The Vault, Modern Smoke and Vapor

The quality of their glass pieces has truly gone down. Ive had two break on me in the past two weeks.The first one was literally broken when we removed it from the protective wrapping. It had been on top of my sisters lap the whole ride home, which makes me think an employee accidentally broke it in the process of wrapping it. That one was $50.The second one is bigger than we usually get, so it was $70. Last night my sister picked it up and the stem along with part of the top broke. Like, purely from gravity, its almost impressive how clean the break is. It did manage, however, to pretty badly cut her forearm.Im still giving it two stars cuz the people working here are friendly, and Im sure people might like their other products. But Im certainly never going back.

Very fair prices & a good vibrs. Have to send my particular thx to both Becca & Diamond, while the store didn’t currently have in stock a flavor I was looking for, both of them suggested real alternatives & why I might like them, they both gave me their time. Most important thing we can share. Highly recommend.

Definitely make sure and try your disposable vape before leaving. I bought one this weekend and didnt open it until the next day. I immediately knew that it was defective as it pulled for about 10 seconds after using it. The fluid percentage went down to 40% within a few hours. I called them that same day and let them know. The sales associate said he was going to call a manager and then call me back, but I didnt hear back. I decided to go in to show them that it was obvious that it was defective, but they wouldnt exchange it. The sales associate said it would have to be returned same day. I understand the no exchange policy if there didnt seem to be a problem, but it was obviously not working properly. Thankfully, there are multiple shops around that sell my preferred vape, one specifically said he would have 100% authorized an exchange due to the obvious malfunction.

Stopped in today from out of town for a quick stop and had the pleasure of speaking with the ladies. Becca and Jess were extremely knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I needed and at a very reasonable price ! Great experience.

Diamond and Becka were VERY sweet and kind & the experience with them in the store was great they had great customer service skills as well. Don’t worry ladies coming back soon 🥰

Such a great vape shop!! I recently went in to purchase a vape and the staff was super knowledgeable and extremely nice. Shy helped me out and she talked to me about new product drops and extended my knowledge of some of the new merchandise! I was a resident of Virginia Beach and would drive out to their Hampton and Newport News locations because of the excellent customer service I was given! I knew that they would always be happy and friendly, and they always helped me out in a fast and effective way. How can you sell an electronic item but not allow returns on an item you never even opened. Literally went back 2 hours after I purchased it to exchange for a different pen that was priced the same but no refunds. Allegedly there are signs posted all over the place, but I only found 1 on a countertop hidden under a business card holder. Just ridiculous. To top it off, I was told it says it on the receipt, which does absolutely no good if you dont accept returns. Madness

Its just a really well-stocked store and the choices they have for CBD products is probably one of the best on the peninsula and the people that work there are very knowledgeable and will help you in any way that they can and for those of you that are interested in Kratom and Kratom products they carry a large and varied selection not to mention for those of you who are into glass, their selection of hand blown and handmade CBD accessories is awesome and I highly recommend it to anybody especially here at Christmas time

This store has punks working there they all have the latestes and greatest because they are comped by their friends that work there. Be carefule shopping there if your not part of the local drug ring you will be accused os stealing. And the shop smelled like weed while i was there. Its a hang out for small little kids. Be warned.

I started vaping here, shopped, and met people here that were chill and cool, the vault isnt that bad and cant really complain about, i can say they were better before they extended the place inside but they have an up to date selection for the most part. If your a long term vaper, i wouldnt recommend going expecting a lot than you think.

Do not shop for glass here. they buy from china wholesale websites like wish and dhgate and turn around and price them 2x or 3x their actual price. went to buy a rig for concentrates and saw one that i saw on wish a few days prior for 179$ that sells on wish for 60$

Shop is nice. People r cool, but they not consistent. Not open at times when they supposed to be open.......... Supposed to open at 10am, but no one is here. Very frustrating cuz it right around the corner

Is my first choice of cbd distributors . 99.9% out a 100% , The Vault carries or has product that I have desire to purchase. The employees will walk you through and explain products to you and have a large selection of cbd & vape oils that you may sample upon request. They also have many other methods of cbd products other than vaping. From oils , to lotion rubs. The Vault also has easy access ability located in its own building away from other establishments but in same shopping center area. Every one of my shopping experiences are a positive pleasurable experience leaving feeling welcomed and appericated for my business.

Ive now been there for the second time. I will not be coming back. The store is nothing but getto. They have no selection regarding juices and or boxes. In one case they are displaying glass crack stims. I recomend going to 7 citys vape or 757 vape. Not to be mistaken with the 757 vape lounge. 757 vape is a very goid clean store with many different types of juices to select from and lots of box mods digital and mechs. Again stay way from any vape. Ault they are all very getto and sell drug devices they DO NOT specialize in vaping.

This is not a very good store as far as having the vape juice you wAnt no refunds when you tell them no menthol and the last two times you go in there they give you menthol and wont let you return it even though its there mess up
