I stopped in this Store to get an Updated Vaporizer. I met Justin and We were Friends when I left. He was Very Professional in showing me a Lot of Different Devices. He was telling Me what most People liked and the Cost of Different Coils, Liquids, Battery Life. He took the Time to Explain what I needed by My Daily Usage and My Level of Nicotine. I live in Kannapolis and I will now Drive to Harrisburg to go to this Store. I ended up buying a Device, Coils and Four Bottles of Flavored Juice. I could not be Happier with the Deal that I got. I also feel this Store will Supply Your Needs at a Cost better than Anywhere Else.

Been to this shop multiple times and the employees there really know their stuff, very courteous, knowledgeable, easy going, and great to hang out. They have the best selection of juices in the surrounding counties as well as the best price, they are very close to online prices. Also if they dont have it in stock, they will go get it for you or make sure you leave a happy customer. Very glad this shop is open showing others how should be ran.

The staff here is awesome. Management takes great care of their customers. Wide variety of vape juice and flavors, good prices on vape mods and accessories. Great place to hang out with friends and relax.

I bought several products from this shop until i bought Juul pods and asked if they were real. At this time the owner got VERY defensive and started arguing with me and literally called the police and asked me to leave. I have never been treated this way at any store!! This was the worst experience ever. Terrible customer service! The owner is very aggressive and hostile especially when he had to answer my question about his products. I am a female and was shopping alone, he tried to intimidate me with his hostility. This guy needs to learn about customer service! I DO NOT recommend this store😖

Justin is knowledgeable and friendly. Nicely set up shop, without an overwhelming number of devices and juices. Everyone from smokers curious about vaping to seasoned vapor veterans should check this shop out! Im glad there is a decent vape shop in Harrisburg finally.

Fine shop and convenient but expensive. RIPE e juice $27 and change there, online ejuice connect $7.99 on sale. Ive been in this shop several times, the first time the guy working told me that the mod and tank I was using was junk that the juice I asked about was horrible ? SMOK mod, tank and Naked melon juice.

Went in for a pack of coils and some juice, the guy behind the counter refers me to a good strawberry cake batter juice. I get home and the pack of coils is missing one and the juice is something completely different than what I wanted. Will NEVER be coming here again and I advise no one does or they will rip you off and steal your money. Have a reciept to prove my purchase and still cant get what I wanted or paid for.

Been comming here since they were 12 days in and havent had the slightest thought about going anywhere else. Cant find another shop that can beat their price on juice and mods. They are very knowledgeable with all aspects, especially when it comes to safety. Cant get enough of this shop!

Overall experience. The worst customer service and shop I have ever been in. The employees and owner were very aggressive and extremely condescending towards me as I was new to vaping and tried to ask for help. I had a friend go in here as well and said he had a similar experience.

Wow, all I can say is wow! Went in to purchase an RTA as I wanted to move into rebuildables. Being a novice in the area, an employee named Turtle walked me through my options and we landed on the Wotofo Serpent Elevate. So Im thinking, okay lets buy this and head home to figure out how to build right? Nope, Turtle took the RTA and walked me through a full tutorial himself on how to build and completed the setup for me. I couldnt have been more impressed with the customer service provided and needless to say this will be my go to vape store from now on!

Came in a few minutes before they opened and was greeted happily and helped out quick. Felt bad about popping up early. They have a great selection of e juice as well as tanks , mods ect.

Sales person was completely rude! I left work to get my title, drove around the small parking that was full and backed up with cars so I went to park in the parking spots by this businesses door. The young man comes out and yells at me I can’t park there (which a sign does say) I reply “but the parking lot is full”. Before I can finish saying I’m running in quickly for my title he cuts me off stating “I don’t care, that’s not my problem “. WOW! I guess the days of respect and compassion are over! I am not as upset about the parking spot even though they had absolutely nobody in the other five spots and nobody seeming to try to go there; I’m upset and feel completely insulted by the rude brush off. I hope he has a great day and a lesson in respect because I saw none.

Best place to get juice and coils. Everyone is friendly and they have amazing prices! Everytime I come in everyone greets me with a smile and they are extremely helpful!

Staff and owner are knowledgeable and very polite. the atmosphere is welcoming, clean and open. I love having a shop like this close to home and its great to be supporting local small business over something big and corporate.

Best vapor shop around! I just moved here from FL and was not ready for all these HIGH prices the stores charge up here for oil. Black diamond was BY FAR cheaper than any other store around!!! Thanks guys
