Best vape shop Ive been to hands down. Lots of selections from vape liquid to disposables to tanks and rda. Coils for all types pods and tanks. Bonus they have a table for vape liquids that are on discount for $7.99, most of my vape liquids come off that table. Highly recommend going if you are in need of anything smoking or vaping related. 5 stars for sure.
I bought my 2nd vape here. The first time I bought it, I tried it in the shop and it didnt work. Then I reported it to the staff and they said I had to wait for the manager, but they werent allowed to exchange or refund. Ok looks like Im out of luck and I had to buy another one because they couldnt contact the manager. And the second time I bought 2 it looked better but damn it broke 5 minutes after I left the store. I peeled the 2nd one but it didnt work. If you come here to buy a vape, consider carefully otherwise you will be wasting your money.
I have been going in there since the day they opened always getting good deals tonight I go in there I get a NOS Kylinbar for $29.99 plus a MOBO juicy rainbow vape for $24.99 they tell me it’s $63.33 for total if you add that up it’s $54.98 plus tax it would be $3.84 for tax which is 7% percent in the state of Indiana would add up to $58.82 why am I getting charged more money for though you lost a loyal customer up charging me for what??
I came in around 5pm yesterday evening and the lady that helped me was so patient and kind! I believe her name is Amber. I was super overwhelmed with all of the choices and she took her time to help me find what I was looking for! Amazing customer service and I will definitely be coming back!
Think I just found my vape shop! There was a younger woman there who was really sweet and helped me find everything I needed especially since it was my first time in a vape shop. Reasonably priced too! Bought a big cart, battery, and Mr Fog Air Max for $60!! Definitely recommend. I also loved that she had me try the vape in store to make sure it worked then she put my cart on the battery to make sure it fit! Definitely going again!
Do not buy CBD products here. The entire section of ghost vapes were expired and wouldn’t give me a refund. Tried to switch me to a different brand and asked me to pay $6 more. Still wouldn’t give me a refund. Told her I wanted a refund since I don’t like trying random brands, told me to take the other brand and leave.
The new lady Amber I believe was very helpful in finding what I need and is the only person with a joyful attitude when I come in. Great customer service! Beyond satisfied. Others should take notes
The old lady with grey hair is extremely rude. This shop sold me expired vape juice and I went back up there and she cussed at me for asking for a replacement or refund. Absolutely awful business. Do not go here unless you want to get ripped offUpdate: after posting my review and driving away to leave she came outside, screaming and hollering at me cussing at the top of her lungs telling me that I’m a liar. Absolutely terrible for business, I don’t understand how people can act like this., She should be ashamed of herself for treating customers like this when I was the one that was screwed over. I guess that’s just how old people act though.
If I could give 0 stars....trust me I would. I went to get 2 boxes of tubes. One box has a sticker for 3.99 and the other box has a manufacturer price of 2.49 clearly that would be 6.48 before tax, 6.94 after tax. The woman rings me out and says 9 dollars and I cant remember the change. I looked at the cashier and said how did you get that amount? She said thats how much they are. I said no, this sticker has 3.99 and this box and this box clearly has 2.49 on it. She ended up doing something to the computer and says your total is 7.47. I said thats still makes no since. She said this box is 3.99 and this box is 2.99. Im like whatever, I will not be coming back here. That is false advertising!
If I could give no stars, I would. Let me just say that the new girl Amber, she was so kind and she knew exactly what I needed and wanted and helped me, now that girl, Shirlene, i think her name was, absolute monster. How are you going to cuss someone out in front of customers? That is so unprofessional and she needs to be fired or something.
I have been coming to the Green Vape and Smoke Greenwood location for months and this is the third time my Mr Fogg Max Air doesnt work. The first two times I didnt ask for an exchange but the third time I was told told to come back in 30 minutes because the manager isnt answering his phone. I said I would wait. When the attendant got ahold of the manager she spoke in English at first then spoke another language the remainder of the conversation. You can clearly see that I havent used the product and it doesnt work. I was told to come back tomorrow morning. I have a job and am unable to do that. I shop here multiple times a week but will be taking my business elsewhere.

