Experienced the scalp/shampoo treatment. It was really nice. She did an amazing job, wonderful scalp, face and neck massage. Only downfall for this location is the room it was in was a large room with walls that did not go up to the ceiling so you can hear the music and everything from the front room where the manicures and pedicures take place. It would have been 5 stars if it was situated in a more quiet atmosphere. But services overall, were great. They could up their game of placement of services. Also at the end, there were no snacks or drink provoded as you received the blow drying, as notated in the description of services. The face washing products were really nice too!!

Ricky is my guy! He is gentle and does nails to perfection everytime. This place has so many good nail techs but hesy favorite. Definitely would agree this is the place to go if youre looking to get your nails done!

I really loved these nails I got done! Van was the one who did them and she did great! One of the most beautiful set I’ve ever got. If you guys want something that’s exactly like the set you want go to this shop and ask for Van. Best customer service. Loved it!

Sarah L. just started doing my nails. Very happy with her. She provides great ideas, does amazing work & I highly recommend her. Very personable, friendly & knowledgeable about the products, processes, and overall workings of her job & how the salon runs. She used to work at the salon I orig went to for my nails. I watched how she went about her job & how she pretty much was running the place when the owners were too busy with other projects. She wasnt being paid to mgr so stopped all the extra work she was doing. They lost an extremely valuable employee. Should have made her a manager. LOVE HER💜❤️💙🤎

I honestly had a great experience and Van my nail tech was excellent and very sweet she gave me exactly what I wanted.. I was even having a hard time choosing the right color and she came through 100% I would recommend her if you are looking for quality work to be done ✅

🚨🚨LONG POST. HORRIBLE TECH EXP🚨🚨I hate to do this but my nail experience in this salon was the worse I’ve ever received. I made an appointment for a certain time and when I walked in the nail tech was already working on 2 clients. I know things happen, time runs over and you just have to be patient and wait. One lady, very kind lady started filing my nails down, and once another tech finished she asked me to go sit in his (this is the younger tech in the shop) chair. As soon as he started on my nails he told me I needed a new set. I declined and told him I just got a fresh set in October from this same salon. He tried to give me a reason why and I think he mentioned the color of the acrylic but couldn’t give me a real reason why I needed a new set either way I told him it’s fine color will go on top of it anyway. And told him that he was the person who applied the acrylic on my last set.As he began to put the acrylic on my pinky nail I noticed that the it was extremely thick and he didn’t put any on the tip of my nails. This was done to all of my nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years and never seen this done before. I trusted the process they are the professionals. When he made it to my pointer finger he used less acrylic (close to nothing) and I asked him why was the acrylic so thick on my pinky and less on my pointer. He said to it would be fine he’s not finished. When he applied acrylic he didn’t use the heat like they normally do. I have the almond shape and needed my nails cut down and instead of filing from the top he took the drill and went around my nails. This process was very much different from the last times live gotten them done.I looked at one of my hands I noticed how that my ring finger was way shorter than the rest of the nails. I said something to him and he kept trying to line my finger with my middle finger telling me it’s even. I told him to please check again it’s shorter than the rest of my nails. I kept asking for him to please check because it’s not right he will need to add more acrylic he didn’t want to hear what I said. I felt he was trying to gaslight me. It was very clear these nails were not right and I no longer trusted him with my nails and asked if someone else could do it.I went to sit in the chair of the original person who was supposed to do my nails and waited on her to finish up with her client. I felt that my nails were in terrible shape and I took a lot of work for her to get them looking somewhat decent. I never speak up at these salons but I am tired of spending my money on a subpar service. No customer, especially with an appointment should go through 3 tech. What’s the point of an appointment if I don’t get to have the person I make an appointment with do my nails. I was about to get passed off again but insisted that I was fine with waiting to have the person who i made my appointment with do my nails.Jenny did a great job fixing what he messed up but I won’t be returning. Which is sad because it took me a while to find a salon that I liked and work spoke for itself. But my experience was ruined.

My gel polish got peel off in couple of days. Worst place ever I have visited for gel nails. Would never recommend anyone to get their nails done.

Went to this salon with beautiful nails and was ready to cry when I left. I went on vacation last week, so I had them a little longer than usual. Since I am returning to work I wanted them shorter. I recently moved to Greenwood and thought to give this salon a try. Paid over $100 for a pedicure. The gel polish is between my toes, I didnt get much of a foot massage, and she spent very little time with the file on my feet. Basically had to come home and get my feet touchable after spending more than $100 on just the pedicure. The guy who did my nails may have been new. Still, they saw how beautiful my nails were to begin with - why stick me with the newbie. Anyway, as my nails were just done less than a week ago, I asked for a reshape and polish change. Polish job and the shaping is horrendous and the guy charged me $55. I left totally pissed and ready to cry. I did notice another tech in there that looked relaxed and confident while doing his clients nails. I may give him a try, but Im still pissed.Update:Although I feel as though I did not get what I paid for - its not as bad as it could have been - and if the tech is new - you have to start somewhere. . And he did try . . The salon atmosphere and massage chairs can get them another star. . .

