I went to massage envy for my first customized facial with Naomi and had an incredible experience. I had been wanting a facial for a while and she far exceeded my expectations. She is so knowledgeable, professional and amazing at what she does! I love that she explained each step along the way so I knew what she was doing to my skin and why. She offered great recommendations with no pressure to buy anything. I ended up becoming a member so I could get a facial from her each month. I truly believe she cares for her clients and tries to help them reach their skin goals. Her passion for her work is apparent! I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation and have already bragged about her services to many of my friends! I’m beyond thankful to have found her!

Nikki was a great massage therapist. When time allows, I will make a return visit.She is very professional and knowledgeable. She definitely focused on the spots where I was hurting and she even found spot that I didn’t know we’re hurting. Thank you so much. I am very much pleased.

I didnt know how much I needed to fall in with a massage to just relax. Brittany treated my problem areas well and they felt better but what I really noticed was how relaxed and loose I felt inside. Its been a long hard month and she lifted layers of stress and tension from my body and nervous system.

I had a great oxygenating facial with Lisa. It really brought down the redness in my irritated skin on the day before the big presentation. It was immensely relaxing!

Naomi does such a great job with my skin! She always has relevant. Suggestions that help me make decisions on what’s best for me. Love her.

I came in with very specific goals regarding my posture. My massage therapist, Nichole, has approached my goals with as much interest as I have. Her knowledge and expertise has made me feel very reassured that our approach is the right one and results are evident. I trust her judgment and her competence is extremely obvious. Overall very glad I was able to connect to such a skilled therapist.

Skylar was AMAZING! I hadnt slept in over a week due to my shoulder. I had already been to the ER twice, my chiropractor (who is the best) twice and had a massage elsewhere. I was still in as much pain as when it all started when I saw Skylar. I slept ALL night last night!! Thanks to him, I can celebrate my sons birthday and actually be present in the moment!!

I had the 90-MINUTE CUSTOMIZED HEALTHY SKIN FACIAL SESSION with Kacie and it was FANTASTIC as always!!!! She’s a true professional who genuinely cares about her clients and it’s always very evident. Kacie remembers things from our previous sessions and is great at making you feel like the only one in the spa. It’s always a fabulously relaxing and refreshing experience!

Naomi will and continues to amaze me with how talented and skilled she is during her facials! Massage was great. People very nice. But had appointment for massage and facial. Got call the facial tech was out sick while on my way there but massage was on. I went anyway. No prob. A lot are sick right now. But. Massage therapist was late by 10 minutes due to traffic and I was advised my massage would still be full massage. It was not. I was shorted that 10 minutes (yes I know typically 50 minutes). First and last visit to massage envy for me!.

The staff was amazing and Lawrence gave the best massage I’ve ever had. The manager, Mariah, was also fantastic while getting me set up, checked in, and ready to go. I’ll definitely be back to this location.

Five years ago I signed up for monthly massages as a form of self care and I am so glad I did! Since then, I’ve done facials and 90-minute massages and I have no regrets. Love, love, love!

The massage was great, and Nikki was awesome and Faith at the front desk was nice, but because I was late (totally my fault) my 90 minute massage was cut to a little longer than 60. My husband bought a $250 gift card … I got no money back on that … I didn’t know he left a tip on the card and wasn’t told so I gave an extra cash tip! Basically I could have got a better cheaper massage at Urban Nirvana!

Larry is amazing. He listens to what I need and adjusts accordingly. Each massage is different - depending on which of my muscles are tight and need more attention.

When we arrived no one was at reception desk, there was a gal in the office BUT she never came out to greet us or see what we wanted. Reception gal ( with dark hair) came from outside, brought towels to front area BUT never spoke to us either, but was talking with gal in office. I was so happy to have found Nikki. I have chronic pain from degenerative disc disease and herniated discs. I needed a therapist who could use deep pressure to help my muscles relax. She did a wonderful job and will be my go-to therapist when I visit Greenville for work.

Schuyler is far and away the best therapist I have ever had. I hesitate to write this as it is already so hard to get an appointment, but I have felt incredible relief from my back injury thanks to his help. Only the deep, firm pressure he massages with can undo my knots.

The team at Massage Envy has always been very kind and perfesslonal. The problem I have with Pelham Rd location is having enough techs on board and the bad turn over. Jennifer is great and knows what she is doing and I really like her ,but she is only part time and very hard to book. I plan on stopping my membership after this year.

Went in with back pain (right shoulder blade). Alexa listened closely to my description of the pain and concentrated on the muscles in that area. Muscles relaxed and pain was greatly reduced.

