I’ve been here a couple times now and I have to say the prices are very fair especially compared to gas stations and other convenience stores. Most vape shops in the area have tried to force products on me that I wasn’t interested in, that’s never been an issue here. I went in wanting to try something new and Natalie was a huge help! She has personally tried many of the items and she allowed me to test my products before I left. I highly recommend you shop here first!

Purchased a vape battery on a Monday, the battery stopped working on Wednesday. I went back to the shop to see if I could swap it out for a new one. The employee looked at the vape battery and told me that it wasnt her problem, and that she wasnt going to replace it. I calmly explained to her that I was a repeat customer, and that a business should do right by their customers. She gave me a blank look, and repeated that she would not be helping me. I sent an email to the customer service email address, and never received a response. Ill be taking my business to Glass City right around the corner.

This is the only Smoke shop I will go to because the customer service I receive from Lauryn is always exceeded above my expectations! She is very well informed on all the products sold, she always welcomes me into the store with a bright smile, and she definitely makes me feel welcomed, every visit! By far one of the sweetest individuals!

The employee that assisted me Lauryn is hard working and always is so informative, it’s always a pleasure when she’s working…. Just recently found out the previous employees are no longer there and ever since the hospitality is gone ! The customer service is no longer welcoming and the products are not delta! False advertising! The location is dangerous and has gang members coming in and out !

This store is overpriced, the owner does NOT care for his employees!!! He had one girl in there (Lauryn) for 12 hours a day everyday MON-SUN for 4 months STRAIGHT before he hired a new employee definitely wasn’t paying her enough to where she could progress. She worked every single holiday including her birthday. She also was robbed broad daylight and then threatened hours later on the same day and the owner wouldn’t let her go home. THANK GOD SHE QUIT AND I WISH HER THE BEST. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Best smoke shop in Greensboro. Best shop to spend your hard earned cash. Great local and friendly place of business. Both women Lauryn and the other one that works are super knowledgeable. Love coming here just cause of them. Owner is super awesome. Great selection and always have the newest cigars or vapes that come out.

I just bought a vape from the location on Gate City Blvd in Greensboro N.C, and had the best customer service experience. They are very knowledgeable an super helpful, but not aggressive. I definitely recommend them. Ive officially found my new vape shop!

Great prices and friendly staff that know their stuff, plus a no pressure atmosphere, My only complaint is a small one: the amount of inventory and the appearance of the store has varied a little bit back and forth. They need to keep the place stocked and looking a bit more polished if they want to appear a bit more professional.

Came in to buy a few wraps…looked around as I was surprised to see a larger vape and tobacco store here in Greensboro…Was asked if I pocketed anything…….If that’s how employees are trained instead of paying attention and aware of customers in store this business won’t be around long.

😁 I would like to start off by saying they have the best variety and awareness of there products and stand by them, I meet Mina the owner of this franchise store and when theres such a great inventory, the experience deciding what u want is always better with a positive person, which Mina is, After spending time talking to him, I found his life admirable and inspiring. I would suggest locals and travelers take the time to visit this shop, and yes you will find what you want and more, thank you Mina, I enjoyed your shop

Worst Vapeshop to go to in Greensboro sells you defective products and wont replace because it was not tested in store which is not a known policy nor is there signs up stating that. Was a normal at this store Sad I will no longer be doing business with them. Dont go here high prices and bad customer service managers not even willing to talk to thier customer. better off going elsewhere for your smoke/Vape Products

They ALWAYS have everything I need and the customer is AWESOME!!! Clearly this shop is being confused with other shops based on some of these reviews. This is NOT the only Smokehouse people. Get it right! Been going to this shop for years!!

This place is the best shop I stop here all time. Natalie is the best when it comes to customer service. And the Delta 8 products are amazing stop here.

I was very disappointed when I got there to find they didnt sell what I was looking for. I called and asked before I came and the guy told me they had it. But once I got there the girl had no idea what I was looking for. But she helped me find a smoke shop that did sell the item. Her help and good attitude made up for the other employees mistake. I didnt catch her name but I came there around 1:00 pm. She deserves a raise the other person there should be in trouble for giving me faulse information.

Walked in the store with my grandpa and the cashier looked at us, instantly I felt a bad vibe. As we proceed to look around, it seemed like she had an attitude problem. My grandpa asked her about a vape. She didnt know about the merchandise. She started being rude so we left. Cant have people around like that, its bad for business.

Make sure you check your bottle of vape juice when you buy it, I bought a 100ml bottle and when I got off from work and checked it, less then half of it was in it and when i asked for an exchange of some sort they said there was nothing they could do
