Golden Massage

This place is not for the faint of heart. They are all business. It is definitely not for the high falutin type. It is not much to look at and it is in a strip mall but this is one of the best massages my husband and I have had a long time.If we didn’t live so far away we would be back.

I have had several massages in several states while we travel and I have to say the Golden massage is by far the BEST! We called for a couples massage and was able to get booked for the same day. The massage therapists was very professional and very accommodating to the pressure applied according to my needs as well as my husband’s pressure needs! Very relaxing atmosphere and we will definitely book again! Thank you Golden Massage for taking such good care of us! 😇

I’ve been going once a week for the past 6 1/2 months . I wouldn’t go no where else. They are open 9-9 seven days a week and have the best massage therapists . The owner and all the therapist have always been very kind to me and I look forward to my weekly massage. After getting an Asian Massage I would never go back to a traditional American massage .

This was my worst experience ever for a massage. I scheduled a couples session for my S/O birthday. They wanted payment upfront. This was unusual for me, but I paid. During the session, they didnt ask what we wanted, just told us to tell the level of pressure we wanted. Mine hurt. Even when I told her, she continued the same amount of pressure. The worst part of the experience was the ladies talked the ENTIRE session. Giggling and gossiping. The lady working on me even stopped and walked out for a moment. They didnt use massage oil, but baby oil.When all done and we go to leave, we give tip and the lady ask for one? We told her No, for both. They both laughed . As soon as I left out I apologized for the horrible service as it was my S/O first massage and the service was horrible and I wanted it to be a great experience. My body is still sore and that was 5 days ago. Next time I will go to Massage Envy for a more professional atmosphere.One star was the lowest rating I give. Otherwise it would have been 0.

Fabulous! Definitely recommend. Great walk in place to get a wonderful massage. They know what they are doing. Very professional!

Soon as we walked in the building and confirmed our appointment time, the lady asked for our payment. We hadn’t told them which massage we wanted yet. Then once we tried to pay with a card she wanted a tip. She was adamant to receive a tip before rendering services. I told her i preferred to tip afterwards based off of the quality of the services. They persisted so i tipped them $20 and they requested more. I told them if the quality of the massages are better, then maybe ill tip better.My wife and I requested Swedish massages. We both received the worst massages in our lives. The workers conversed the whole time. No music was played to relax us. The place didnt even smell relaxing. The females snickered and laughed during the massages when they were confronted about how painful the massages were. They persisted to give massages rougher than a deep tissue. I dont recommend this place to anyone. If you dont tip them a lot of money up front then expect a bad experience. I shouldve called in a fraudulent charge because the experience was so horrible!

I requested a Swedish and my husband a deep tissue with hot stones. We paid cash. Followed them to the back. No instructions were given but we got undressed n waited. They were starting the massage with no music, they had great value baby oil and suave lotion. I asked if they had warm oil. She went out to get some. My massage was farrrrrrr from relaxing. The 2 ladies talked the entire time. I think she was confused on who ordered which massage. Either way afterwards I felt more tense than before. To make it worse as we’re leaving, they asked us for a tip. I do not recommend this parlor for any services.

Gone here a few times. Staff has always been nice. Massage is really good, they gently work your back as they figure out what muscles need more attention. Would highly recommend

Sent a friend here for a massage customer service was poor. Saying things like you pay cheap, referring to tip. When service was not up to par. My friends said massage was decent, but good overall service gets big tips. I would not recommend!

Always clean and she did an excellent job finding the sore spots.

Bella did an amazing job unlocking my shoulders and the muscles in my low back. She worked hard to loosen up my tight muscles. I felt so much better afterwards. I appreciate the wonderful job she did for me getting rid of the pain and restoring my range of motion. Highly recommended.

Asked for deep tissue massage but not hard enough. Mia said shes too light weight and not strong .. then she expected large tip when done.

I called around 11 today on a Saturday and was able to make an appointment for 12 o’clock. I massage therapist was excellent, very professional, I did an amazing job. I was surprised at the price, it was quite inexpensive, but I received top notch quality.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Thank y’all for making my Saturday very relaxing! I will definitely be back!

Absolutely THE BEST! I called on a Saturday around 12:30 and I was able to get a 1:00 couples appointment. When we got there, we paid and then they took us to the room for couples’ massages. From start to finish, they were AMAZING! We didn’t want to leave! We were tempted to pay for another session. The place was clean, relaxing, and calming. Let’s not forget to mention the prices! Very affordable! Don’t think twice! Book N-O-W!

I’m not going to give a bad rating they really give a good massage and they really don’t waste timeThe only problem I found was the noiseThey need to insolate the place betterI went on a Sunday and it was packed. So you know they can afford insulation in the walls to stop the noise.You can get in your zen when nobody works the front and you got your Massuse leaving the room to tell them 5 minutes.Put a sign up front when you walk in door that says be right with youYou still hear the other massages going onI just got back from vacation and I had 8-9 massagesShe was probably second best out of all the different t onesI never got in the zenIf your not passed out in 90 minutes. That’s not a good massage

Paid for my boyfriend to get a massage here, and he says this is probably the best massage hes gotten. They even included a hot stone massage for no extra charge. Cant beat reasonable pricing and well-trained staff. Dont hesitate to pay them a visit!

Went 3 times last month. Different masseuse each time. 2 were amazing 1 was good but not as good as the other 2. I would recommend and the one that wasn’t as good is only by comparison it was still a good massage

She wasted not one minute. Very matter of fact, not heavy sheets and blankets to put around with. No excess conversation. Worked every issue head to toe. Hot stones included. The music was very peaceful. I loved the whole experience.

Did not enjoy massage. Rooms are too close to front entrance. Paper thin walls. You can hear everything. I did actually enjoy the hot stones. The very old lady who did me did not use very much pressureLike she didnt wanna touch me or something. All I felt was her fingertips. But I tipped anyway.

People were nice but pouring cold oil on the body kills the relaxation..... talking to each other while clients are being service is a NO .... ANDDDDD they complained about the tip not being enough 😒 what? The service was already $200 ..... tips are appreciated NOT REQUIRED! WILL NOT BE BACK ....

I highly recommend Golden Massage! I have been to multiple other places in Hattiesburg looking for one that I like since I like to get regular massages, and this is by far the best one! I did a walk in with and she was amazing! Will definitely be back!

Very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. These people are not professional, and will hound you for a tip before you can even get your clothes on.
