Lady there is rude... instead of saying.. we ask for the employee to grab from case.. no sign that said that. She smacked my hand away. Words work just fine. If I was to defend my self Im sure she would have felt same as I did. 3 stars used to be friendly people.

I love this little shop. They have so much to choose from. They try their best to keep the coils I use and juice that I love in stock. Employees are super helpful. The blonde employee thats in there the most goes out of her way for customer service. She never forgets to ask about my punch card. 10/10 hope they stay in business unlike most shops in Helena.

Haden went above and beyond to help me out. Especially with product knowledge on a big glass purchase. Pointed me the right way and made sure I was 100% satisfied even after having a small mix-up. Couldnt ask for a better experience.

Karma corner is an amazing establishment. There is always friendly people working. The store always smells amazing. Products in the store are just perfect. To walk in that store you have this wave of satisfaction that goes over you because it’s so homey. it’s such a well put together store. The way I see it every employer there is just in love with their job. There’s always huge smiles as soon as you walk through the door. It’s just a really good store to go to. Insufferable employees. I came in here the other day and out of no where the cashier started basically bragging to me about how much she hates dogs and laughing about it. I have 2 service dogs I would be dead without. You have lost my business I will never come here again.

Best place in Montana honestly, I’ve been to shops in a few different states but this ones got them beat! The place itself is very nice and makes you feel at home, the staff are wonderful and helped me with every question i had. I couldn’t get over how pretty the glass pieces were also! The prices are very affordable and i ended up buying way more than i originally came there for! Will be definitely coming again!

Ive bought tons of things from this store, for me and my kids. I recently went in and bought yet another Pulsar Wax Pen from them. It didnt charge, I called them. Then owner said absolutely no refunds. That I had to go through pulsar. My pen doesnt have a serial number in the box. I called them, thankfully the girl was trying to be helpful , but had no idea where a serial number would be located. The only store we go to other than Karma Korner is the grocery store and the gas station!

One of the worst costumer service I’ve had to deal with. One of the lady’s that answered the phone was nice and respectful until I said “so you guys are gonna sell device that don’t work after a day “ her response was that all our vapes are real and I dint even say they were fake just asked if they sell vapes that don’t work after 1 day, she automatically had an attitude after that and was very disrespectful.

I love going into Karma! They have a variety of products for pretty much anything you may need. The glass selection is beautiful, but they offer CBD, and many accessories like lighters, trays, that type of thing. Karma Corner also has a large range of nicotine products too, which is sometimes the main reason I go in. The employees are also so helpful and kind. AND the owner does a raffle drawing for purchases on the head shop side, as well as for the dispensary they run in the back; the prizes are quite an incentive to purchase items. 10/10 recommend

Upon walking into this adorable little shop, which is actually much larger than it appears once inside, I was warmly greeted, got a nice little tour, and had all of my questions about CBD for my dog answered. I was able to walk out better informed and with exactly what I was looking for. My only regret in visiting this place is that I didnt do it sooner!

She is very down to earth, easy to talk with, and obviously very happy being of service to the people of Helena. And what of all that Reiki Healing Energy? IT IS STILL THERE - and seems to have expanded and multiplied because of Tiffany and the patrons she attracts!
