Amazing experience at Flōte! I came in for the yoga class with African drums and it was incredible. I followed up the yoga with a 90 minute massage from Jillian (awesome!) and a fire & ice session. The facility is clean and had great energy. You can tell the owner truly cares about the customers experience. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town.

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and did a couples float. The experience was incredible from start to finish. Clean and tranquil facilities, great amenities included. I have done other floats before, but this facility was much better than all the others, and it was so wonderful to float next to my partner!

This place is life changing!!!! I was skeptical at first so I started with the 3 Flote package deal just to check it out.....I have never looked back! I loved it so much I signed up for the membership which is only $59 a month that includes a sauna session and a Flote. You can even bring a friend (for free) or Flote as a couple. Sometimes life gets rough but this place makes it worth it and I will stay a member for as long as Im in existence. This place is super clean, always smells great and the staff is so kind beyond belief. AND you get to take your shoes off at the door and walk around barefoot. Whats not to love?

This place truly has it all in regards to your self-care needs. Floating allows me to meditate and take my mind off of any stress that my work or home life creates. It’s a completely new experience that is unlike anything I’ve ever had. The best part about floating is that you can make it as intense or not intense as you want, it’s very customizable. You can turn the lights on or off, the music on or off, and you can make it as short as you like.I am also a member of the massage club here. It is a great deal that gives me one massage a month plus a free sauna session. While the benefits of massage are well known, the sauna is what took me by surprise. For a while I was unaware of what the benefits of sauna would be, but once I tried it for the first time I was hooked.If you are questioning whether or not to come here I urge you to give it a shot. Their staff is very knowledgeable and non-pressuring. They are often excited about any treatment that I am planning on getting, and very accommodating post treatment to see how it my experience was.5 out of 5.

My first float was amazing, at about 5 months pregnant. I was pretty nervous - the idea of closing myself into a tank with water was slightly unnerving but the staff were so understanding (they must hear it a lot from first-timers!) and provided me with all the comfort I needed.I had a massage before going into the tank (highly recommend) so I was already pretty relaxed. Then I got into the tank and messed with the lights, the sound until I found my zen-zone. Once there, I remember thinking to myself wow, this is so relaxing I totally get why people do this. and then all of a sudden it was several minutes later (who knows exactly how long there arent any clocks) and I came out of the most relaxed trance Ive ever been in.I signed up for a membership before leaving and enjoyed several floats throughout the remainder of my pregnancy. Now that Im no longer pregnant Ive gotten to enjoy the fabulous sauna at Flote Hampton, too. Its got chromotherapy lights, bluetooth to pump in your own sounds, a shower, towels - really everything for a nice getaway right on route 1!I highly recommend everyone try a float at least once. You dont need to close the lid to the pod, you can leave the lights on and there is an announcement when your time is up so you dont have to worry about watching the clock!

I absolutely love these facilities. The floating is something I never thought I’d enjoy, but I ended up loving it and have been going as often as possible and even became a member. The staff are the nicest group of people, especially Tricia, Yaz, and Jackie. They have all been excellent, accommodating, super nice and informative. It’s a nice easygoing down to earth environment and you can tell the staff like their jobs. Both the Portsmouth and Hampton locations are super clean and easy to get to. There are really not enough positive things to say about this place and it’s workers.

This was my first time floating and I really enjoyed it. The guy working was really helpful explaining how everything worked and what I should do to pre and post float. The pricing was reasonable and I felt so relaxed after. Definitely would recommend! I cant wait to go back.

Went in today to try out contrast therapy. Wow, what an experience. The staff was really awesome and the room was super nice with features I wouldnt have thought of (a timer with a remote control, some really nice mood lighting, etc). I cant wait to go back!

Seacoast Flote truly has everything when talking about your self-care needs. I have visited previously to take part in their yoga and meditation classes. The teachers and staff are all laid-back and care about their clients.My most recent visit with my husband was our first float experience and just what we needed to relax. The experience took my mind off of my daily stresses at home and work. An hour felt like an eternity and made me realize how grateful I am for my life. Each experience is customizable with the use of lights and music. Floating in the dark felt as if we were floating in space, quite a unique feeling. I recommend bringing a wet washcloth near the pod. The salt stings if you happen to splash it into your eyes. If you are questioning booking a session I urge you to give floating a shot.

Absolutely love this place. It feels like a very up-scale spa and has many amenities - which is amazing. The float sessions are all unique and are beneficial in so many ways. I especially love that there are 3 kinds of float tank options! I have also started getting massages and the massage team is really incredible - have only had outstanding sessions and great pricing. We are truly lucky to have Flote in our Seacoast community.

