This store is amazing!! Every time I come in it’s very clean and the employees are super helpful! I have recommended so many of my friends to this store and they love it as well! 10/10 would recommend ;)

Absolutely the best place around town!! Ive tried many different smoke shops and hands down, #1 in my book;) Actually my husband n I have been comming to Octopusfor over 15yrs and they havent stopped surprising me! Super nice and helpful staff.. to the point that they know what I get and and go out of their way to make sure they have it in store☺️ I realize this place cant be a perfect fit for everyone, but Ive read a few of the reviews and noticed a handful complaining about how they couldnt get their money back for something.. if Im not mistaken, there is a sign at the counter that states no refunds on tobacco products . So their gripping is pointless and most, if not All smoke shops do that same thing. Love this place! Will keep comming!! Thanks for being awesome😋

Do not come here. Prerolls are trash. Would not hit at all and when I brought it back with receipt she only offered to give a 10% discount on another. Why would I pay for another when the first did not smoke? Did not offer a refund, said it was impossible. Said Ill do a charge back with my bank for selling a product that doesnt work. Didnt care at all. Horrible customer service from the first time I went in and even worst when I came back with a problem.

Absolutely 10/10 experience! I went in with absolutely no knowledge 😂 but that sweet girl at the counter.. Baliya I think was her name had no limit to her patience and I found what I was looking for!

Horrible customer service from baliyah, I think that was the name. From the first encounter coming in with just pointing to the product with no help and then definitely no help after the fact when the product did not burn right. You should stand behind your product.Funny after a bad review comes through that multiple fake good reviews come through for this shop even though they havent had reviews in days.

Great experience, the employees take the time to help out any customers in need and make sure you find what you’re looking for.

Terrible customer service. The employee working was clearly unhappy to be there and also was super unhelpful. The Astria Farms Pre-roll didnt smoke well at all and she clearly didnt care when it was brought to her attention. Plenty of other smoke shops around, do yourself a favor and skip this location - go somewhere else.

Ive been a regular customer of this establishment for several years now. Even though I only buy rolling papers here I love the atmosphere inside the store. Everyone that has ever worked here has been absolutely wonderful and attentive. I would highly recommended octopus garden to anyone.

Great place to find what you need for a reasonable cost. The glass is high quality and kindly priced even compared to Latin America.

The manager Rev is very nice, knowledgeable, and Incredibly helpful. Ashley W and Dylan are also very professional & polite. They have a wonderful selection/variety of products, and can answer 99.9% of any question you throw at those 3. :-)

Adams and Kristina are super helpful and know the products, always greeted with a smile and great service, thank you.

Long time customer. A couple cool employees that do a good job. Most employees are rude, and inconsiderate. Since Ive started shopping here, 2 girls will gossip while Im in the store like I dont have ears, continue personal conversations on the phone in the middle of a sale, demean customers when they dont know terminology, and overall not give a f*** about their job. The quality of the products compared to the price is sad.

Read the FINE PRINT! I bought a vape that was overpriced by 40 dollars. Paid almost 100 dollars for it. Looked online later that night and it was a 65 dollar piece. Called to ask about return policy- They wouldnt even exchange it on store credit unless there was a mechanical problem with the item! Thats absurd! I didnt even touch the thing or use it once! It was less than 24 hours after I bought it! Horrible policy and I will not be doing business with them again! Do your research and dont get ripped off! Hope this helps someone!

Really nice selection of stuff!!! Prices are high but its absolutely worth checking out!!! They have a huge range of tobocco products, vape essentials, bumper stickers, tapestries, door beads and a ton more! The staff is knowledgeable and were extremely helpful in getting me all the accessories I needed to work my new vape (which I had purchased at a different store). Not only did they help me find what I needed they explained how everything worked & I left the store feeling much more informed & excited to try all the fun things I had gotten on my last visit to Octopus Garden!!!

The fact on not have a return policy on any of their products is very sad. I bought a concentrate vapor pen that you load yourself, after trying two different coils and following the directions from both the sales agent and the written ones it still didnt work. 75 dollars down the drain. Was told it was their number one sales.... Sounds like I got ripped off. I was an octopus garden user but I will never shop there again. I advise ppl to look else where for smoking accessories. Octopus gardens is only concerned with making money.Update yet again I gave them another chance bought a vaporizer battery pack for oils. Worked for 2 days before It quit. After 2 concentrate vaporizers and now the oil battery pack. ( 50 bucks at the shop,10 if you ordering it online from the manufacturer for the battery pack) I will no longer be shopping there for any accessories.

The staff is always friendly and VERY 😉 knowledgeable. Ive never had a bad experience in this store and always left feeling confident and informed about any purchase Ive made.

The female employees here are the worst! The pizza faced slag insisted on being rude and snobby trying to card me to buy lighter fluid...im a 40yr old man and will never return, happy to spend my $ elsewhere... honestly it wasnt the carding issue it was the condescending attitude , i think she was annoyed she had to actually stand up and get off her phone! I would fire any employee of mine whose that lazy and drives long time customers away .... btw it was my 2nd encounter with this particular person both times i was irritated beyond belief! Hope the owners watch cameras or read a few reviews im not alone on this ! Theres plenty of kids around this town who arent too cool to work

I bought a nectar collector an asked if they had a torch the guy at the counter said this is the best one we got it’s 12.99 I come home try it an it keeps gettin to hot to even hold I ask if I come switch it out for one that works he said they cant do returns. I didn’t even see a sign that said that he literally sold me something that doesn’t work an ain’t safe I will never shop at octopus garden again !! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THANKS FOR NOTHING !!

The FiveStar rewards system is great, Spend $500 (not all in one visit) and you get $50 off which works ontop of their products on sale already. I baught a $135 water pipe that was 50% off plus my $50 off for $25, WHAT A DEAL! The staff is amazing with helping with ideas and they are great to have conversations with.

Upsell for a vapor tank that they claim is better then the one that comes with the pen kit and then when I need to buy a new coil for said tank there reply is sorry we cant get them, ok so can I return the tank being I cant keep using it without replacement coil there reply No sorry its supply and demand and nothing we can do about the coils refuse to do anything to remedy the problem!! Very poor business practices making a sale is all that matters at this place!!

Service was terrible. The selection was good and the store was clean but the service I received upon multiple visits has been terrible. The staff I encountered was just down right rude to me and my significant other. I will drive all the way to the stores in Asheville or Arden before I step foot in the Spartanburg highway location again.

Smells wonderful. Great flavors for your vape. Even some unique drinks there. But rarely has anything in stock for Smok. Nowhere near the level of courtesy of Asheville Vapor.

Interesting store, lots of stuff to decorate your life in many different ways. Only the adventurous and eclectic should traverse here. Its a bold new world!

Very well arranged smoking accessories I am a very good selection of tobaccos. Very friendly and helpful owner was present when I was there. A lot of specialty items for vaping and smoking.
