Really good experiences. Workers are always helpful and dont go out of there way to make me uncomfortable and be rude to my service dogs like the employees at Karma corner.

Helpful kind and knowledgeable. I didnt feel like I was getting sold rather than help here. I had plenty of questions and didnt feel like a burden on the workers. I still have my torch they fix and the one they sold me both work great and have there own uses. The information on the different fuels was also very useful.

Great place with great customer service. Guy behind the counter very knowledgeable on product they carry and full of some history as well. Helped me pick a great tobacco robust and full of flavor. Ill surely be back.

Short & sweet, in and out. Anything you need smoke related theyve got it. ( or can get it) Need lighters or fluid for your lighters ? How about a Humidor or simply some BIG, nice incense. Glass also and good prices too.

Convenient parking. Good customer service and a great location. This business has been around for quite a some time and continues to be a great addition to our community. You can get gas and grab some convenient beverages and other sundries. Keep up the good works friendlys

I use CBD/CBG for seizures and kratom for pain and anxiety. This shop has the best and most knowledgeable staff Ive ever encountered at a smoke shop. Their prices are good and usually have great deals. I havent gone to any other smoke shop since I discovered Smoker Friendly and dont see any reason I ever will. They seriously have had everything Ive ever asked for or about and a couple things that Ive learned about from them that have helped my epilepsy.**** UPDATE ****I went to the shop today and they changed the prices. Instead of two bottles of kratom for $40 its now one bottle for $29. Many other prices have increased as well. The service is still great, but the prices is why I honestly shopped there. I think Im going to look for another shop now.

Normally the guy thats usually in there is insanely nice and helpful. The lady today however was insanely rude. Made me feel very uncomfortable and acted like a cop telling me to hand over my ID with her hand in my face. Maybe ask for it with please and thank you and not shoving your hand in my face. Learn some customer service skills. Will not be coming in when she is in here. Hope you find a new friendly staff member smoker friendly!

Store clerk was outside smoking a cigarette. Told me I couldnt park my Duelly in front, although there were at least five or six open spots next to me!! I kindly said, Ill be in and out in 30 seconds. Nope!! Ive been a long time customer, but will take my business elsewhere. The date is 4/23, 2:50 pm if the manager owner is interested in addressing this with their rude employee!! Not happy!!

I know very little about tobacco, but needed loose leaf in as close to its natural form as possible as a gift for a tribal elder. Luckily, the clerk has an uncle who is of the same tribal affiliation and was able to help me select a worthy product. It was expensive, but thats not his fault.I was very impressed with the customer service and selection.

Well maintained, lot of diverse/interesting products, and their employees (aside from new people still learning) seem pretty knowledgeable. Great attitude and I always leave smiling, with a wallet that isnt empty.

For a cigarette store there doing pretty bad. They cell electrical cigarettes but dont sell the chargers to them..!! ..dude tried to send me to Walmart. ..what a joke as if Walmart has 510 chargers ...

Tried to buy a powerball lottery ticket and was charged $30 for a $3 ticket, clerk couldn’t explain it to me except to say I couldn’t get my money back, don’t shop there for anything ever. You will get ripped off. I notified the Montana lottery and am waiting for an explanation

This one in Helena has a great set up and a but more of selection to my liking when it comes to cigars and cigar accessories.

Rude workers, poor service.. They sold me faulty equipment and wouldnt return it.... After trying 5 times they FINALLY REFUNDED my money...and treated me like crap afterwards.... I will NEVER shop there again!!!.....EVER!!
