Went for the first time and got a prenatal massage, facial, and pedicure. Wonderful experience all around! The service is spectacular and so comforting. I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time! Will definitely be returning again!

Great deep tissue massage by Katrina today. I have many asymmetries on which she worked wonders. The Lotus is such a lovely spa. Such a gem in our quaint downtown!

For the one day I’ve had off in months that I could treat myself. I booked an appointment online 3 days prior. I get a confirmation text that my booking was complete. I show up for my appointment and there is nothing for me in the system. So now I’ve wasted a day off waiting around in town until my appointment for me to get turned away. This is the second time this happened. The first time I show up to my appointment to have them cancel on me as soon as I entered the parking lot 10 mins before my appointment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. spend your money elsewhere!

Excellent spa! Had a small bachelorette party with massages and manicures. Both were excellent and everyone was very nice. Highly recommend

Oh my...I wont say who my favorite massage therapist is here. Hahahaha. I dont want that availability to shrink anymore than it has! 😆 The vibe of this lil gem is quaint & pretty. My aesthetician was thorough. The pedi lady gave catching up with an old friend vibes. The receptionist gal is so sweet, soft spoken, patient & pretty. Dont forget a hot tea on your way out and/or a moment for reflection on their back porch before hitting your reality again. A Burg oasis.

The massage was amazing! We booked a couples massage, and I thought that meant we would be in the same room, but we werent. I was a little disappointed about that. All in all it was a good experience.

Very unsatisfied with the scheduling. I bought my wife a gift certificate back months ago and had several appointments canceled on their end. My wife wouldn’t know it was canceled until she showed up for the appointment. Frustrating right? Then when I call to get a refund, you’d know it, no refunds can be reimbursed on gift certificates. It’s not like I haven’t already paid you my hard worked money for you to cancel appointments. Don’t waste your time buying a gift certificate here, or wasting your money on a business that doesn’t put their clientele first.

Went in-store today (instead of online) to purchase a gift certificate for Mother’s Day because they’re having a special right now, but when I went in I received something entirely different that was on the page. I didn’t say anything at the time because I went in at 1:50 and they close at 2. If the ad on Facebook is incorrect it needs to be fixed.

Katrina is the absolute best! She does an amazing job. I always feel respected and I feel as though Katrina actually listens to what I am telling her. She is amazing. If you are needing a good massage this is the girl to ask for.

I had a deep tissue massage with Katrina and it was absolutely fantastic! The facilities and staff were great. Highly recommend their services. I even bought a gift card for my mom and grandma after the experience.

Everything about the lotus is soothing and beautiful and relaxing. Trilian is the most attentive, intuitive and skilled massage therapist I’ve had. She was so accommodating and made the experience feel special and personal.

I have had 5 signature facials with Melissa so far. She always does a thorough assessment of my skin and customizes the products/treatments to my skin’s current needs. She recommends products for home to help me reach my long term goals.Highly recommend!

Despite a little issue with their computer system (which they called us with excellent customer service and had all issues fixed) They run a good operation and have excellent massage therapists. Thank you lotus we will be back for future appointments..

I have been getting massages from Lotus day spa for the last few months and highly recommend them! I have tried the CBD, Deep Tissue, and Structural Integration massages and they have helped tremendously with chronic pain I have been experiencing from old injuries, as well as improvements in posture, function, and even how I breathe. I have experience with different massage places, and this one is by far my favorite because they are focused and mindful of how your body responds during the treatments, working intuitively with your body. This makes an enormous difference compared to other places that are more mechanical where the masseuse will just zone-out and go through the motions until your time is up. Lotus Day Spa is worth every penny and I cant wait to go back for my next massage!

I took my wife to the lotus for an anniversary gift and she absolutely loved it. The staff is excellent and very professional. They have several options available. The parking might be a little difficult but its well worth it.

I purchased myself multiple gift cards throughout my last pregnancy so that I could pamper myself after having my baby. I scheduled a facial, massage, and a scrub. The services were all great, the facial was my favorite. The best part was the staff being very considerate and accommodating as I explained I was breastfeeding and would require breaks to pump between services. Definitely returning.

My fiance and I went for a couples massage a few months ago. It was his first time ever receiving a massage so I wanted it to be a good experience for him. Ive been here before and had wonderful service; unfortunately, the encounter was not the same this time. Mine was good, hence why I am giving the 2 stars, but his was terrible! It was far from relaxing for both of us because she rolled around on her chair that made noises the entire time. This may seem minute, but the noises that the chair made drowned out the soothing music that was playing in the background on my side of the room so I could only imagine how it was on his side! I dont know what problems she the therapist was experiencing in her life at the moment, but the company should not have put her in a compromising situation like that. They should also consider how their paying customers feel and realize that its not relaxing getting a massage from someone who is rolling around on a squeaky chair!

Wonderful staff and great atmosphere! Trillian was amazing and the whole experience was so relaxing. 10/10 will come back!

The website is ver detailed. You can pretty much set your appointment day and choose your person who you like to take care of your services. If you need help you can always contact them and get a one on one conversation which can better assist you.

Today was our (me & my daughter) second time to get a message at the Lotus & just like the first time it was AMAZING!! The staff is so kind & awesome we will definitely be going back.

I used to love this spa, but the last two times I have had an appointment for a massage my appointment has been cancelled at the last minute. Until they can get their staffing issues resolved I do not recommend anyone bother booking an appointment unless you like disappointment.

This place was great, I received a wax. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, made sure I was happy with my results. The only issue was the lack of parking, I had to walk a bit but otherwise wish I had found this place sooner

The Lotus is a unique boutique style spa in downtown Hattiesburg! I worked here once for a short period and enjoyed the atmosphere!

The massages are wonderful. Loved my gel manicure. I also get my eyebrows waxed here. The staff is awesome!
