Carolina vape

If you are looking for a top notch vape shop, look no further. This place is always clean and looks very upscale. Beyond the aesthetics of the shop, the staff is very helpful and the owner really seems to care. Two weeks ago I went in with a problem with my mod and I did not have my receipt. The owner was in and was happy to accommodate me with a new mod. I cant imagine what these negative reviews are for, some people are just never happy!

Im shocked to see all the negative reviews, our experience was fanatic and we felt the prices were fair. Also there has been change in management recently I believe- so disregarding some of the negative post would be wise.Anyway,We went late night 05/11/17, the young guy working was great. He was very patient and helpful with my husband- who was in desperate need of a new vape since he dropped it (and he just needed something newer anyway).We were there a little too long- past 9pm (sorry!) but the guy stayed helpful the whole way through; helping my husband find something better suited for his needs and help convince him so move to something new (he wanted the same old POS he had originally. smh). He is very happy with the purchase so far.Ive been to many vape shops with my husband, I generally just sit back and obverse the interactions. I will say it was some of the best service, friendliest and knowledgeable encounter yet.Thank you!

I stopped by carolina vape after a run to cookout. I was pleased by the knowledgeable staff and the selection of mods. Their juice prices were surprisingly low. Overall Carolina vape seems to offer competitive pricing and top notch small business customer support.

Went there because I was working on the building they lease out of. Yeah, dude had an akwarkd personality but overall he was cool. Hooked me up on some juice after I bought my mod so I that that was cool of him. Overall, I can see how they may come off differently than some other Happy Monday type but my experience made me leave feeling I was done right. Would definitely recommend them to a friend!

This was the most unpleasant experience Ive ever had in a vape shop. I went in with my boyfriend because he needed his vape put together and the sales person treated him just fine. I was the only woman in the store and its obvious that this place has mostly male customers. I was treated like I was completely stupid through out the entire visit and I will not be going to this vape shop ever again due to the worst customer service Ive ever had and sexist behavior by the employee.

The only reason its not a 5 is because of the prices. But they carry more mods and replacement hardware than any other shop around, so I am ok paying more to have more of a selection. Ive never had a bad experience at this shop and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great vape shop.

Terrible customer service employees dont seem happy to work there. Had a extremely bad experience there will never receive my business or any of my friends business. They deserve and award for most poorly run business I have ever seen. I am unable to put into words how rude the staff and owners are. Dont not go there for your vape needs.

Prices are great and employees are friendly and knowledgable,they also have a great selection of new and traditional style coils.they will take care of the new customer as well as the regulars.i have felt like Ive got special treatment since the first visit there, you can try favors before you buy as well.

This is my go to vape shop in Greensboro. The selection of juice is amazing and they always have new juices to try. Prices are good and staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

First time going into day and the dude with the long hair was complete full of it. I was in need of more eLiquid and asked for recommendations he then goes to pounce every single thing he must have in stock super quicky without hearing much of anything that was said. It felt like my business didnt really matter to them and I definitely would not recommend or ever go there again.

This place is a joke..way overpriced mods...the guy with the black hair...ALWAYS seems STONED!! He is a no personality dumbas#...I had loose screws on my pico...he had a tool, and said oh the screw is stripped then he claimed my battery was going bad...the battery is only 5 mths old...wrong...so I left...and used a nail...yes a nail to tighten all screws...none were stripped...and my pico is tight and works like new again. No thanks to this loser who acts like he is a vape god..When in reality he probably makes $9 per hour....LMAO...what a tool!!! Dont go here...save your $ and time....I wonder what kind of idiot the owner is to hire people like this? Geeze.....

Megan is the bomb! The whole staff is very smart about all their products. The juice lines are crazy good quality abd theres always deals going on too!!

Overpriced, terrible customer service, and sells crap. Bought a tank from them and got home to find out that it leaks almost constantly when not in use. They refused to take it back and told me that was normal. Worst experience at a vape shop ever.

They carry some hard to find coils, but theyre a little on the pricy side.
