Brian is friendly and knowledgeable. I love the juice menu and its super large variety, and the rewards program and coupons are a great incentive. Lastly, off-street parking is always appreciated.

I went into this store to ask about what system would be best for me, after talking to the salesmen for a hour a settled on a unit, I went online and did my research, may 2, 2024 is when a made my purchase. Was told if there was any issues with any part of unit that they dont refunds that something could be worked out. After two days of said unit the flap on the tank broke, took it back and talk to the same guy that sold me the unit, not only did he change his tune about what was discussed between us he actually trashed the unit he said was the best bang for my buck, never told me about any cons just pros, then the owner got into the conversation did not introduce himself as the owner, I guess I was supposed to assume he was. Very rude individual, I will never go back to this store in this life or the next. If you sale something as owner you should have knowledge of anything you sale and stand by it, you my friend will be out of business real soon, and you as a business owner come off with really strong racial vibes. You really lost a customer for life. And to anyone that read this review, dont spend your money here, they are only out for your money and after that you can kick rocks. First of all the unit that I purchased was recommended by your staff, now its the cheapest? Was told for 35 dollars it came with free juice and battery, money was not the issue, I explained to your salesmen that I was new to vapes and was trying to stop smoking, if you are going to tell the story tell it right. Plus you wasnt the person that sold me the unit. And I wasnt looking for anything free, but ask yourself this, it shouldnt matter if a person spends 1000 or 10 they should be treated the same, and as I said you my friend will be out of business treating customers like this. If you sell a product know your product and stand by it, looks like youre just out for the money. You will not last just selling ejuice. GOOD LUCK!

I love Eastcoast Vapor for the friendly service and unbelievable selections. If you want to know anything about vaping whether its liquid or supplies, this is the place to shop. I never go anywhere else.

The staff is extremely nice. I would recommend their new location on derry street in Paxtang,PA to anyone. They have the best prices out there. They also have a juice bar that no matter the flavor you crave they can make it for you. You can also mix up to 9 different flavors of juice in one bottle. Definitely try and them out and have your mind blown on the quality of products and juices that they have and that they can make for you

I always get my vape juice here and all my packages get sent here. The people there are so friendly. They have a pet bird here as well. They also have slot machines to pass your time.

By far the best vape shop in the area. Not only do they have the largest selection of vape juice, vape mods, tanks, and accessories they also carry a large selection of both hand blown glass and reg glass products, hookas, incense, and even ashtrays and dugouts. 10/10

After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars over 10 year told them what I need and told by guy behind counter. never come back. Not the way you treat a loyal customer. So I guess someone else will get my money 💰 I dont see a apology and you dont treat your customers that way.

Went here for the first time today. Great experience over all. The 2 guys that helped me were awsome great customer service. They have an awsome selection of juice flavors and there definitely on point. Also the biggest selection of coils Ive seen out of any shop Ive visited. 10/10 would recommend. Great Customer Service, Always pleasant to chat with and made a mixture for me after My ADV liquid was no longer able to be purchased online. It was a Rice Crispy Treat Flavor and I tried other flavors from a few different shops looking for a new ADV but nothing was working .. a friend recommended East Coast so I stopped in and after 2 attempts they made the perfect Crispy Treat Flavor! Love it! Its my new ADV!

They are super nice and super respectful. I enjoy being there. I don’t really like the filter I got, nor did I enjoy the flavor of juice (sugar cookie) with 12 ml of nic ha ha. The juice is absolutely terrible and the filter tastes burnt after 4 uses. DON’T GET ME WRONG!! They’re great people and it’s a great place, I just made the mistake of not trying it before buying it.

Came in today to get a batter that will last tired of paying 20 and 30 for those BS ones so I got a good quality battery for a good price mark up was not high compared to online so a great place to get the things you can’t wait for . And customer service was great the woman helping roughy me how to run and program device so great place .

I used to go exclusively to another vape shop, but this one won me over with the friendly staff, welcoming environment, and selection of in-house juices. Also, they always have my coils in stock rather than the other place that would seem to always run out. Its the only place I go now and worth every penny. If youre looking for a new shop or just an alternate location, definitely recommend checking them out!

