Ive been hesitant to go in this store for a while now. I think the large selection was overwhelming to me. SO GLAD I did go in. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Im very satisfied with my purchases. I would suggest this place for someone new to vaping and seasoned vapers looking to try something new

Never been the the shop personally, but made plenty of online orders. (in Arizona) They are very reliable and professional. They have a good selection and a great rewards program. Their process and shipping time is quick, and Ive always received the correct order. Hopefully one day Ill go to Indiana and drop in to say hello. Thank you for being an honest business.

Lost of Juice options and Devices in stock. Prices for juice used to be insanely high but they did drop it a bit lately. Mod prices are reasonable. They also do a VIP card that gives you a discount when you fill the card. People there are friendly and helpful. I personally have never had a problem with customer service. Updated from 4 stars to 5.

This place is great. Reasonable prices. House blends are always tasty and I get my coils through here. Ordered Monday night and received by Thursday after choosing 3 - 9 day USPS shipping from IN to PA. That kind of turnaround time is ridiculous! I can only imagine my order was made first thing Tuesday morning to get it here so quickly through the post. Thank you! Couldnt be happier.

I figured after making a large order just today, it was time to leave a review. I have been buying my juice and parts from here for about 4 years. I have had one issue, and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. Their juice is superb.

I haven’t been into the store but I ordered a mod online and I had an amazing experience with this company! I was sketched out to order at first because I haven’t ordered from here before but I am so happy I did ! I love my mod ! I was looking for it everywhere and it was sold out, found it here for $35 CRAZY CHEAP! I love it, thank you again! Fast shipping, I ordered it Friday night and received it Monday morning ! Amazing‼️‼️‼️

Ordered replacement coils, paid for expedited shipping told order would arrive Monday, today is Tuesday still has not arrived. Checked tracking and it has.not updated since the day they claimed they shipped it. Contacted store and was brushed off.and basically told its not there problem, very unprofessional.So when I said I would be returning this item if it ever arrives i was told they will not refund the cost of shipping, maybe if you shipped things on time they would get there on time.Dont waste.your time or money with these very unprofessional people.UPDATE: ITEM ARRIVED SATURDAY, 5 days late, company still refused to do anything what a joke, disputed shipping charges with c/c company.Also these coils are much cheaper in other stores

5 star service all the way! I ordered off their website. I got my well packaged coils in 5 days. During the holidays and with Covid-19 still out there. I couldnt of asked for better experience.

I have not physically been in this store. However, I ordered a replacement bubble glass for by SMOK tank. Price was exceptional, packaging was impressive and shipping was super fast!! This is my new go-to place for online orders, I wish they were located in Minnesota!

This place is great! Im fairly new to vaping (4 months) and the girls in there were very helpful in every way, answering my questions the best they could. They helped me purchase a new vape pen that fit me and did not try to rush me out the door. I did purchase a juice the other day that I did not like.. I wasnt sure on a return policy. It was not good at all, very popular and highly recommended, just not my flavor I suppose, but this will not deter me from returning. I will be in again, I will try more juices, especially since I ordered everything online previous to this, I definitely like the convenience of it being close to my house and job.

I was a bit agitated by the recent (minutes ago) incident. I registered yesterday and just went to your website for a purchase (first timer) of vaping gear.GREAT PRICES & SELECTION BTW!However, upon checkout, whenever the checkout button was carefully clicked once only, the page glitched out asking to refresh.I know doing so may result in more charges to my card...so I did not do so.I can see now that the email confirm came through and assume that all is well & my items will arrive beautifully asap. My friends go to ebay but I like to support the small establishments in my own and other communities throughout.I hope to have a good relationship with your store but this made me somewhat uncomfortable.I tried calling and I am on EST so they should be open...maybe at lunch.IDEA FOR HOOSIER TODAY:Y NOT ???Blast the new year off with some nice 15% off or free shipping on $20 or more and I bet you generate more revenue and word of mouth (best advertising since it is free) and friendlyThanks & Happy New Year,Heather B.

