Good store but someone is opening the greenpost jars. I was shown 4 fresh jars off the shelf and each had their seal broken. Not coming back until this problem is fixed.

I received amazing help from paisley, she recommended me a blow pop geek bar, and its now my new favorite, definitely will come again!

From the Bayou to the Coast!I recently moved to this state and had to quickly adjust to new products and new prices. When I came to this shop I met Cloey. She helped me understand the products better and suggested the Sex Panther pre rolls for my personal type of high. She was spot on!! I’ve come back every week and get the same friendly service each time. I am a frequent visitor to the High Life Smoke Shop. Over the years, I have always enjoyed the wide selection of various products. Upon entering the new location, I was very pleased with how neat & organized the store was. I would like to recognize Erika for her excellent customer service skills. Erika greeted me as soon as I walked into the shop, and also recommended a substitute for the product I initially was shopping for. This place is amazing. I hate it is no longer a privately owned place like when it was Expressions, but Im not complaining too much about that.Very clean and professional.Prices are very good. Also a great selection of everything they offer.Staff are cool and the music they play is always good.

Absolutely love this store. In the past, I can remember this location under a different name and the staff just was not as helpful and friendly. Shannon was very patient with my indecisive girlfriend and had a great attitude. I will absolutely send people here! Great experience .

Had a great experience being assisted by Corey. He knew all of the product and answered every question I had. His hard work has led me to being a consistent customer.

The staff is very kind and helpful, but at this point I’ve bought multiple CBD/Delta 8 vapes from them and I’m pretty disappointed. Almost every one I bought (each about $30) is immediately faulty/barely works and the staff’s response is a shrug of the shoulders and denial of any refund. I get they’re not the ones making it and they seem like cool people, but I’m not about to return to a store with overpriced products that don’t work. If you go to the store for things other than the vapes, not at all a bad store.

I go here often and have come to have a great rapport with Beverly, she helps with picking out new pieces, but also parts I need and any new products come new. Shes turned me onto several vape pens and how they work. Always a good time when I visit

Worth going for the help alone. I have been just a few times but “Noah” has been a huge help every time in picking out what I am looking for. He always shows me all the options and gives me advice based on my needs. He honestly keeps the place running.

Pretty good selection of pipes and vaporizers, buy the locally blown glass its high quality and well priced. Good selection of other items as well. But I do miss expressions, its former self...you can get just about anything you need here. They sell cbd in many forms and have the latest smoke products

I recently came in yesterday and only was looking for a disposable. I talked with Autumn for a while and left with way more lol. Autumn is so great. She’s a great asset to the team and I will always shop there just for her.

Greenville natives know high life from its prior name but its still the same great place with excellent selection and great value. Users of Kratom should come in you owe it yourself to yourself to try this place. Noah was extremely helpful.

I always recommend High Life to people in the target market. Theyre conveniently located, the employees greet you, are friendly and treat you with utmost respect! Today, Shannon showed me several brands of CBD Prerolls to help me decide which one I want and it makes me happy to see that she was very knowledgeable in the area!

The cashier completely ignored me while I waited to right in front of her because she was too busy playing on her phone. Also talked down to me about the difference between debit and credit. Cool place, terrible service.

Horrible service, go in on Christmas eve, only $26 cash left to get my last gift. Even let them know thats all the cash i have. Find the perfect gift that was marked on top with a sticker for $23.90, ring it up they say its mispriced and wrong sticker on top and will not sell it for that price to me. They just give me A Im sorry it wont let me ring it up for that price. Bad business. Bad customer service on Christmas eve of all days

Came in the other day to buy a piece and the entire staff was on their phones. Had to ask three times to get a clerk to help. Prices too high for wares too cheap. Go to 252 on 10th Street, they’re cheaper and have better stuff.

It’s Payday, best day of the month too bad it only comes twice. So I go into the wonderful world of High Life to pick up a bowl specially made for my water pipe (tobacco use only). I wasn’t sure of the size and I couldn’t use all my money on a bowl. So when i walked into High Life and was greeted by Noah “Floyd” Munn, a man who is an equal mix of Fabio and Jesus with an intimate knowledge with all things “smoke,” I knew i came to the right place. With just the stem of piece, Noah fitted me with a bowl that was the perfect size and shape that i was looking for. It was also well within my budget! Successful payday made possible by a great store, Thank you High Life!

Blonde girl was extremely rude for absolutely no reason, it was quite comical. Like you couldn’t play a more insulting character it seemed almost fake like I was being punk’d or something. She sat there and ate chips staring at nothing like a mental patient the entire time I was in there up until I had a question lol weirdo. Negative 10 stars I really needed to buy somethin in there too but that wierdos attitude I had to walk out laughing

The guy was really rude. And seemed to be racist I asked for a product and told me he did not have anything at all. Then I come to found out later that there was a whole self full of what I needed. The man just didn’t want to take my money. I felt discriminated.

I bought my evod vape pen there a few months ago and went in for a replacement mouth piece and the woman acted like she didnt know what I was talking about and I had pulled up a picture and everything. She was very little help and didnt say much when I was asking questions. She made me feel stupid in front of customers and did not attempt to even sell me a new set up. Needless to say I did not buy anything and will not be back.

The manager is a joke!! I told her I experienced poor customer service earlier today from one of the other employees and she completely ignored me and continued her phone conversation. Buy from another store! It’s worth it.

I have never had a bad experience at High Life!! Very patient staff when asked three dozen questions from me! I will definitely be returning agiag and again!

Large (but overpriced) selection. strict employees, i,e. IDs you for even non-paraphernalia items like a hat, name on your credit card must match your ID (not just the last name), etc. Ive never been to a store so... uptight, id say the owners definitely need to smoke one lol

After 10 years of smoking, I finally decided to call it quits cold turkey style. After struggling with that for a few weeks I was recommended by a friend to stop by high life to pick up a vape to ease myself off of nicotine. When I got there I was helped by an employee named Noah. He knew all the products and recommended me a vape that fit exactly what I was looking for. With the help of Noah, I’m now easing myself off nicotine and in the process blowing the fatest clouds all over Greenville. Thank you high life, and especially, Noah!

Pricing is higher than the staff and God forbid you need help on vape related products. Do not go here. Many other shops in town with far better products with far lower prices.

What a great smoke shop, I found everything I needed and the sales associate Tyriq was quite helpful and courteous.

Customer services is terrible, employees are stuck up and prices are way over priced. N.C Tobacco shop near Harris teeter, is way much better and price wise compared to every Tobacco shop is way cheaper.

Definitely not the store it used to be in the late 90s. That store was amazing. As for a vape shop this one is ok just very disappointed at how little non vape stuff they have and what they do have is too costly.
