The management/owner must have changed because they have completely rearranged the store and I thought I had come in to a different store. The employee behind the counter slowly stood up from watching his laptop 🤔 and stared at my husband and I. I did not have a good feeling and we hastly picked out a vape pen. It was horrible and we will not be returning. I used to love the former employee and enjoyed coming in to get products but this is no longer the same place or environment!

This shop has a great assortment of vapes, juices and CBD products. Reasonable prices and great customer service make shopping here a pleasant experience.

Really nice guy running register. Calm and suggestions for things I would need were very helpful and honest about particular brands.

Horrible service. Company must have changed hands, because they went from 5-star service and solid products to 1-star service and sketchy products. Disappointing. They definitely lost this regular customer.

What is going on with this place? Went by on a Wednesday at 2:30p and the doors locked, nobody there. Seems to be a common theme lately. I’ve recently found somewhere else for my vape juice, time to switch Vapes I guess. New staff is unreliable and rude.

This is the only place I will go for any vaping supplies. All of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive and their prime juice is amazing. Dont know what flavor to try? Just tell them what flavors you enjoy and they will make an awesome recommendation every time! 5 stars for being the best location in the Greensboro area.

Two days in a row, not open at the stated time. Monday waited till 10:30 and no one showed. They are supposed to open at 10. Came back today, Tuesday at 11, surely an hour would be suffice to for them to get opened, but no. Another customer was in the parking lot waiting and said they were opening at noon for some reason.This is asinine. Change your hours if you can’t seem to open on time.

It’s a great place to shop… good employees that are very helpful and knowledgeable. Isaiah is a great guy to work with.

This is the only place I go. Great customer service. They were extremely helpful when I first started vaping after quitting smoking. I knew nothing about devices and juice and all that. I had gone to two different places before Madvapes who were all about the sales and were kind of like vape snobs (if that makes sense). These folks really were great about educating me and not just trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need.

There’s not a better vape store than this. They will custom mix your juice!

Overpriced. Terrible selection. No testers House juice is tasteless I didnt want to finish the bottle I bought. Its a step above gas station juices. Employees are friendly but dont know what theyre doing. Gave me the wrong coil for my device twice in a row so I had to make two trips. I would have asked for a refund but I decided to save them the embarrassment over $6 I wouldnt return here unless I was very desperate. Glass city, vape emporium, and the refinery were all much better in price, selection, knowledge, and quality. While there is an excellent variety of flavors I cant in good conscience recommend your store unless you add more flavor to your juices. Also consider steeping your flavors to enhance them. And find a way to do testers. There are even disposable sub ohm tanks now you can use for better flavor profile. You only need disposables and 1 device for testers. Its not that hard. Sikary nunu subohm tanks would make perfect cheap testers. You should do that and youre welcome for business advice. They do have a guarantee if you arent satisfied though so that gets brownie points.

Awesome business. Owner is really nice and extremely helpful. Madvapes cares about the needs of customers and they take the time to educate customers while being fun and patient. The products are top notch products.

They have small collection of flavors but all of them are pretty good, also good suggestions

I went o Madvapes to check on a warranty on a Mod I gotten less than 90 days ago. The Mod stop working. The cashier pretended that he couldnt find my account. Every time I gotten something I gave them my phone number to pull up my account. but today when I wanted to return something he couldnt find it. I call BS on that. Then he states that his manager would have to handle it.

Its 10:20 on Saturday 10/28.. store is not open 🙃. This is the 2nd time Ive driven 20 minutes to find store not open during the advertised hours.

I have been to the store 2 times recently and unfortunately for me it was to early for whoever is supposed to open the store at 10 am like it says it opens monday-friday. I sat in the parking lot for 15 mins and still by 10:40 the store is not open.....change you hours if you arent going to be open at 10 like advertised.

I bought a vape got home took some puffs it was not mango ice. It taste gross. I emailed the manager she has not reached out. The vape last 2 TWO days 😤 I will make sure to let my friends and family know not to go there as they were looking for a new vape store.

Very friendly, patient, knowledgeable. Store is very clean and fresh smelling. They were even able to work with me on cost. I would and will recommend them to any and everyone that asks me about vaping!!!!!

Normally a great place to go, however theyre corporates idea of a black Friday sale sucked, it was changed to a flash sale... way to screw the pooch guy. Outside of the csr giving me a friend deal on a couple of items for looking 3 hours of sleep it was a complete waste of time. Everyone that came in behind me was pissed. I feel for the csrs, for day to day bussniss this store is great, but next year Im going to any other vape shop but mad vapes for a black Friday sale

Very helpful and INFORMATIVE sweet young ladies. Helped me understand a problem I had with a particular juice line and why its not carried in their stores. Staying up on current events and facts in the vape industry is obviously something that is encouraged by management or its just these ladies initiative. Either way A++Youd be MAD not to get your vape necessities from any other retailer than MAD VAPES

I only go to Madvapes for my needs. They are always so helpful, friendly and they greet me by my name when I walk into the shop. They really go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy before you walk out of the door!!!

Worst customer service I have had in a long time. The guy in there told me they only had up to 6mg/ml as there highest nicotine, even though I have bought several from them and still have a bottle of 12mg/ml. He basically tried to sell me all oil, just because I forgot my percentage/dosage. Beware if you look young the guy will try to scam you!

Great place to pick up all your vaping supplies including e-juice my tanks everything in between but they dont have it theyll find it for you! Dont hesitate to stop by and ask them for help.

Friendly staff. Big selection of current mods and juice. Best custom juice bar around. Clean professional atmosphere with welcoming layout to comfortably sit and relax.

By far the best Vape shop I ever been too. The assistant manager, forgot her name, helped me a whole lot with picking the right vape. Definitely the only best I’m going be going too when I need help or questions.

Awesome juice selection, a bit lacking on quality mods. The shop hosts are friendly and know their stuff. They carry a lot of local Ejuices like Cloud Commander.

Great place with a Veterans discount, 15%!...The manager Joshua is very knowledgeable regarding the products and they also mix any kind of juice you could desire...Very nice fellow, that Joshua...Got a four battery SMOK MOD that came with a tank and it makes great clouds....It has a digital read out...

Tara and Lindley are very helpful when I go into the store. Its a joy walking iin there because they always have a smile on there face. I will not go to any other place.