How did screwing your customer work out for you Hoosier?Ordered Nebox. It came in yesterday and leaked all over the place. A request for a non leaking one was met with Its not under warranty instead of simply replacing it.Now I have a habit of leaving bad reviews.There are stores out there that WANT happy customers to return and buy more.How did that work out for you Hoosier? You screwed the wrong customer this time. You just keep deleting and Il keep posting for years. I encourage any one else to do the same who has been ripped off.

Great selection, fast shipping and great prices. They have some hard to find Vape gear that I have been looking for. I like some of the older versions of some vape gear and I have been able to get it at Hoosier E-Cig. If I order it in the morning I have received my vape gear the next day.

They have been shipping me medusa coils for a year now. Flawless service as always. Never been in the store but if over the internet service is this good its gotta be even better in person.

Used to get my coils and juice from Blue wolf in Madison.. Stumbled by Hoosier e cig on my way home from work one day. Have been going back ever since. Juice prices are amazing, half of what they are in Madison.. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Ill be making a stop by tomorrow, will be my shop for the remainder of my vaping life! Most rude employees I’ve came across at a vape shop. Greensburg location should really be more approachable/friendlier towards customers.

I ordered a pyrex tube for an atomizer online, heres the experience:1. Ordered it with expedited shipping. Went out a day late, thus negating the value of the expedited shipping.2. Received, the delicate Pyrex tube in a bubble wrapped envelope, that may have protected it from grazing blows in the mail, but did nothing to compression of the hollow glass cylinder. Thus, the tube was destroyed when it arrived. Opened my package to get nothing but shards of broken glass.3. Called to report this problem. Person on the phone said shed pass it along to someone who would contact me by email.4. Got an email 24 hours later saying I needed to a send a picture of the broken product, the invoice, and packing to confirm what Id said. So, I naturally had to pick shards of broken glass out of my trash can and put them on my desk so I could take a picture of......... the shards of broken glass. Took the picture, sent the picture back.5. Then NOTHING happened for about five days. I emailed twice more. No reply to either.6. Finally on the sixth day I call and get someone on the phone. They go back and search for my emails and declare they found them, like theyd somehow become lost. They send out one more pyrex tube the next day, without the expedited shipping I initially paid for.Im yet to receive the new tube. Im guessing there is a very good chance they send it again in a parcel completely incapable of allowing it to survive transit, because when I explained how the first parcel was inadequate to transport a hollow glass tube, nobody seemed to understand or care.Either way, even if the second one survives that trip, the experience still wouldnt justify a second star.

Had to get some stuff for my truck and saw this place next door. Im glad I went in. Got good liquid very reasonably priced. Nic level, vg/pg ,and flavor levels totally custom. They got good stuff.

I have been in a vape shop or 2 and usually they all have trouble filling space with goods. This place has a lot to look at and choose from with VERY knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

Prices are excessively high here. The vape juice is double the price of that youd buy in a Columbus or Indy vape store. Ive purchased 3 vapes here in about the last 6 months, each one has broken and they dont take returns after 14 days. Inferior products, high prices.

Just started ordering from them. I couldnt find Pnp coils anywhere near me and Hoosier E-Cig had them and I got them in 2 days through the mail. Plus it was 5 bucks cheaper too.

A bit expensive, but MOST of the people there are friendly besides one woman. They have a lot in stock and even make their own house blends of vape juice.

Probably the best selection of ecigarette juices at expected prices within 45 miles of my location. Most shops have a paultry selection of flavors and brands in Indiana, but hoosier e-cig is robust.

Hoosier E-cig has come a long way since it first opened. Dealing with the Laws of the state changing, hense making it difficult for them. Yet they have stayed the course and is my favorite place to buy my Vape products.

Clerks treated me well. I dont vape but my girlfriend does so they had to help with my purchase and they were very happy to do so.

Will not stand behind product sold and un used.Bought a batch of coils and almost all of them dont work-told me they dont warranty them.I havent used them how can you not warranty an used prduct.
