Amazing! This home based business delivers what most places can’t. Nalrah is a true master of her craft and super knowledgeable. Her dedicated massage shed is clean, nicely decorated and possibly has the most comfortable massage table ever. The massage is complimented by homemade massage balm which moisturized & nourishes your skin. Nalrah’s skill is recognized immediately as her technique locates knots in your body quickly and she begins releasing them with precision. In the end you leave the experience feeling more relaxed and realized you experienced something special. Definitely a must try!

I’ve sadly been plagued with chronic migraines most of my life. Being a person who isn’t fond of taking medicine I seek out alternatives for treatment as well as preventative measures. Being on the road for months at a time it’s sometimes a challenge to find a message therapist who is not only good at the skills I’m seeking but like minded.I was introduced to Nalrahja, the owner of Home & Hip, by my niece who has also benefited from her caring hands.Nalrahja is not only a master at massage therapy but also specializes in Reiki, Quantum Energy & Crystals.Her unique studio is tucked into a wooded setting that upon setting foot in I felt immediately at ease.As we chatted about what ails me sheshared what could be very helpful in improving my pain that constantly surrounds my head and neck but also my whole being.Trusting someone to help me “feel better” is something I take very seriously and during my session I knew I would be making another appointment with Nalrahja.Thank you are words sometimes overused however her ability to massage away pain, ease tension, and heal me is invaluable. Needless to say, I plan to continue these visits each time I’m in Minnesota.

As a massage therapist it can be so hard finding someone willing to go beyond a cookie cutter massage to work on the tight areas! Nalrah used her knowledge and experience to loosen my low back and hips and now I feel amazing! Weather you live close by or are up for a week trip, it is worth setting up an appointment! I highly recommend Home and Hip for Reiki, as well as massage therapy. Nalrah takes her work seriously, with worlds of knowledge and humble grace. In my 59 years, I have been to numerous massage therapists and many Reiki Masters. Each had a certain strength, but none had the whole of what I was searching for.
