I’ve been going to them for 2… almost 3 years and they are always nice and welcoming. Tried going to another place once or twice for locations reasons but the other stores never had the right stuff.

Good selection of product, but staff try to sell specific things. Went in with my buddy and an associate swore that a type of tank was easier than regular coils; made it sound as if it had little maintenance. it wasn’t until after my friend bought it and was unable to return it did the associate explain any of the MANY cons or troubles of the tank.Scummy way to sell product and definitely will not trust this place again

I went in this afternoon to pick something up. First off they seem to be the only place in town that ever have what I need in stock. Secondly, the gentleman informed me of a BOGO 50% off that would save me some trips since I don’t come to that part of the city often. Efficiency and courtesy are unbeatable. I will definitely keep coming back.

I went in 1st time last night. I had a unit from a competitor that needed maintenance. I didn’t have a ton of money to spare. And they were able to make my box work better (a lot better) than it was originally. Good bro’s in that shop. Triple thumbs up 👍👍👍

Went in yesterday for a few supplies I was greeted by Amanda. She was so nice and helpful and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back because of her great customer service! She was stellar!!!

These guys are the best in Hattiesburg, hands down. I drive all the way from Gulfport just to do business with them. The owner keeps the place very well kept and all of the employees are verily polite and helpful. JT is the man when it comes to building, and general hardware. I highly recommend this shop. I’d give it 6 stars if I could!

Cloud 9 Vapor is the best vape shop I know of. They are so nice. They have curb side service, which is great for me, because I dont have to get my wheelchair out and go in. I just pull up, call them, they come to the car,, take my order, money, bring me back my change, receipt, and merchandise. YOU NEED TO TRYING CLOUD 9 VAPOR.

I want to like this store, the owner is a nice guy and so are the employees, but with that being said, just don’t try to return things there. They do not want to exchange or refund things. I bought a 30 something dollar juice that I should have ordered online for like $11, but it has obviously expired and has a bad taste and is discolored. But because it says it does not expire for another month, even though right beside that it says it was made in 2017 they will not replace it with the the exact same product. If it was 10 or 15 dollars I would eat my loss. But seeing as it has an insane mark up, I’m not too thrilled about it. Basically if you are getting something that you won’t mind if it’s bad or a dud, then it’s a great shop. Just don’t go in and expect refunds or exchanges

Without a doubt the best vape shop Ive ever been to, locally or non! From the time I stepped foot in this shop I was treated with the premiere service, and at the same time presented the BEST EJUICE SELECTION that Ive come across!!! Floyd is always willing to talk about any questions I may have, and has not once made me feel as if I was dumb. Their service, selection, and prices have earned my loyalty as a customer!

I am 74 years old and have smoked most of my life. Clint at Cloud 9 got me set up with a vaporizer to help me quit smoking. I call it my little puffer. They have some really good tobacco flavors. They are very nice and helpful at Cloud 9 and I highly recommend them to anyone trying to quit cigarettes.

Cloud 9 Vapor had a very friendly vibe and a knowledgeable staff. They let me try some flavors and set me up with some juice I actually love. I was helped by Craig and will def be coming back to C9 in the future. 5 stars.

Im all about keeping things local and supporting local business, but all this guy did was bad mouth every other shop around. Im not sure why he thought his 8X8 hole in the wall has anything superior to anything else around. Focus on what you can do and not on trying to bring negative down on anyone else! Makes me wonder what this place is trying to distract from. This was my first and will be my last time in this hole. Nothing was worth returning for, especially this guys attitude.

I just got off the phone with someone at Cloud 9. Unprofessional and rude answer to the phone. I had questions regarding a replacement glass for a tank. The person on the phone was quite rude when I was questioning whether acrylic replacement for tank was third party. He answered Of course it is! and hung up. As a someone who has vaped for the last 7 years and was trying to get Cloud 9 some new business through my wife, I already spend a decent amount on vaping a month. We will most definitely not be buying new mods for my wife here. There are far too many other options to put up that kind a$$hole behavior.

The best place to go for all of your vaping needs! The staff are great and never forget a face. Very knowledgeable with all products even the new products. I highly recommend and will continue to recommend cloud 9 to everybody.

