I just visited this store 20 mins ago in search of good cigars as a Father’s Day gift. The prices have all been scratched out; he explained because customers change prices. When you ask the price, he says he has to scan it at the register to tell you. You are encouraged to use cash (you’ll be given a $5 discount for doing so). You are charged a 3% fee for using credit card and no receipt was provided. Something I should’ve done before purchasing, so I accept this L; but when I googled the product I bought ( Rocky Patel Rated 95 Nicaraguan Sampler) the highest retail price I found was $25; and I was charged $67.99 - total charge of $75 after taxes and fees. Wowww! I understand making a profit, but this guy was definitely a dishonest slick talker. I feel got, but lesson learned. Hope the person at least enjoys the cigars.I wouldn’t recommend shopping here; or at least Google the product before you buy!!!
Why do all smoke shops advertise that they are open when they are not. Door says open. Online says open. Are the employees hitting the hookah too much and sleeping through their alarm?
Should have done my research first. Charged Me 45$ for a 25 vape machine. And 44 for a 9$ bottle of juice.
The Owner has a great establishment. Everything is always clean and there’s plenty of space to browse around, but overall the customers leave satisfied here.
They stop selling vaping products, so I don’t find this place helpful at all to me