I’ve ordered from their website several times and have never been disappointed. Great product availability, cheap and fast shipping. Just tried their in-house e-juice and am impressed. Nightshade Tobacco is super tasty. Have spoken with one of the owners with website questions and she was friendly and knowledgeable.

Had an awesome experience! Didnt catch the names of the two individuals working, but they were both very helpful in getting my wife and I set up with our vapes and juices. Will definitely be returning in the future! Also, loved the conure in the shop and the guys awesome sense of humor lol

I love this place. From when I was new to vaping until now the owners have been nothing but wonderful. Never a bad experience. I always enjoy my shopping experience.They take the time to explain everything to me. Never making me feel stupid for not knowing anything.They really care about their customers. I go in about every month and they remember the products I purchase. Always take time to point out new things that might interest me.I had an issue with my topbox, (my own fault) I went in willing to buy a whole new kit because I couldnt fix it myself. What was really amazing is that instead of taking advantage of me. I was asked by Josh to bring it in and he fixed it for me. They could have taken more of my money, I wouldnt have been angry because like I said I dropped it. But they showed they valued me as a customer. You dont get this kind of service anymore nowadays.More so, they have loyalty programs that benefit customers like me that buy a months supply at once or those who go in more often.I recommend them to any level of vapor.

The customer service is all-around good and consistent. So I wonder if they shake all the juices they have consistently because I hear that’s a very important part to vaping. Sometimes their juice turns yellow in my Vape pen.

Great experience with this company. Ordered online. Salesperson took the five minutes to make a quick phone call to confirm the zip code that I had entered incorrectly, which would have delayed shipping or possibly canceled it, shioped and received VERY quickly. Best house juice, I have ever had, and I’m not big on house juice. I usually stick to the brands. So far, I’ve been here twice, and the staff seems very chill, laid back, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely, gonna start going here more when I’m on this side of the river. You guys, rock! 💯💯💯

The staff is phenomenal!!! Trying to vape to help with quitting smoking and needed a new kit. The SMOK Solus kit was suggested and it works exactly how I wanted it to. Even bought some juice and the mix was great!!! This shop is highly recommended... check out the international snacks too!!!!

I didnt catch bad service at all. I walked in and I was immediately greeted. I didnt have to ask where the juice testing was. There wasnt a flavor I didnt like. I told them what my go to juice was and they were able to mix something much better. I will definitely be back!

Visiting the area and I checked out the reviews for this place and some of them seemed pretty unfair so I thought Id check it out regardless.I am so happy I did, hands down the best vape shop Ive ever been to and the amount of products to select from was incredible. You can tell the owner really cares about her shop and her customers and she was just wonderful to me. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Great selection, prices and service!

Been going here since they opened and have never had a problem. Had a coil or something that stopped working after a day-- mfg defect, and I knew it was one of the cheaper ones-- they replaced it at no cost.Seem knowledgeable to me, I asked him about recent study saying certain flavoring causes popcorn lung and he knew a lot about it --beyond what was in the study.Always been good to me, and Im not even loyal to them! I more often buy my juice and parts online but when I get stuff local I go here, found it to be better than the other shops in the area.

Really friendly staff. Answered all my questions, had the hardware I needed at a reasonable price and showed me how to use and maintain it.Mixed up a bottle for me upon order that is a very decent custard. Only real downside is cost of ejuice. About double what I have found online for a 30ml bottle. Though, to be fair, I havent tried any of the online ones so this could be a higher quality so I didnt mark it down.I hadnt read any of the previous reviews before stopping in and, to be honest, I only picked this store because it was only 4 minutes away from a meeting I had this morning. My biggest worry going in was feeling like an idiot newbie since this is my first non-Juul vape and I just really wanted to get away from nic salts. But they treated me (an old lady by a lot of standards anymore) with respect and courtesy while answering questions. Bonus points for not once calling me maam!Overall, a positive experience and I will likely return.

These guys are excellent, gave up smokeless tobacco last year after 25 years and switched to vape to cut the urge. Always good service, and since this virus mess have been excellent with online ordering. Make a comment in the order section and they tailor the juice the way you want. Would absolutely recommend.