I visited the USA this past week and on my way to New Orleans. I stopped at this shop. I had no idea there were so many juices.My shop has a lot but they have everything.I will be ordering my juices from them when I get back home.I just hope you guys ship to EuropeGood job Cloud 9 Vapors wish I could give you a 10

Im pretty sure the 1-star review was just a disgruntled know-it-all customer. The people that work there have years experience in Juices, vaporizer, coils, etc. Would recommend anybody to visit, and dont blame the people that work at this location because you cant follow directions.

I went to 4 other vape stores looking for coils today. It became apparent after the first store Id have to order them online and that would not help me today. So I started looking for a replacement ecig. None of the places helped, they seemed intent on selling certain ecigs and steered clear of what I was asking for...until cloud 9.Derek asked me what I liked about my current ecig and found me exactly what I needed. He was patient with me and literally found a solution to all I wanted/needed in my device. He also didnt try to push other junk on me. It was refreshing to say the least, especially considering the combination of debacles in prior vape store visits today, my lack of nicotine today, and subsequent heightened emotional state.As someone who works in hospitality, I appreciate when theres not just a Im sorry and more of Lets find a solution together. Bought my vape from there for a reasonable price. The people who work there were very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. There store is very neat, clean and organized. They told me today they are gonna have a coffee shop and they ordered the old ms pac man game for customers to play for FREE!! Great selection of vape mods in the area. First dude we spoke to was too quiet, then his co-worker took over and did a great job closing the sale with us. Reasonable pricing on both vapes and juices.

I normally go to a different vape shop for all my needs, but I went to cloud 9 to just check em out and grab a new coil, all this guy did was bash other vape shops especially the one I go to regularly which is very unprofessional to me and he was very rude. He also seems to treat his very nice wife like a slave. I wont be back.

I have been a smoker since I was a teenager.. I decided to try vaping out to eventually ween myself of of my nicotine addiction completely.. Knowing absolutely nothing about vaping I walked in Cloud 9 and the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I won’t go anywhere else for my vaping needs because the experience all together was top notch, great staff, great products, completely professional all around great experience!!

If I could do a negative star I would!! This is the WORST vap store in Hattiesburg MS! Do not go there!! Theres a guy that works in there that looks like a Miley Cyrus/ Justin Beiber look alike with a very nasty attitude! I made a purchase and received a defected item...I took it back the very next day and he started coming up with every excuse not to give me another item or refund! Then started getting angry and cursing at me! Ive never experienced customer service like this and will never go back, even if it was the last Vap store on the planet!!

They had every juul flavor I wanted. Ridgeland doesnt. Trying 2 look up compatible pod flavors. Cant find online and if they will mail them.

Cloud 9 is hands the down the bet shop in Hattiesburg. Not only do they have a ton of juice the staff is always in a good mood ready to help and be honest about what you need! Good experience every time.

I just moved to Hattiesburg a week ago and broke my tank today by dropping it . The guy at Cloud 9 was knowledgeable with helping me pick a new tank. I believe Cloud 9 will be my new vape shop if they have some good juice to switch to.

The CBD oil that is sold here is trash, it has a K2 additive in it that is commonly found in Spice which many of us know causes stomach issues such as ulcers and bleeding. They market it to be helpful and medicinal and they price is $120 for about 20-30ML, when doing research I discovered the manufacturer sells the SAME bottle for only $30. Because of this giant upcharge and the lack of quality in the product I’m going to have to give this place a one star rating because it seems like such a huge rip off to people like myself who suffer from chronic nausea and anxiety who are looking for relief. To market something as a natural CBD product when it’s actually not is just plain wrong in my opinion.

They two that work here have always been really nice to my fiance and me. They are very smart when it comes to their product.

Will never step foot in this store again. The dog that was behind the counter took a poop while I was in there the owner has no idea what hes talking about Google is more help. The owner also wont stop bad mouthing the other stores in town to answer questions. Folks here are super nice and dont mind taking all the time necessary to answer questions, let you look and try out ejuices. Prices are a bit steep, especially when compared to 8vape and myvapor but if you need something right now, dont want to wait or want to try it first, theyll most likely have it

Overpriced and cocky owner, their CBD oil is $30 less at the gas station and vape juice as well. They talk to me with intimidation like I’m supposed to fear them.
