No juice in any other establishment has even come close to what these guys offer. 5 out of 5 stars!!! 😊

I would highly recommend this place! I am brand new to vaping and Alex was very patient with me showing me everything they had to offer. He took his time explaining how everything works and let me try several different juices at the tasting bar. They had a large selection of products and very reasonable prices. I will definitely be back!

I have been a customer since this location opened...I must say Ricky has been the only one that knew how to resolve my vaping issues...he is very knowledgable of all of the products and what the customer needs and wants..he has great customer service that every business needs..if you need help with your vaping needs..go see Ricky..he is the very best!

I started shopping here because the place i worked sold them certain things. I keep coming back because the knowledge of the staff and the excellent customer service. I have been to other places and always leave those disappointed, so i have now decided I wont be shopping the other places i will make that extra drive even if i am running out of time just for the customer service alone. Seriously the best vapor shop around

I have to a few vape stores and they were usually standoffish and not very helpful to anyone that was new to vaping. John was not only upbeat but he also didnt make me feel like a complete idiot and answered all my questions. The cost maybe a little more but you are receiving top notch authentic equipment and an overall awesome experience. I will go no where else!

Let me start out by saying that Saffire is not my “go to” vape shop. There are only two vape shops that I would recommend to anyone. One is in Madison and the other is in Gallatin, so sometimes I can’t get to either of those shops. When this happens, I sometimes stop by Saffire, solely out of necessity. I have been to the Hendersonville shop and the Donelson shop. The staff are always friendly and they’re typically as helpful as they can be. No complaint there. Saffire has the overall feel of a shop that caters to new vapers and people that don’t know that there are other options. Their stock is very limited and their prices tend to run pretty high on hardware. Needless to say, I don’t buy hardware from them. I typically just use them for juice. That’s where I have a problem. There juice is way overpriced for what it is. They call it “premium”. A word which has little meaning when it come to juice, anymore. It isn’t premium by any stretch. Now, having said that, I understand that taste is subjective, and we all have different tastes, but I’m always disappointed when I drop 25 to 30 bucks on their juice. Shop around.

My go to vape shop. The employees are incredibly patient and helpful. Theyre truly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Plus the tasting bar helps and they make generally good recommendations.

Ive spent over 2000 bucks here and the last mod I bought was 100 and the cloud beast tank and a bottle of juice was 200 and the mod I bought was the smoke Marshall 320 watt I was happy with it Ive only had it 28 days and yesterday it would not come on so I took it back and they said they could not return it now Im mad because I take good care of my mods and I did not drop it they said it had internal wire damage how do they know that just by looking at it they would not even try to fix it but it wasnt the normal people I deal with the girl I deal with wasnt their she is wonderful she always helps me decide what I want and she works with me the guy last night wouldnt even consider giving me a in store credit as much money Ive spent their Ive bought 5 mods their Im going to try to go back and see what I can do if they wont give me a in store credit I will just start smoking again vaping is just a money pit for me because I want nice mods and they all tear up the tanks all leak .they was nice as long as I was spending money bUT if I cant get nothing but lemons their Ill go some were else and they wont get thousands more bucks I would of spent their so if u go their buy the cheap vape they dont tear up the big vapes tear up trust me I got 4 that wont work since Christmas that Ive bought their supposed to take um back with in 30 days and they wont do it for me

Love this place. Great for first timers and experienced ones also.Addicted to their juice. Its the best, hands down.

Be aware the Hendersonville locations hours have changed.It is now 10am -8pm Monday thru Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sundays.

You can’t try the liquids before you commit to buying a bottle. As far as mods go there is very little to choose from. They are all very expensive and cheaply made.
