Absolutely loved the service here!! I went in looking for something new and I told them some of the things I already like and use as a starting point. They gave me some great recommendations!! The person who helped me me out (Kyle) definitely knew his stuff!! You can see his passion and attention to detail. He really made the whole thing a great experience!!

I LOVE good guy vapes. Very chill environment, and Kyle is always super knowledgeable and helpful. I come here for all my vaping needs and it’s always a great experience. And the grass room upstairs is very nice, cool spot to hang out with friends. Couldn’t recommend a better smoke shop in the area.

I went in to purchase a certain type of rolling material they seemed to be running short on and decided to tell me about the healthier options to smoke. I don’t want the heathy version!!! I want what I asked for and I didn’t ask for a lecture on my rolling material being bad for my health I just wanted what I asked for but instead I got some stupid lecture regarding smoking and what’s best for your body. No smoking is good for you buddy so no matter how it does in… it’s still pretty bad won’t be back here and I see he was not busy at all which seems the store sucks!!! Good luck and stop lecturing adults that have been smoking for years and years!!!

Owner really went above and beyond for me. I was looking for the cookies studenglas for my friends birthday gift and he didn’t have one in store but hunted one down for me to pick it up same day. Me and my friend were blown of how clean it hits. Def recommend getting the cleaner to keep it looking emmaculate!

I dont vape but a good friend of mine does so we stopped in. I was very surprised how clean, well-lit and organized the store was - I expected a vape shop to be none of these things!Kyle (the owner) greeted us and was extremely helpful in answering my friends questions and helping her pick out a few products he thought she would enjoy. He clearly knew his inventory and you can tell he cares a lot about the products he sells and the customers who come in. He was never pushy and didnt try selling her expensive stuff or things she wasnt interested in.If you have the time, be sure to check out the awesome lounge on the second floor. Having quit smoking cigarettes for over 4 months now (after 4 decades) I have been vaping with Vuse products and have been severely disappointed with the quality of the pods. So today I decided to call Good Guy Vapes to ask some questions about purchasing a device that I can fill with my choice of e-liquid.Kyle answered the phone and I am SO glad I chose Good Guy Vapes. He was friendly, informative and that is what led me to visit. And heres the thing. There are several smoke shops and vape stores opening up in my neighborhood, a handful of which I passed on my way to Good Guy Vapes. But the way Kyle answered the phone and was patient with me made me bypass all the others.When I walked in, Kyle recognized my voice immediately and gave me a warm greeting. I explained that because I hadnt owned a refillable device in years, I admittedly didnt know what was on the market and what had changed so hed have to educate me on what would serve me best.Often when you walk into a store and tell someone you dont know exactly what youre looking for their eyes light up and they try to upsell you the whole time. That was not the experience here.Kyle patiently spent his time explaining what the devices in my price range do, what juices worked best with them and how long the pods last. I spent about 40 minutes in the store and ended up asking questions about other products and making a couple of additional purchases on my own.AT NO TIME, not even once, did Kyle attempt to push me to buy more products. I went in with a price in mind and left spending $40 less than Id expected to and got way more for that price. I am so impressed and pleased to have Good Guy Vapes in walking distance from my home.Theres also an upstairs area that Kyle was proud to show me before I left. It has stand-up arcade games, Wi-Fi and ample seating. The space is just big enough for several people to hang out, vape and/or do a little web surfing while relaxing.I highly recommend Good Guy Vapes if youre looking for a real vape store whether youre a seasoned pro or a novice vaper just starting out.

I just got a whole bunch of pre-made coils for my RTA. God knows the only other place Ive found selling them was online.One very awesome and unexpected benefit: they have a vaping room. Did not expect that at all. I expect that Ill be using this room often during my lunch breaks. Especially once winter comes around.Anyone also looking for anyone knowledgeable about Vaping and looking for advice, whether they be a first timer, just have questions, or helping a friend who wants to get into it, this is the place.Place is only a few minutes walk from the Hackensack Bus Terminal/Hackensack Superior Court as well, for those not familiar with the area.

Such a chill place for Hackensack a very busy community, but having the ability to come to a place that people are really chilled and relaxed is really nice. Also being able to get the supplies you need in stock and a really nice guy behind the counter I would definitely tell you if you need vaping supplies and or other things vaping and smoking related had a good guy vapes and Hackensack is the best place you can go to as a local guide I highly approve it. They also have a really nice area called the grass room has coffee TV games so you can chill and relax specially, if you’re having a rough day you can go in there and just relax.

This place is very nice, it is a great experience to go buy vapers. I love that the man who serves makes a lot of effort to learn Spanish, and uses Google Translate to communicate with Latinos. The prices are cheap so I recommend the place for those people who want to quit smoking and switch to vaping or electronic cigarettes. 👍
