Absolutely LOVE 252. Abe and Sage (as well as the other staff) are great. We exclusively go here for all of our needs. They explain things very well and make recommendations based on our needs! Cannot recommend them enough!!!

Ive visited the shop 3 times including today, the first and second time there was good,the staff was friendly and very helpful when I needed help. Today while in the humidor browsing for cigars,the lady stood behind me the whole time with her arms folded, I felt very uncomfortable, I have never had that to happen before. I felt like she was making sure I didnt steal any cigars,after selecting my cigars and paying for them at the register,she went to the back,I told the cashier about my experience and she seems to not care,they have amazing cigars, but I will not return.

Great place and the employee knew what he was talking about. Kinda disappointed that one of my gummy purchases was completely stuck on the inner wrapper and the goodie wasnt as good as it should have been.

That place is straight.. Right from the reception going in... I needed a specific item and asked about another product I was interested in and I had a question about it and her answer was educational and clear .. the prices seem very reasonable.. Bought screen protector for S 20 ultra, it fell off in one piece 2 days later. I went in with the screen protector, they would not replace it. They only offered me a 5.00 discount. They said they never have problems with with them coming off. I had it in my hand!

I had the pleasure of getting a water pipe with Tony the sales clerk and 10/10 experience. We exchanged tips and tricks on how to take care of the pieces and found me the best equipment for the lowest price.

Only smoke shop I go to, the staff is friendly ! All of them! There kind to my huge beast of a dog, my dog is 2 years old now, staff members took pictures of him when he was a tiny puppy!! Ive been to California and moved back to NC go right back to the same shop. Nothing changes its comfortable 😌 creatures of habit appreciate things like that. Always helpful, understanding about my budgeting situation, dont even sner at me when I have to pay some cash handfuls of chang and put the rest on my card... Im not made to feel embarrassed about this but there understanding. Sometimes a little kindness and the comfort of going somewhere pleasant, can turn a bad day around. Candles 🕯 smell GREAT all kinds of things to look at. Wall to Wall brain 🧠 stimulation.. 😆

EDITED TO SAY... EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MANAGER WAS SUPER NICE AND EXPLAINED WHY THEY DO THAT. I WILL CONTINUE TO GO HERE FROM NOW ON AND SO YOU EVERYONE!!!!! I recently started vaping because I quit smoking. I went in to get an elf bar and literally they gave it to me not in a box no sealed bag nothing. I didnt know at the time that was wrong until I went somewhere else to get another one and it came in a box with a product authenticity scan code. It also was sealed in a bag. Inside the bag the bottom had a seal to remove and the tip had the plastic plug to take out. Needless to say from what I have been learning that is completely not ok?

Horrible store they didn’t have what I needed , so I settled and got something that wasn’t even what I wanted . The device they sold me was broken and didn’t even work and they refused to do anything about it! Will never shop at this store ever again ! Took my business down the street to “tobacco and vape” in the strip mall by the Walmart on hwy 33/tenth street . It was a much smaller store but the staff was much friendlier and didn’t sell me a broke device and refuse to do anything about it ! Will never shop at 252 and will tell everyone I know about their poor customer service !

Will never go here again. One of the employees completely erased and formatted my SD card while addressing the fact that the phone I purchased from them the day before wouldnt read any SD cards. He erased years of videos, pics and documents. The best they could do was offer me a free screen protector and SD card (that the phone they sold me couldnt read). I returned the phone for a refund. If you buy from them, CHECK ALL ASPECTS of the phone yourself before you leave the store. I also didnt like that they tried to convince me that the problem was with my SD card and not their phone. I know it was the phone because no other device had trouble reading my SD card and any SD card put in their phone wouldnt work. Horrible experience.

Went in there for bag of pipe tobacco for ritual which had noticed in corner of store - no frills only. Its another one of those predominantly Vapor Shops. If youre looking for glass bowls, vapor stuff, youll like this place. However, if youre looking for a mainly cigar and pipe tobacco store, keep on searching.

Ordered new phone off Amazon went to Verizon to get a nano SIM card to activate and they were out! Went here got one for $10 was in an out in a min. Came back to computer plugged in the numbers and bam! cell phone activated. I will never go to Verizon and get the run around and sales pitches again. Thanks!!

No need to carry insurance they can fix your phone cheaper than the deductible. To replace the entire screen on an iPhone 6 was $40 and done in less than an hour. It looked brand new. Then the tempered glass that normally runs $20 - $50 was only $7