The older woman in here always gives me a hard time about just about everything, I’m from California and moved around a bit so I’ve been to all different shops with all different people all walks of life but none as judgmental and rude as this woman, all the other workers are always chill but this Sharlene lady is a detriment to your business!
So there I was, minding my own business in my own living room, trying to relax after a long day of working hard in the business office and doing lots and lots of business, when low and behold, to my absolute horror, my torch was empty! How was I supposed to relax? Oh cruel fate! The whims of the gods had left me wanting! Suddenly, I beheld a tiny wizard, no bigger than a pheasant, and he sent me on a quest to this very store. It was here that the shopkeep procured me the butane necessary to reignite my torch and I lived happily ever after.

Im not sure who others are dealing with... But Ive NEVER had a bad experience at the Greenwood location. The girls are always so personable and sweet. They may not be pros but they only work there.. They dont own the place. Great prices and the 10% discount everytime is nice too! I honestly havent found cheaper except for online.. And Id rather not have to wait for shipping. The hours are great also with the opening at 9am. The only thing I could complain about, when they are out of a product.. They are inconsistent with getting it back in. Some of us have favorites and some of us only visit This location. Id recommend keeping in stock the things that ppl buy you out of honestly... guaranteed money!

This used to be a great shop. The past few months it hasnt been the best. I get the same product every visit and its a different price each time. There is always someone new who doesnt know what the prices are. And none are listed. Loved this place for a while, wish it would get better again.

Nice shop, but worker had a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! Did not even say hello. We did not even see her sitting there and she keeps asking for our IDs or for us to leave. I get youre supposed to Card, even if someone is clearly of age. But dont have an attitude. Bad service. Not going back there

Got accused of something but they wouldnt involve the police and with no proof and was told to never shop there again. So very unhappy with my visit. But its okay the IRS is going to love these guys with the paperwork we have. Just know none of their employees are properly or legally paid and its all under the table. Well dont screw over your loyal customers some of them know your dirty secrets.

I shop here frequently and only once have I not enjoyed the recommended product. Both their edible deltas and nicotine vape products. The Green Vape and Smoke business is using very shady business tactics. They do not list their prices on any items in their store, they charge different prices for the same items each time you visit, employees are not very helpful or knowledgeable about the products they sell, they charge more tax than they should be, and who knows what else is going on behind the scenes. On my last visit, I purchased two bottles of e-juice and was told it was $32.99 plus tax. Indiana sales tax is 7% so my total should have been roughly $35.29. I was charged $40 and some change, so even if they were charging 15% sales tax which I believe has went into effect for some or all vape products, that should only be roughly $37.93. So where does that extra couple of dollars come into play? The first time I went here was a great experience and I thought I found a permanent shop to go for to get my vape supplies. But now with the way that they handle their business, rip off their customers, dont advertise their prices or specials and much more makes me never want to give them my business ever again and if you are reading this, I would advise you to not shop there either until they stop this shady behavior and act like a proper business. I typically dont leave reviews, but something needs done about this place. Ive reported them to the BBB for what is included in my review.

Has to be done.Woman working at location next to emporium 31 was stunningly rude and unwelcoming, never lightened up at all.No bag or reciept offered, Felt like i was inturupting something, rushed, ive been in grumpy mood ever since.Kinda hard to mess up homegrown smoke shop vibe but clearly not impossible.I walked a couple miles for that lolEven if the prices were somewhat reasonable its not worth it.I would say. MAYBE for a coil in a pinch BUT they dont sell them individually. According to the shopkeeper, almost NO vape shops sell single coils even though this was only the 2nd, of dozens, that i have visited who did NOT.Also as another reviewer stated. The eliquid i bought was 19.99 plus 7% sales tax makes 21.39 yet somehow my total was 24.39. i mentioned it and she brushed me off like i was wrong, and again no reciept offered.
This is by far the best experience iv ever had at any store! Cameron is a great example of an all star employee, very helpful and patient. And he knows his stuff about a lot of the products they have. This is by far the only place Im going to for all my vape/smoking needs! Thanks again for everything!!!

Terrible place to do business. I asked for assistance in finding the correct replacement coil. The employee took my vape pen, spent a few minutes at the rack and brought me the coil. She says it’s the exact one that comes when you purchase the pen new. The coils ended up being the wrong size and the refused to switch to the correct one. The only reason money was spent was on the lady’s word on what to purchase. If you do go here, DO NOT TAKE THEIR ADVICE AS THEY WILL YRY TO RIP YOU OFF.
