I’ve been a customer for about a year and never had any issues until recently, showed up yesterday around 5:40 to find an unstaffed store, after waiting in my car outside for 10 minutes the workers appear from the back room and unlock the door, once I walk inside the cabinet that holds all the “THC” vapes is completely sold out and I’m told a truck should be coming the next day or weekend, I show up today to another empty cabinet. How can you sell out of an entire cabinet and not have the inventory on hand to replace or fill the empty cabinet? Bring the old manager back before this store goes under

They have a multitude of selections from juice to skincare and even pet care. One stop shop for all your needs. I have been a happy customer for over a year now.

I came in with very little knowledge about the different types of legal THC, wasn’t sure of which type was useful for my specific needs. I was greeted by a young man eager to help me understand. JC was the person on shift and he walked me through all of the different processes, uses, and benefits of each specific product and helped me make a decision. I definitely will be returning 1. Because the store was clean, and the product is nice and 2. Because of the outstanding customer service I experienced today from the staff especially JC.

Product knowledge is key, and this is where Anna excels. If you head over ask for her. She’ll go from one end of the store to the other to make sure you find something you’re happy with. Very professional. Also, the place is very clean and pristine for all you clean-freaks out there.

Had a wonderful time, there was a guy in there named JC who was very helpful, really knew his stuff, I was alittle confused on what I was looking at, and he was very patient with me. He described everything very well and made sure I understand what he was presenting me, Highly recommend this place

I came by late last week to look at some vape juice. Fairly new to campus here at USM & saw this was the closest store to my dorm. I think the cashier’s name was Shariden (sorry if I misspelled her name). She was really nice and helped me figure out which one I wanted. She seemed to know the products pretty well, so I ended up getting one of the costal clouds like she suggested. It was good and not bad on price for my budget. Thanks!

These geniuses have sold me bad fluid, messed up mods, gotten me to buy tanks saying they will keep coils and on my next visit Im told they dont carry them.Their most recent venture by a friend of mine was not great either. She doesnt know much about vaping and has a sub ohm tank. Well they decided to tell her it was apparently ok to run salt nic in it.

Prices are way over the top, they forced me to buy an entire pack of coils instead of selling me just 1, forced me to listen to their sales pitch about their VIP membership which if you compare their prices is just another rip off, the new staff they have don’t know anything about their product and they got rid of my favorite juice they used to carry. Such a let down considering 8-9 months ago they were my go to vape store in Hattiesburg. Sadly service has gone down and continues to go down. Go to Cloud 9,A1, or even vaporized express. Much better options, knowledge, and prices.