Such a wonderful experience! I had a massage with Tiffany reeves at the Portsmouth location. I have not felt that relaxed and wonderful from a massage in a long time, if ever. It was my first time getting a massage from her and I felt so comfortable. My head feels a thousand pounds lighter. I got the bliss package and am going to float next week which is a great deal.

I have been floating for 6 months now, and i absolutely love it. Every month it is my reset, a time where my mind can go blank and really rest. After the float, the meditation room with tea is a great way to wake up your mind.The staff is always very helpful, they are and ready to walk you through what to do, or just let you know your room is ready and leave you. This place for sure gets five stars. I booked a couples float for my boyfriend and I, it was our first time. We were so embarrassed because we totally missed the alarm... I guess we were pretty relaxed. The lady was incredibly sweet and kind. She let us float for a super long time without disturbing us, but I felt horrible because when we got out I realized it was passed closing! Such a kind staff, clean place, and SO relaxing. We will definitely be getting a membership! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I was in today for my first time for a facial with Julie and I am SO impressed by her and the facility. I have acne prone skin, she gave me great tips and my skin has never felt better. It was the best hour of my entire week and I will certainly be back. I can’t wait to take advantage of all the other services they offer as well! I am so excited that I’ve discovered such a unique place, it’s truly a gem!

I saw Julie yesterday and had the Skin and Mood Brightening Package which was a Mini-facial with Dermaplane, Ionic Detox Foot treatment with scrub and massage, Reiki Healing Energy session. A total head to toe treatment . If you want to treat yourself I highly recommend this, I left floating out of there I felt amazing. Honestly the best treatment I have ever had. Julie is very intuitive, passionate about her work and extremely talented.

The space is beautiful and the experience inside the tank is all your own. It was my second time floating and first time at Flōte. The staff is welcoming and extremely clear in guiding you through all the details. There is a meditation space for when you come out as well. I will definitely return with friends and family.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I was hesitant to float for the first time because an hour seems like a long time. It was so relaxing. I would definitely do it again. I went to Flote with my boyfriend as my birthday present. Ive wanted to go to flote for a long time and heard nothing but good things about it from lots of different people.. the atmosphere is very welcoming and clean. The receptionist was personable and informative. It really is such a peaceful experience and so relaxing, the hour went by quickly, I feel I couldve stayed there forever.. I look forward to going back. The only thing that I wish was conveyed better was the protocol for after floating, as far as what room to use for putting myself back together. I didnt realize there was a primping room I could have utilized after showering when we were done floating, which would have made getting ready a little easier.. overall I still thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Very friendly staff who were capable of answering any questions someone may have for 1st time floating. A very relaxing experience. Facility offer multiple styles of tanks for people who may not be ready to close themselves into a pod (pods also dont have to be closed during use if that makes you more comfortable)I would definitely return and recommend to friendsThe also offer massages and have a sauna for those not interested in floating.

I really wonder how someone left a one star review... That person really must be a rotten apple. The place is EPIC, the vibe is perfect, the staff are very friendly, but actually friendly, and not like that fake friendly that you get when a company is trying to please the customer. I used it for a float session and afterwards there is a great little room for relaxing and meditating in so you can gradually come up. Wonderful place, and very competitive pricing as well.

Im a disabled us vet & purchased 3 Flote pckg for my sister . Hoping it can help w chronic pain r/t radiation for her. I wasnt allowed the companies Veterans discount as I was not the person using the service. I would think that as Im the one paying it wouldnt matter.Whatever. If it helps my sister thats what matters. But dont call it a Veterans discount if u dont actually give the discount to the veteran unless they are the one actually floating. Let my final words be that I am much appreciative that a discount is even offered to Veterans who are actually doing the floating.If the rationale of the vet discount is to ultimately to assist the veteran, financially, improving mental & physical well-being ,this stipulation to the discount has the exact opposite of what I thought you guys intended. Western medicine stipulation not for Alternatives modalities and people that think outside of the box anyway hope you can help my sis. Just my rambling thoughts

I floated today, as I have numerous times this year since first experiencing it. I cant do the experience justice. It is life changing. The staff at Flote is amazing, the facility is beautiful, serene and super safe. The float itself is the most relaxed I have ever been. There are times when I am so zen , for lack of a better word, that I couldnt tell you if I was in water, lying on my bed, or even on the planet. It utterly envelopes you in a peaceful place where you find yourself smiling while lying there in the darkness by yourself. It has been five hours since I got out and I am still absolutely relaxed and happy, and this is after a crazy week. Lets face it 2020 has been nuts in every aspect. Floating can help get some of that craziness out of our head and let us process peaceful and calm feelings instead. Its like the ultimate Calgon Take Me Away experience . I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who has anxiety, stress, pain or just needs to focus on some self care. Just go. You will be SO glad you did!