I have been a Massage Envy client at this location for over 10 years. I have never received a bad massage, they all have always been wonderful beginning years ago with Russell and Larry then moving on to Dora for years after I had my stroke 6 years ago.Tiffany is a wonderful massage therapist as well. The spring of this year 2022 I changed my membership from a monthly membership to an as needed schedule.Post-stroke the last 3 years I had to leave my job. This was the main reason for closing my prepaid debited membership each month. Before doing this I have accumulated 6 month worth of visits that I had to take quickly within a 60-day period of time. Since using those up I have had two scheduled non-member visits that were billed at a non-member price above the membership price which I was expecting. These two build an affair rate and I always tip 25% towards my massage therapist. On Wednesday, September 28th I had my scheduled massage with Tiffany which was wonderful. Upon reaching the customer service counter to check out I saw a note which went into effect September 15th, 2022 stating that a 90-minute massage pricing had increased to $210 for a non-member. When I checked in for my massage I was not made aware of this nor did I receive any notification in the mail, via email or text. You can imagine my surprise when with tip I spent over $250 for a 90 minutes massage. I have had a 90-minute massage at an affluent Spa that did not cost this much. I am needless to say very very disappointed with Massage Envy specifically Massage Envy on Pelham Road Greenville South Carolina. I will no longer frequent this facility or any other Massage Envy facilities.Update: I was contacted by two Massage Envy Representatives with no resolution. They just sent me in circles . They never even apologized for not being notified ahead of time. Like I said that was a lot of money to drop for anyone but most definitely someone on a very limited budget due to health issues.

I have seen Larry for years. He’s wonderful. He is exceptional at his craft and always leaves me feeling rejuvenated and with less pain. Very highly recommended and appreciated!!!

I will start with yes, I am aware we are under pandemic times certain items have changed. I have been a member since 2017. I have been deducted every month the monthly fee of $ 65. I have now scheduled 5 appointments, and all 5 times they have called to cancel the appointment the same day of the appointment with no valid reasons. Julie the clinic administrator I simply told her I was not happy with the continued bad service she said choice words and told me whatever you can email to cancel. She informed me that she would not listen to me. I did not once use profanity with her, not once did I make any threat of violence in any form. She then had the audacity to tell me she would the authorities . She spoke like a thug on the street. I asked did I need to come in person to resolve this issue. I informed her I wanted a refund for the money I have put in and you continue to cancel she hung up on me. She was the most incompetent person in a business I have ever dealt with her unprofessional tone and language was demeaning to me. her tone and lack of professional courtesy are astonishing. They charge you if you cancel on the same day why should they not be held accountable to the same principals. They have now lost my business. I hope you read this review and do not allow them your business at all as well. My goal to shut them down.

I was really unimpressed with my massage. I was clear on what muscles I wanted her to focus on and the pressure, but it felt like she was just rubbing lotion on me the whole time. At the end, I saw the picture of on the wall of all the muscles in the body and wanted to laugh because I don’t think she knew any of them.I called the next day to let them know that I think they should know I had a bad customer experience and used a gift card to pay but it wasn’t gift worthy and the manager never called me back :/

My wife and I have been members of this location since it opened. We love it. ALL of the therapists are great. My favorites are Tiffany and Katelyn.

Went to the Pelham Road location today and it was a fantastic experience. Check in was fast and friendly! Schuyler was fantastic! The BEST massage I have ever gotten. Unless Schuyler leaves, I Will never go to another location! I cant wait to go again.....

Absolutely do not do business with this company. I agreed to a 1 year contract with them. Absolutely my mistake, and I will fully admit that now. At my last visit in my contracted year, I specifically declined to renew my contract and schedule any further appointments. This was not in anyway due to my massage therapist. She moved out of state and was fantastic. I was not given a cancellation form at that time. Yes, per the contract, I do have to submit this form by writing, and per the manager I should have remembered this from the year prior and just gone ahead and emailed her. I am not sure how I was supposed to get the form or the email without it being given to me after telling them I did not want to renew, but it’s my own fault that, even though I specifically told them I was not renewing and rescheduling and was not given the form at that time, that I did not complete this form. They have since continued to charge my card and are refusing to credit my card because this cancellation form that I never received was not completed. They have deliberately designed this system so they can continue to charge you after you decline to renew by not giving you the necessary form and then by saying, “Well, it’s in the contract.” Just because it’s in the contract doesn’t make this business practice okay. It is shady and misleading.

Naomi, the esthetician, is great! She is good at determining what my skin needs and provides a calming, relaxing environment.