My daughter and I got manicures and pedicures today and we were impressed! We love our nails and the staff was so kind. My daughter also had a head spa service and it was amazing.

I had a very good experience here! I got the #2 head massage and loved it! Definitely would recommend getting Hong if you like a firm, through experience! 10/10

Loved the salon but the service was not great and very expensive. When we originally walked in we told them we had 3 people and what we needed. Got started on one of us then told the other that they didn’t have time to do her today…. then 15 minutes later changed their mind & started. i got a full set & asked for gel. Tech decided to use acrylic powder for the color instead of the gel color and charged me extra for it. Then tried to change and push me into a design I did not want. Now not even two weeks later every nail is lifting from the back. I’ve had my nails done consistently for 10 years and never had a worse experience. Not to mention, this was a brand new set & almost double what I’ve ever paid.

Took my 15 year old granddaughter to get her nails done. The nail tech was incredibly inexperienced in my opinion! Her cuticles are all nicked & red! She has 3 cuticles bleeding. He knew this as he clipped her with the cuticle clipper & he kept trying to stop the bleeding plus He clipped her nails too short. Zoom in on the pictures!!! I’m not happy & wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Great service and prices. Not to mention, this was the best massage I’ve ever received during a basic pedicure! Highly recommend!! I’ll definitely be back.

I had the worst experience getting my nails done at this place. I was super excited to get my nails done for my brother’s wedding and messaged them ahead of time with a pic of the nails I wanted, a picture of nails that were done at their place. The older Asian guy that worked on my nails did such a bad job, I wanted to cry. He hurried my pedicure trying to catch up to the lady doing nails next to him, and used tools I specifically told him not to use. Then hit my heels so hard, it hurt for a while afterwards. Then he put a hot scalding towel on my feet with airing it out . Then even though I showed him the picture of the nails I wanted 5 times, he couldn’t get the color right. And when I told him that’s not what I want, he started making fun of me in his language and started laughing. I was left humiliating!!’ If you want the service your paying your hard earned money for, DO NOT get your nails done by this man!

I really enjoy going to this nail salon! The last time I was there I got a refill and I’ve been there a couple times I’ve always had good experience. One of the artists,van, was very professional and kind. Every time I had her fix something for me she was always understanding. I’ll definitely go to her again.

Went with my mom for a birthday pedicure. Had an appointment and waited 30 minutes after appointment to be seen. An older woman sat down in front of my mom to do her toes and my mom nicely asked if she could do mine first in case we ran out of time and had to leave she wanted to make sure my toes were done for my birthday. This woman didn’t say anything, literally rolled her eyes, yanked her supply bin and sat in front of me. We grabbed our things and left, she was so incredibly rude. Thank god for the nail salon across the street.

I am living for my nail look right now thanks to Kate! This was my first time here and Im highly impressed. Gorgeous, comfortable and well maintained salon with clear competitive pricing, a wide variety of services and friendly, talented staff. Couldnt ask for more!

This was my second experience here it is was very welcoming. I had the stylist Van both times she is super sweet I highly recommend this nail Solan.

I had an appt at 4pm at Orchid Nails but they were closing early and asked me to go to their sister shop, Camellia Nails.My hands were bad...it had been a month and one nail was missing.This shop was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Customer Service was top tier and I was extremely satisfied with the work done.Definitely a positive experience.

This is my favorite salon. Everybody there does such a great job. All of the staff are so kind. I go there every 3.5 weeks and always look forward to my appointments with them!

I had my nails done here once and was not happy. The acrylic nails were extremely bulky. I went back 10 days after and asked them to remove old nails and give me a new manicure. I explained that I was not happy. I got a whole new manicure, was charged full price which would be ok if they did a good job. I think everyone who was in the saloon that day heard me telling them to make then tin, I hate tick nails. Again, they made them really tick, eith over 3 mm of thickness. I would not recommend this place. Also, majority of workers here are males and I think if they had to wear these tick nails they would do a better job.

I have gone to their sister salon, Orchid Nails, for years and always been happy. I needed a last minute appointment and was able to get in at this location with Katie. Brand new salon and its beautiful and clean. They have tons of colors and products for nail art. Im very picky and they never disappoint. I sort of knew what I wanted and she did a great job working with me and doing something simple but great. This picture is after a week and a half. Will be going back!!