Three stars. I frequent this place only for two of their flavor of juices and their prices are reasonable. They recently opened a cafe inside which has food and coffee. Which is a great idea since there is no one else around that has something like that.Aside from their low prices and good juices the customer service is terrible. My friends and I went in for some food while they had an art class going on. There were young children inside also painting. I thought this was supposed to be a smoke shop? I vape with nicotine and really dont want kids to be around me. As we were leaving we got dark stares from the owner of the store who is a meek person. He hasnt acknowledge my presence (even though I have talked with him before), start conversation about anything, never once asked me if I needed help with anything. He is not nice at all. His brother however is a pretty nice guy. The cafe has moderate food and bad cappuccino. I guess everyone has to start somewhere.Honestly Id rather go to their competitors in the area even though their store is a 5min drive from my house. I again just want to be clear, its not their product, its their attitude towards the customer.

Great shop with two very friendly employees. I stopped by for some wire, they had what I needed and showed off their new flavor bar too (which is where the coffee bar was). I was hesitant to go because of some of the other reviews but they have either truly turned over a new leaf, or some of the other reviews are bogus. Ill be going back.

Went here the first time about 3 months ago, and I will not go anywhere else. They always have what you need in stock and they have a million different flavors and variety’s. I would have given them a negative star if I could. They were rude and refused to give me my money back on a model I bought only a week prior. The model had been known to have problems and they told me it was my fault that I was doing something wrong. They would not even give me an exchange. I took it to good guy vapes and I can tell you good guys now has a loyal customer where east coast has lost one perminately.

I have been let down alot by *online mass produced sites * not getting what i ordered and a different model ectra... So a few weeks ago I came in to get Efest batteries. I went home and all night they were saying check battery, so I took them back, they replaced the batteries and it said check battery I have a sigeli 150w. Ive had it for 2 years and it has worked with every single battery Ive put in it until I came to East Coast. I went in, talked to the manager, and he was SO rude about it. Would NOT give me my money back, prior to going in, I went to life smoke in camp hill mall, and they told me that the batteries were re wrapped. So back to the place, the owner was pointing in my boyfriends face yelling at him. They were so unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend this place. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!! For your sake.

Truly wish I could give ECV more than five stars. Im an east coast native, living in the south. Truly none of the shops down here compare to ECV. Down here, they can be snooty, bad service, and upcharge like crazy all while looking down on you if you dont have the right rig/arent vaping their best or home blends.With East Coast Vapes, they have what Im looking for in stock. Every time Ive ordered Ive received my package in less than a business week.Love them, and super happy to support hometown locals.

Ive been to several vape shops in the area, and the prices, customer service, and extensive knowledge of the staff make this place unbeatable. Ask for 6 pumps of strawberry creme and 3 pumps plain yogurt flavor when selecting a custom flavor for an expensive tasting juice blend at almost half the cost.

Do not give them your business. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. They will take your money and sell you vapes that break and then offer no refund or help. All they will say is it worked when you bought it. Even after 3 weeks, you will get ripped off.

There arent to many smoke shops that make in house e liquids, but this place does, the two individuals that helped me were nice, they gave me recommendations on whats good/popular, they do seem to have a pretty good stock supply of everything you need.

The owner is a ego maniac who doesnt have much knowledge outside of his own product. As a supplier he should have knowledge ofall leading products in order to give accurate answers. He lacks professionalism and courtesy and I would not recommend the shop to ANYONE.

I havent made my way into this store yet, but what in the world kind of customer service does the owner have going on here? The replies to the reviews ALONE are harsh. Didnt roll out the red carpet for you. Youre a BUSINESS owner replying publicly to customers complaints/concerns. Your future customers see this, I saw this, and not interested in visiting.