Ive been going to Massage Envy for over a year. I like Lisa and my boyfriend likes Leanne, Id really recommend them and Jay (or Jade? I cant quite remember her name). All three are very intuitive and professional and pleasant.The rooms are always clean and there are no heavy perfumes or candles or any cheesy decorations. It just has a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I also really like the girls at the front desk, especially Jasmin. They are always courteous and personable.If youre looking for a straight-forward, not new-agey massage to help you relax or deal with pain, this is definitely a great place to go. If youre someone who is only looking for a massage a couple of times a year, this can also be a great place, but be ready for them to try to sell you a membership (which saves a lot of money, but isnt for everyone.)Overall, the experience is always pleasant and I would strongly recommend them.

My mother was a client at this location. She terminated her membership with two paid credits left on her account. I have a membership with the Massage Envy downtown. I was told that her remaining credits could be transferred to my account. When my mother called the Pelham location, she spoke with a Julissa (who asked if she needed her name “spelled out for her”). She was extremely rude and denied that the credits could be transferred. When my mom asked to speak with the manager, Julissa promptly hung up the phone. After calling back, she was able to speak with the manager on shift who also denied that the credits could be transferred. It wasn’t until my mother brought up that she knew they could be transferred because the Downtown location had already confirmed this that she finally agreed to transfer one of the two credits to my account as a “courtesy”. Lying, scamming and terrible customer service on their part. I would not recommend anyone use this location after the conversation I heard these two have with my mother. Please save yourself the hassle and go Downtown.

Schuyler is amazing at what he does! He finds and works the areas giving you trouble, and also offers suggestions and insight as to things you can do at home. Highly recommend him!

Donald is one of the best massage therapist that I have worked with. He is very knowledgeable and works on the specific needs. He customizes the session based on the needs of the day.

Best deep tissue massage and Shuyler knows where all the spots are. He is my go to therapist.

I had the best experience with this company today. I went in for a massage after receiving a gift card for my birthday. The massage was great and the massage therapist, Katlyn, was amazing. When I went up to pay i could not find my gift card anywhere. I literally went out to my car and tore it apart thinking that maybe it fell out of my purse somehow. No luck, i went in prepared to just pay for the appointment. The girls at the desk were so sweet and understanding and told me that they could not find it in their system but but if i thought i could find it at home that they just wouldnt charge me until later that day to give me time to go look. I was so grateful. I went home and looked everywhere to no avail. I knew the gift card was purchased at the Simpsonville location so i called to see if maybe they had a way to find it. The girl that answered the phone was also named Katlyn. She looked every way she could and finally went back day by day for several weeks until she found it. She also found a gift card that i had received back in 2016 and never used. After all was said and done the gift cards covered all of my 90min massage, tip and i still have some left! I cannot thank her enough for her patience and kindness. I was never once made to feel like I was a bother or like she was in any way annoyed with me even though it was completely my fault that I couldnt find the card.

I went in today and had an hour appointment with Tiffany. I’ve been in extreme pain since Saturday with neck and back pain. I can’t believe how amazing I feel. I am so grateful!

Went for a scheduled massage a few weeks back and have already planned my next - I had some major soreness in my left shoulder... The Therapist was great and the Staff was very helpful in setting up my membership - Before my session I got a chance to sit in silence before my massage and I found that additionally beneficial... I always elect for firm because even though somewhat painful I need that kind of therapy - I plan on going for at least a year in hopes of seeing some results......

Made a purchase here that they refuse to honor. If you lose your gift card, or if someone steals it, you’re out of luck. Gift card was not used, but they refuse to honor my purchase. Will never purchase here again. Horrible business practices with nothing put in place to help customers in need.

Great massages and most of my communication with the staff was great however I feel they were too aggressive in their sales pitches. i understand that sales need to be made, im a salesperson as well. however aggressive sales tactics when a customer is trying to relax and heal is just not acceptable imo. unfortunately this turns me off so much i will not be returning.

During my first four appointments, I showed up and the front desk attendant said they scheduled the wrong date for me and my specific masseuse. This happened TWICE IN A ROW. No offer/compensation for having me show up twice to not receive a massage due to their mistake. No idea how you manage to screw up setting appointments twice in a row when you job is to literally only schedule appointments.

Ive been going to Jay at Massage Envy for a couple of years now, once each month. I first started going to have her help my migraines, which she has, and now she fixes my running injuries and other sports-related injuries. Jay knows how the muscles are connected to one another and knows what to do to relieve pain and help your body heal faster.