I take my three daughters here and my wife goes here. Customer service is always good and interactive with the little ones. They love the pedicures the most. My wife always ask for Jerry. Great place

We came in for the first time today for pedicures (two adult and one child, four years old). Tony made sure our four year old had the BEST first pedicure- he made sure she was comfortable, brought her a pillow to make her extra comfortable, a co-worker brought her a 7-up which was just SO sweet and was such a special touch.The wait for walk in was fast (we came in for a group of three at 1:00p on a Wednesday during Christmas break and waited for maybe 15 minutes- the perfect amount of time for my four year old to pick her color). Pricing was more than fair- service and quality were both outstanding. We will definitely be back for girls days in the future. Thank you so much for making our first mommy and me (plus grandma!) pedicure such a special memory.

I got a young and inexperienced manicurist. It was a very quick pedicure. Not much effort. He needs to slow down. Salon has high ratings but I was not too satisfied.

Fantastic went to Zii first time and this time Tom excellent. My nails and toes look phenomenal. Will be back. Thank you so much.

The nail tech did not listen to what I wanted. My nails turned out super thick, way longer than I asked for and some even crooked. Within a few days they were coming off. Went to another salon to get them fixed. Dont waste your money here.

This nail salon was highly recommend it to me. So I go there on Saturday, and I was highly disappointed and they are not organized at all. I arrive there at 11:15 am I wasn’t call back until after 12 o’clock. I got my pedicure done. They skipped over me two times. It was now 215pm and I had yet to get my nails done I was told that I should’ve made an appointment and I will have to wait until someone was available, it was very unacceptable. I felt after I got my pedicure I should I got my nails done. Why do I have to go and sit in the lobby for another two or three hours. I would never go here again and I do not recommend this place.

I am updating my review. I originally gave 5 stars when i got my full set by one of the gals there. The guy who did my nails(fill) was incredibly nice don’t get me wrong; I’m only changing my review because I feel like my gel polish looks streaky and not even. There are a few indents in the polish as well. I feel like for $40 maybe add another gel coat and it wouldn’t have been so streaky and patchy in areas.

I love my nails! Absolutely adore Lin and appreciate the time she took with me but Im not a fan of the upselling and the breakout it caused. It may be purely a miscommunication between myself and her but I received a full face wax when I stated out loud that I just needed my brows, lip and chin waxed. She continued to do other parts and I have since broken out quite a bit all over my face in the worst acne Ive had since being a teenager. I was charged $65 for a full face waxing. So now Im out money and will be nursing my skin for the next few weeks while it recovers. If not for the upselling and breakout I would give 5 stars for service and experience.

I had the 60 minute massage and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE! The therapist is very well versed in the field. I was limping when I walked in and walked out with no limp and feeling brand new again. I also received a pedicure at this time and it was excellent. Definitely need to book with them.

I had an appointment With Kate. I showed a picture of what I was wanting. Literally just white nails and one marble one. Not only did she keep stopping during my appointment to help someone else but my nails were left in poor condition. The preexisting color is still showing through on the sides and they are not smooth and they are jagged on the sides. I asked for her to file them correctly as this would have solved the issue but she said it was the best she could do and left my nails jagged and unacceptable. The finish is rough and Im literally having the file them myself just to get them feeling ok on my skin. She left buildup around the nail and underneath as well which I brought to her attention. And she told me I was picky.

Great place and very friendly staff. I definitely recommend this place.

I went to get acrylics a few weeks ago and was talked into getting dipped nails. She told me I could get a dip fill just as I would with acrylics. Except today when I went in I learned there’s no such thing. I’d have to pay to get new nails not a fill. I’d expressed to the woman that I was new to getting my nails done and that was used to lie and up charge me. Won’t be returning.

Visited 3 weeks ago and manicure still looking good. Im here for second visit as I need a change of colour. My gel polish has not chipped like it has done previously at the last nail I have been using for the last year and a half. I was always having to go back and have it fixed.The pedicure and foot massage I had here was just what I needed for tired feet.

I have been going somewhere else for a while. The last few times I have gone I haven’t been happy with the out come of the nails also I always felt rushed. I went to Kate and she did an amazing job. I didn’t feel like she rushed to get me done. This is now my nail salon.

The salon is beautiful! Tons of chairs for pedicures. I had the most thorough pedicure of my life. My acrylic nails are immaculate. Such a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to come back!

I went in to get my head spa which was $105. And its says they also include face cleanser. Lady who did my head spa didn’t do any face cleanse when I mentioned that to her, she said its will cost $165. But on their website it’s clearly mention about what’s included. What a ripoff these ppl are. So basically I paid $105 just to shampoo my hair and made my hair sooo dry. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIER PLACE. I wish we had a option for 0 star. Just to let u know I paid by cash $105 dollar plus tips I paid her $20. Ask ur employee she has dark black hair who did my head spa. and also u guys don’t give receipt. I have double check my self I said face cleanser. May be u need to double check ur self. And u need to get proper training then teach ur staff how to give customer service.
