I bought a ton of flavors from this place. Im noticing that their juice isnt very good. My childs tend to burn out the same day I get them when I use their juice whereas when I use juice from other shops my coils last at least 2 weeks. Waste of my money. I wont be back.

I was looking for a certain pod that I’ve been searching all over for and I just barely made it before they closed, they happily welcomed me in still. I was having a rough day already, sadly they were out of the pod I was looking for, BUT they found one that works for me and made sure I was taken care of. Great customer service here. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Juices are amazing here, and the prices on them and their mods are great. Most of the people who work here are generally very friendly and always welcome newbies just getting into vaping and capable of answering most questions you have. I go here often to get my juice and this is the place I usually buy my mods from. My favorite juice would probably be their custards and Breezy.

New review as of 9/29/20I will not go anywhere else. We have recently moved about an hour away, and these guys ship. (EDIT as of May 2021 was informed by the owner that They cant ship anymore some new federal law..so I make the 1 hour drive once a month)They also now sell larger sizes for those of us that cant come by as often. The flavors are excellent the customer service is superb. The prices CANNOT be beat for the excellent product you get.Juices are awesome and not exorbitantly priced like CBM. They are down to earth and not obnoxious. Professional and fair. They focus on one thing (juice) and get it right without robbing you blind

Very friendly staff.I have to update this review. This shop is the ONLY shop we go to. We used to live in Greenville and would go here to get our juice because of its quality, selection and fair price. Well, we moved to Spartanburg county and this is still our store. The one hour drive is worth it. We dont go anywhere else. The quality, selection, fairness and perfect customer service is the reason no one else will get our money but vapor lounge.

I went in for SMOK cartridges, but they were out of the refill packs. So the guy sold me 2 pods out of new device boxes. He charged me $5 a pod, which I didnt realize was pretty expensive! The next vape store I went to they were only $2.88 a pod.. so double the price I paid here.. Not a great favor to me if Im gonna be charged double price.

Ive been going to Vapor Lounge for a little over a year now, and hands down, they provide the best customer service. As the customer, you are given one on one attention for whatever your needs may be.Price-wise, you wont be able to find better prices in the greater Greenville area (Ive purchased many juices, coils, mods, and tanks there). And not only are their juices affordable, but incredibly delicious. My top recommendation is their new flavor, Knight and Day; one puff, and I was hooked on the taste.

Today was my first visit to the shop, this is my new go to vape shop. The employee was super personal and extremely helpful, it’s like walking into a friend’s house. The prices are unbeatable and the flavor from the juices are awesome. It was so good, I wrote a review, and I never do that

These guys are great. My vaporizer was leaking like crazy. Not only did he fix it but offered me some tips on how to prevent that and what to do in the future. They are super friendly and have great juices. I gladly drive a bit further and pass countless other vape stores to go here.

Great service. Great eliquid at a excellent price. Solid selction of vape gear for beginners to experienced they will have something for you. Liquid deal 30ml for $10 120 ml for 15 to 20. Their juice is as good as any fancy label brand. Highly recommended.

First time stopping into this place, and I was impressed! Tons of selection, and the guy who I dealt with, was super nice and helpful. Went in yesterday to get a new set up. Got set up for cheap. The juice is great!! All the other juices ive tryed lost its flavor and made me cough like crazy the first few puffs. The very first puff with my new set up was smoother then any other juice ive tried. Great place!! See you guys next payday!!

Absolutely the best juice around. What sets vapor lounge apart from the rest is the fact they offer salt nicotine in any milligram. Staff is knowledgeable and very fair pricing.

Ive been to many shops across the country and I still yearn for Vapor Lounge house juices. I lived in the area for several months back in 2016 but had to move away. If youre near the area, go there and pick out a house juice that sounds good to you. You wont regret it!

Glad I finally made my way over to what I consider a very well run business. Owners and employees clearly enjoy what they provide. A great deal of products for sure a one stop shop. If you want to get away from the cigs but are not sure about what to buy etc..they have it and will set you up for succuss. If you just love vaping or are a fanatic they have it. From supplies, mods, and juice. All priced well within and or below competition. Was worth the visit the new mod and I will be back.

After trying several places for different liquids, Ive settled on this place being hands down the cleanest and most fluid smoke of anywhere Ive been. Every time I try another companys juice, I immediately find myself making time to head to the Vapor Lounge and refill on my favorite flavors (mainly fried strawberry donut). Its also significantly cheaper than everywhere else, because they know the value of taking care of their patrons. Dont settle for paying 20 plus dollars for a 15ml or even a 30 ml bottle. Not only do they have hands down the best and cheapest juice, their service is always top notch. I wouldnt recommend any where but the vapor lounge to my friends, and in fact everyone Ive shared their juice with now exclusively visits the vapor Lounge when theyre running low. 10/10 give these guys a chance!

Love this shop. The liquid is inexpensive and the customer service is out of this world. If they dont have what your looking for they will go above and beyond to get it. They had me sample several liquids till I found what is closest to my fav. I would give more than 5 stars but 5 is all that is allowed.

Great outfit. The guy helped me choose a proper vaporizor and guided me through setting it up. The juice is good and very tasty and they will even sell you pure VG if you ask. The prices are just as good as online vendors so I will be buying my juice from them from now on. I havent smoked a cigarette in years but I had a Snus habit and havent bought any snus in about a month.

I went to Vapor Lounge today and met up with the owner and some other people and it was a great experience. They helped cater to my needs and seemed to really care about what I was looking for in my vape flavor. Ive never felt like a true customer at any other vape store. This store is so good that I am willing to make a 30 minute drive for their vape flavors. I highly reccomend going here for all of your vape needs.

Was not impressed. I walked in there with my boyfriend, no one greeted us or acknowledged us until maybe 5 minutes later. Theres a vibe in the air and it screams arrogance and doucebagery. The vape are cheap vapes. The juice is good though, I will give them that. I was happy with the juice, but the costumer service REALLY needs some work. I didnt feel welcomed there and honestly wanted to leave as soon as I could, just because it feels like youre bothering them. Also the whole time my boyfriend was talking to the gentleman behind the counter, he was texting the entire time. No eye contact what so ever. Guys, you got a good thing going, customer service and image needs work.

Stopped here because my normal shop was closed. Not sure if its HOMOPHOBIA or what, but very uncomfortable experience. 2 employees, no customers, just folks chatting at the bar. No acknowledgement of service until I asked for help. I was never asked what I was looking for, nor was I offered any advise. Randomly selected a flavour so I could get out of there. Tried to show ID and he informed me that THEY DONT CARD FOR TOBACCO AND NICOTINE PRODUCTS. Unprofessional, unfriendly, and very unwelcoming. Will never return.

Very mediocre business. The prices are low enough, because theyre selling p generic products. The service is what you would expect if you showed up to the wrong bar in the wrong side of town tho. Very why are you here.They spent a lot of time bragging about how they were all pretty much alcholics, and I had to struggle to get their attention even though my order was already well over $50 at that point.Its like they only showed up to work that day to hang out with their friends. I guess thats where the lounge part comes into play.I wouldnt not-recomend it, but at the same time, I dont really want to go back.

Everyone is very friendly and many of their flavors are handmade in store. I do not vape, but my housemate does, and the employees treat me just as any other customer even though I dont use their products personally.

Great place to buy custom vape juice but the constant waiting to be served could use a little tweaking, especially if your on a tight schedule; it should not be a all day thing just for vape juice.
