a CHINESE MASSAGE, not Massage Envy. So yes, the atmosphere and the massage is a lot different than anything I’ve ever got also. We work out 5x a week so it was honestly nice to get it as intense as we wanted. You’re getting a massage, so if you want the masseuse to go softer or harder- tell them. If you’re not looking for anything fancy or can find some humor in certain scenarios, I say give them a try! Super nice ladies.

Save your money. The lady used her elbow the whole time, my back is ruined. The whole time I was saying to myself this is not a professional this someones mom who just wanted to start a business and has no idea knowledge of the body or relaxation for that matter. They make you pay up front which is probably smart on their end because I would not have tipped as well. Also she was in and out of the room a couple times while i just laid there exposed. would not be bad but they literally taped the doors so they wont close. The room is also not private, there is literally a bed sheet that divides the massage rooms. I cant get over how terrible the actual massage was, and im not sure how sanitary and clean everything was. It felt rundown and as if the business was thrown together last minute just trying to make it work.

Took my girlfriend fend here to try and help her feel better… unfortunately I think I made it worse. No AC it was humid in the spa, mosquitoes, towels were scattered on the massage bed. The lady was rude and was accusing me of not scheduling correctly. It seems as if she is just money hungry. I do not feel bad for this review either. Also if anyone is wondering I am leaving this review under my girlfriends second gmail since I do not have a gmail account.

90 minutes was a combo of lighter massage, deeper tissue massage, and even a bit of hot stone massage.