Jessica has over 20 years of experience and gave me an amazing massage. You can tell in the first 5 minutes if the therapist has talent. She has a zen about her that transfers to her hands, blending with her techniques of both putting you at ease and smoothing out the stiff muscles. Highly recommend

I had my first float experience at Flote in Portsmouth, NH. I went with a group of friends for a float birthday event. It was everyones first time and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! The facility is inviting, comfortable, and relaxing. The experience was very euphoric and relaxing. I did a 90 minute float for only $90 and it was totally worth it. They have 4 different rooms, I had the couples float pool all to myself. There was more than enough room, you can control the music and light. You get ear plugs and a towel. Theres a shower and a bath robe in every room. If you join, you get a free birthday float, and a sauna with every float, and you can bring a friend with you to the sauna for free.

My first floating experience far exceeded my expectations. Flote in Hampton has thought of every detail. The facility is state of the art while also being welcoming and warm. Im going to sign up for a monthly membership today. I highly recommend gifting yourself this experience.

Ive been on the road to recovery for a few years since my spinal fusion surgery. For a long time Ive felt like there was no hope of relief from my chronic pain and loss of sleep. This place has been wonderful! Attentive and caring staff, the Hampton location is beautiful. I have been getting accupuncture, floating and using the infrared sauna regularly and after only a few visits my pain is improving and I slept for 8 hours for the first time in years the other night. I finally feel like Im making progress and couldnt recommend it any more highly! Absolutely life changing :)

On vacation at a place with a spa, but not impressed with it, I decided to see if I could find a local spa that would be a good fit. I looked at a couple, read reviews and choose Flote and a therapist that could accommodate my schedule. I lucked out…Alliyie was fantastic! I walked it all knotted up from a 10+ days of driving and walking and “floated” out, minus the stress, tight neck, back and legs…plus stretches that would help and info on a specific type of chiropractic to research. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to pass on the overpriced hotel services and “shop local”.

Some of my best massages have been here at Flote. I try to see new massage therapist every time I go so I can find a favorite. The atmosphere is incredible and staff super friendly.

Im obsessed with FLOTE! I go to the Portsmouth location and I love it. Ive used the two pods and the prana starlit cabin - the cabin is my fave. This is the first thing Ive found that can turn my brain off! It also is a great relief for my neck pain.I have the monthly membership, which is SO worth the price if you flote even just once a month. It gets me access to sauna, which I love more than I ever could have expected. So relaxing!I always treat myself to a CBD drink when I visit too, which just tops it off perfectly. Also, they have a primp room with hair products and a blow dryer so you can fix yourself up before you have to return to the real world.I cant recommend it more!

Floating has changed my life. No, really. I suffer from a little anxiety, Seasonal Affective Disorder and horrible insomnia, along with some physical pains from a terrible car accident. I have been floating for almost a year now. I am SO grateful that I gave this a shot, on a whim with a free pass from a friend. It has calmed my nerves, given me more focus, and not just when Im in the tank. It has helped me relax overall. Water has always been soothing to me, but this relaxes more than ANYTHING I have ever done. There have been a few moments of monkey mind and anxiety in the tank, but very, very few. Overall this has completely changed my life and I couldnt be happier that I took a chance.

Took my wife to try the Epson salt water self deprivation tank for much needed relaxation and stress relief. She really liked it and we bought a 3 pack when leaving. Its a calming atmosphere when you walk in and they sell oils, herbs and quartz ECT..She has rheumatoid arthritis and the Epson salt always helps with muscle pain. Would definitely recommend. 💯🤙

I just finished my first float. I was able to attain the most inner peace Ive ever experienced....and Ive tried it all. (Well, almost.) As soon as I walked out of my private room, I burst into tears of joy and relief and release. I want everyone I love (and more) to float!

I took my 90 year old mother there for treatment of phantom pain after amputation of her leg Her pain was severe. After the first visit for acupuncture her pain was greatly reduced. After the second visit it was totally gone!! Going to go for another visit now because of pain associated with the pressure of her new leg on the stump. Catherine is amazing! After several attempts were made to discuss an issue with the owner/manager, no attempt was made on their part to contact me despite repeat requests. With Flote being a new small business in town I had higher expectations. Their poor customer service has lost this repeat customer. 👎

Ive not floated at Flote, though I plan to. I go there for massage and what transformative massage. Michael Noonan is a genius. My job requires I travel from the seacoast area to NYC and back -- long hours in the car or train. Plus, Im often hanging over a laptop, reading and typing. Michael persuades my uptight muscles to let go. Its not only his technique -- sweeping strokes and strength (hes a big strong guy) -- but how he gets where and how the body holds tension and how to address it by varying his technique and pressure to ease the muscles and sometimes fool them into releasing. Hes committed and focused. He truly believes in massage to promote healing and all that Flote offers to further that goal. Book with him. You wont be disappointed.