Terrible customer service. I bought an Eleaf 50 watt at East Coast Vapor back in June for over $80. In mid August it failed while I was on vacation. Got back in September and took the Eleaf in to see if they could repair it. I was told there is a problem with the circuits and that they could not repair it. They gave me a Web address for eleaf and the response I got from them was see if your retailer will replace it. East Coast Vapor only will offer a 2 week garuntee, while their competitors such as SS Vape will give a lifetime warranty, and shops like Life Smoke will garuntee their products for a year. If you are shopping for vaping products do not shop here. If your product breaks or ends up with a factory defect like mine did, they simply dont care. If its after 14 days all they will offer is to try to fix it, and there is no guarantee that they can. The repair guy Brian even told me we dont charge for repairs because we could break it while doing so. One female employee told me we dont offer warranties because people were dropping them off ladders and bringing them back. Ok, I get that. But this is a factory defect. This battery was never dropped. I have bought 4 batteries here and a ton of coils. I have spent hundreds of dollars here. I would have spent hundreds more and now they have lost my business, due to the fact that they dont care for their return customers when it comes to something like this. Do yourself a favor and dont get screwed over like I did. Dont spend over 80 bucks on something that doesnt even last 2 months and get no refund or replacement. Goto the shops that offer long warranties and take better care of returning customers such as SS Vape or LifeSmoke. Now everyone that does a Google search on this place for a phone number, directions or anything can read this review and hopefully save themselves the hassle of poor customer service, as stated in other reviews on here.

My all time favorite vape shop, the people that work there are awesome as hell and have a great variety of vape gear. They cater to the begginer vapor all the way to the experienced vapor, its a must check out.

Ordered coils from the online. They didnt verify the address was correct when they shipped it. so it was a whole debacle getting my order from usps but its all good would shop with them again. 5/5 would recommend.

East Coast Vap is the only place I go for my juice. They have so many flavors to pick from, you just cant go wrong. My all time fav is Unicorn Milk w/a shot of menthol. By the way...Unicorn Milk is basically strawberry shortcake just an fyi.

Lets start pros:Massive store.Massive selection of hardware (no mech mods which is a con but...)Mini table pool.Cons:Staff is unsocial.The space is cluttered where it feels like youre walking thru a cattle chute.Staff isnt knowledgeable.No premium juices, only house.All of this is based on 5 minutes of looking and the 2 sentences from who I assume was the male owner (and how ever long a game of mini table pool is). Highly Unrecommended to come here since it has all the key things wrong. Only to reason to stop in is the mini pool.

Start of by saying the juice making station is great. Only positive in the store is that. The mods,rda,tanks are so over priced..its beyond crazy. I was talking to the lady about eliquid and this bearded guy comes walking up acting all tough and looking at us trying to scare us or something and by us I mean I and my dad. So disrespectful and non professional. My dad asked about ceramic coils (Which there are for tanks) and his response was, Those are only for Weed. They know nothing. They all stare like your some green lookin guy in the store about to steal something. Wont go back.

I like this place but the e-juice they make I dont care for there is 2 reasons I go there for (1) they will buy your old vaping products and (2) there is a really young sexy and very helpful blonde that works I dont like blondes but shes so beautiful that I didnt even notice her hair color until I seen her for the 8th time.

Great selection of juices, I mainly go there for their mixed juices since I get my coils online. But if I ever need soemthing ASAP or if anything breaks, I know where to go!

So I went here today to ask about mouthpieces for my new vaporizer. The guy (I believe Josh was his name) asked me to see my vape. I handed it to him, he looked at it and proceeded to tell me that it was generic and that I got ripped off. He then showed me one of their vaporizers that was very much like mine and told me that mine was the generic version of the one he showed me. Completely rude and snobby about it! Mind you this is my first vaporizer and I did do a LOT of research on before purchasing. That being said I started questioning my purchase thinking maybe Josh was right. So I left the store and got on the internet. Turns out my vape is better than the one he was trying to show me, it even has a patent because it has a unique tank and everything this guy Josh was telling me was complete BS! He had no clue what he was talking about, he just made things up because they werent his product! As it turns out, I solved my own problem myself looking on the internet. I had my Wattage set too high and I was getting e juice in my mouth. I didnt even need a new mouthpiece and this guy had me thinking I wasted 200 bucks on a junk vaporizer that is better than his. My wife agrees 100%, the staff in this place are either really misinformed, or they will just say anything to sell their product. We will never, ever step foot in this shop again nor do I recommend to anyone else. You can find anything you need to know online without feeling inferior or stupid just because youre new to vaping. Horrible experience:(

I take a $20 Uber ride just to go there. They are beyond knowledgeable, and polite and friendly. Not to mention that the juice they make is the only thing I find worth vaping now.
