Definitely will not spend my money here. I called the store to ask if they had a product in stock. They hung up on me mid question. I figured “oh maybe the phone disconnected” but no. They continued purposefully 3 times afterwards to pick up and hang up the phone. On the 5th time I called. They answered the phone with an attitude and I asked them why they continuously hung up. Their response was “well we’re answering the phone now” smh

Best tobacco and vape store in Hampton literally no one has my funky republic blueberry duo ice in newport News or Hampton but they always have it or Ali helped me (Al) I’m terrible at names but I think that’s it lol

The staff has always been A1 from Day 1.The experience is great, however, their pricing swiftly drove me, my family and friend group away.We used to shop here all the time since this was the most popular or convenient store.After some competition came to the area it was mighty clear that their pricing module is simple overpricing.The juices for the vapes are like $26 ($20-$24 after taxes everywhere else for the same juices), Smok coils are like $8 after taxes ($5.60-$5.95 everywhere else, like come on.I literally went there today to get a glass for my mod. It’s a TV18 (Smok). The young lady (who was great) quoted me $13 after taxes. I said like hell naw!!How are the coils $8-$9 and the glass alone be $13??? I was quickly reminded exactly why we don’t go there anymore.I went across the street (literally) and the price for the exact same product was $5.95 after taxes.I’ll leave it at that.

They sell the driest wraps. As soon as you open the pack they are like dust in your hands. Waste of money! All their tobacco products are like that!

I recently went here the day after my 21st birthday, and bought the aegis max mod for 75 dollars, a brand new battery for the vape mod, and a 60ml CBD vape juice of watermelon OG 250mg. The vape juice works great! But, I havent even got 100 puffs in and It gives me a error code saying Protection Atomizer short. The tank was also having leaking issues, so I replaced all the seals where it was leaking, and I put in the spare coil that came with the vape mod, and still got the same error code. This was my first time coming to this store, and I dont want to go back and waste anymore money since I already spent almost 125 dollars and I live almost 2 hours away. The CBD vape juice works great, and the customer service is really good, but if you spend 75 dollars on a new vape and 25 dollars on a new battery and 25 on the vape juice and you cannot use any of it, then it is very frustrating. Not including I cannot afford another one because all the money I spent was birthday money, and my job only pays minimum wage. Do I recommend anyone going to this place? Yes I do! I just think some products should be tested thoroughly before being sold to a customer! I am giving this place a 3/5 Because they have great customer service, and CBD products, but I think some things needs a bit of a tweaking in testing the products!

The only store I go to the quality of vapes the selection, and the customer service cannot be beat in the area. I’ve tried every babes story from Hampton to Yorktown and regardless to get my vapes they are the only ones that carry the specific vape that I like it’s a pod king Elfarra called cotton ball and I just tried another one the other day and it’s a vapor cup and it’s amazing. I’ve bought glass pieces from there they’ve all been super sturdy, and like I said, before the quality of vapes and cbd and are the ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE 757

The first few times I came here, I was ok with the price and what I got. I then started looking up the brands he carry and I brought to his attention that his up charge is crazy. Substantially more than the Internet. I realize he needs to make money but theres no reason that I should be quoted one price and come back the same day and its $12 more. This appears dishonest to me. I wanted to support him because I live in Farmington and hes close by seemed nice. But, his prices are ridiculous. You can get what he sells for cheaper in Newport News and especially online. He doesnt appear to be honest at all.EDIT: I see your response and that is incorrect. I came there for a Delta 8 Tincture and you charged $20 more than the online price and told me a different price when I came back the same day. Like I said, youre not honest and I will continue to tell people not to do business with you. Dont judge a book by its cover.

Me and the gf went to six different smoke shops in a 20 mile radius and this is the one that cut it for us. solid selection of glass and wraps, I think theres something for everyone here. Staff was also incredibly helpful, and the prices were fair
