Great customer service very helpful with finding why was needed!

Checked their hours and says 9. So called at 7:50 to make sure they were open that late. Was told they closed at 8 and asked if I could just run in for a vape that I was a min away at the stop light. Worker then wants to say oh I’ve already locked up. sad that the hours are wrong online. But very disappointed that they couldn’t at least wait a min for me to get there since they said 8. Must not need sales that bad. Will definitely be going to another store from now on

I live near this store. It is convenient and they have reasonable prices. I wish they had a wider variety of vape juice, but I understand that there is a huge market out there, and you cant carry it all. The staff is knowledgeable and great to talk with.

The owner is a genuinely nice guy and I now only shop here. He takes good care of me and orders whatever he doesnt carry just for me!

My new favorite neighborhood vape shop! I stopped by to pick up some replacement cartridges for my Suorin Drop and to try a new juice. Alla was kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and he gave me great recommendations based on my taste. He opened up probably 6 different bottles for me to smell until I decided on two I really liked! Their prices are beyond fair and the shop had an overall excellent selection of smoke & vape products.

Ive been going here for almost a year now, and I have 0 complaints. He has such a wide variety of flavors for the E-cigs. I love my E-Hookah, ive bought 2. He always takes the time to help me decide what I want and helps me with things when I have questions. He will trade something out for me if its not working correctly. Great service and great products.

I go there for all of my e-cig needs. So many different flavors, snickers is by far my favorite. So many varieties and sizes and shapes, for the heavy vapor, to someone wanting to try it out. Customer service is by far the best around town. I bought a new tank and I just didnt quite like it very much, I went back to just buy a new one, and swapped me out with the one I wanted on the spot, no questions asked. They can even take custom ordered flavors and strengths. If you want 24% nicotine menthol flavor, he has it. You want 12% nicotine vanilla espresso, they got it. Custom mix flavors too! I even bought a e-pipe off the internet, and used it for some time till I needed a new coil. I brought it in just to have them look for it, and they surprisingly had the right coil for that too! Massive Inventory! They go to great lengths to make sure everyone has exactly what they want. No other place lets you walk in and taste all the flavors available. Stop by and see for yourself, you wont be disappointed.

Knowledgeable staff, although at times I felt that asking for an explanation about a particular product seemed like a burden. Aside from that, great assortment of stuff and I was pointed in the right direction with my E-Cig setup. Lots of flavors to choose from. If youre looking for a local place for your supplies this is a nice spot.

Great place to buy vape related products. Where I really rate this store is on the stock. For 2 weeks now they have been completely out of sourin air pods and have yet to get any. They need to be smarter about their ordering when it comes to how much is in stock.

Customer service as it should be! New Years Eve lost my vape. Panic! Called the store and David was there doing some book work but understood my plight. The store was closed but he told me to come on and he would let me in which he did. Got my replacement vape, bought 2 just in case, and was on my way in less than 10 minutes. David truly cares about his customers and it shows. I will ONLY shop THERE for my vape needs. Thank you David! Now I can say Happy New Year and mean it. So Happy New Year David and especially to you! Thank you for your service in the last year and a half! If only more stores showed your excellent customer service!!!

Went to the store looking to see if they had either the Kanger Protanks or the EVOD tanks. All they had where CE4 style tanks, T3s or what he was calling a T2 tank. I did notice that he had different cartos and attys but my experience and preference lies with tank systems.I told him upon coming into the store that I normally purchased supplies online and was hoping to find a brick and mortar store that had a good variety of products. Upon hearing this all he could talk about was how it was such a bad idea to buy online etc...Once we got to talking about the tanks I was hoping to find he showed me the old style kanger products (if they where actually where and not knockoffs) he showed me the T3. I spoke about the horrible experience I had with the T3 in the past and he then promoted what he called the T2 as a better option. At this point he wanted to start arguing with me and telling me that they all work the same and that he prefers older technology. At this point I said thank you and walked out. It is unfortunate that I can not seem to find a store front that has better customer service than some of my online vendors. I will never go back to this store. Its a shame as he did seem to have a pretty large selection of juice and I never got a chance to really find out what they had going on with that.....l
