Definitely not a great experience. Showed up at opening time. Employee showed up 5 min late. I waited until the lights turned on. Went inside. He instructed me to leave until the open sign was on. 5-10 min later. Not today satan. I’m out

Stopped in to check out the new vape shop in town!! Glad I did! They helped me pick out a small mode to accommodate my salt nic needs! Came in on a good day. Took advantage of their 420 bogo free sale!! Picked up a nice mod for me & my husband. Perfect!! Also got a nice swag bag to go with it!!

Violet is one of the kindest human beings Ive come across. We were involved in a really bad accident on the highway and after it was all over, we were walking to the buildings for shade, waiting on a ride. Violet saw us, offered us chairs, a fan, and a water. I know this is more about Violet, and thats okay. If she is such a sweet and nice human, I can imagine she is an awesome employee! She is a beautiful soul and I think Xhale is blessed to have such a wonderful employee. She is such a kind person, thank you Violet!

Xhale City by Walmart was great. I stopped by with my son at the store and Miss Ella was extremely helpful to my sons selection on his vapes.Shout out to Miss Ella for having the knowledge on selecting a good flavor and style of vapes. Great customer service. Thank you again Miss Ella great job.

Top tier products, top tier store, top tier staff. I can go in not knowing a soul there and they will help you and talk to you like they have known you forever. I actually drive from Columbia every time I need something because they are way better than what we have here.

BY FAR the best place around Hattiesburg AND surrounding areas. They’ve got such a huge selection and the staff is beyond friendly and educational about the products they offer. And the prices are way cheaper for what you’re getting. I bought the SAME vape here for $10 cheaper than another vape store. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Went by to grab some juice at 10:43pm and they close at 11:00pm. The two employees had already locked up and were emptying the trash cans. The both of them just stood there ignorantly looking at me like they were surprised to see a customer at a retail store durning business hours wanting to do business. Management needs to do better. I’ll never shop there again.

Awesome experience at this vape store. It’s extremely convenient and the music is always lit. Love to stop in and supply up on everything a smoker needs.
